On February 21, 2025, Dr. Yan Guangcai, the leader of the expert group of the International Green Global Research and Development Organization and the chief expert of Sichuan Healthy Environment Group, visited and guided the multi-functional bio organic fertilizer production demonstration base under the group located in Pengzhou. Liu Xianqing, the chairman of Healthy Environment Group, and Wang Weizhong, the person in charge of the production base, accompanied him.
Dr. Yan Guangcai has gained a detailed understanding of the production process, raw material selection, and operation management of bio organic fertilizers. He expressed satisfaction with the design and production line operation of the multifunctional bio organic fertilizer production demonstration base, fully affirmed advanced production processes and rapid fermentation technologies, and pointed out the need to strengthen production safety management, strengthen product quality control, and provide guarantees for thoroughly solving livestock manure pollution and producing safe food. Dr. Yan Guangcai also analyzed the group's desert governance technology series and the progress of Saudi Arabia's desert governance project. He stated that desert governance requires a large amount of high-quality fertilizers, and demonstration bases should be prepared for technology promotion and large-scale development. He also put forward his unique insights based on his desire to govern deserts, solve food security issues, the important role of multifunctional bio organic fertilizers in desert governance, and future research directions.
Dr. Yan Guangcai is the founder of the International Green Research Organization. He has devoted nearly 60 years to researching green development and solving human food security crisis, health crisis and other issues. The desert governance technology he proposed is very different from other desert governance technologies in terms of concept, goals, methods and effects: firstly, it not only needs to turn the desert into an oasis, but also needs to turn the qualified desert into fertile land; secondly, it needs to establish a professional desert governance team and use fully mechanized operation methods to govern the desert; thirdly, after governance, the desert farmland should be cultivated according to high-quality ecological agricultural standards, prohibiting the use of fertilizers and chemical pesticides, and using self-developed multifunctional bio organic fertilizers and electric, magnetic, acoustic and wave technologies to ensure crop growth.
