On January 18, 2025, our company held a promotion and lecture on desert governance projects at Shuguang International in Chengdu High tech Zone. Dr. Yan Guangcai, the chief expert of the group, gave a special lecture on the series of technologies for desert governance. Our company's desert to farmland project attracted high attention from more than 80 media outlets, who reported on the new concepts and methods of desert governance, such as empowering green technology to improve the environment group and transforming deserts into farmland, from multiple perspectives.

The new concept of improving the environment group's desert governance stems from the continuous exploration and accumulation of senior experts such as Dr. Yan Guangcai, the group's first expert, for more than 30 years. Its core concept, governance methods, and effects are different from other desert governance methods.
One is the difference in philosophy and goals. Our goal in desert governance is to eliminate all deserts on Chinese land, not only turning them into oases, but also turning some deserts into fertile land, making a positive contribution to ensuring the country's food security.
The second difference lies in the methods and scale. Our method for eliminating the twelve deserts and sandy areas on the land of China is to apply the fully mechanized method we have researched for desert control, which is tens of times faster than using manual methods to control deserts now, and the quality of control is much better than that of current desert control; Our desert management team is composed of professional teams established according to the needs of different professions, with more than 20000 personnel. According to the plan, we can complete the management of twelve desert sands in China within six years; After the control of twelve desert sandy areas in China, at least 300 million acres of fertile land and a net increase of 146 million tons of grain can be added to the country.
The third difference is the effect after governance. The desert area is a pollution-free region, and our desert management is carried out using ecological protection methods. After turning the desert into fertile land, the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides is strictly prohibited in cultivation. Only our developed ecological fertilizers and technologies such as electricity, magnetism, sound, and waves are used to not only increase agricultural product yields but also produce first-class ecological agricultural products; We also need to build desert towns, schools, desert commercial systems, kindergartens and other welfare facilities, as well as various desert characteristic attractions based on the actual natural conditions of the desert, such as desert zoos, desert botanical gardens, desert high sand dune sightseeing parks, sand lake rowing parks, desert parks, 12 zodiac signs parks, desert lotus heart pavilions, Mongolian yurts big camps, 30 meter large Mongolian yurts, desert thousand Buddha pagodas, desert Nepalese style pagodas, underground palace style sun temples, etc; We also need to build desert sports fields, desert swimming pools, desert bullfighting arenas, etc., to turn this deserted desert into a bright and beautiful place on earth.
Background: Introduction to Dr. Yan Guangcai's Research on Desert Governance
Dr. Yan Guangcai, Chief Expert of the Healthy Environment Group, has been continuing his research on topics such as "Food Crisis" and "Green Business" for twelve years since 1966. He is the founder and expert group leader of the "International Green Global Research and Development Organization", which has attracted 536 internationally renowned experts from 26 countries. He has achieved a total of 126 research results in eight fields including green business theory and ecological governance research, and has been conducting research on related topics for 71 years.
Dr. Yan Guangcai, after more than 30 years of experience, personally led desert explorers to conduct difficult investigations on China's eight major deserts and four major sandy areas. He comprehensively and deeply investigated the relevant conditions of 12 desert sandy areas, obtained first-hand information, summarized 48 difficult problems in desert governance, and researched solutions one by one. His design is not simply to control the desert, but to quickly eliminate it, turn the desert into fertile land, and turn the desert into fertile land. This is one of the main ways for Dr. Yan Guangcai to study and solve the "food crisis problem".

Twenty years ago, Dr. Yan Guangcai led the transformation of 140000 acres of desert into an oasis in Hangjinhou Banner, Inner Mongolia. He successfully controlled the 83 meter high mobile sand dune and established the "China Hanghou Desert Governance International Demonstration Base" and "Tall Sand Dune Governance Demonstration Base", solving the world-class industry problem of managing tall sand dunes and receiving high praise from the international community. The United Nations Environment Development Organization and the United Nations Institute for Desert Research organized an international on-site conference on desert governance under the theme of "China Hanghou Desert Governance International Demonstration Base".

Dr. Yan Guangcai has provided humanitarian technical assistance to multiple countries using his agricultural and livestock technologies such as electricity, magnetism, sound, and waves, and has received widespread praise from the international community.
