Establish and improve the sudden environmental investigation and assessment system, strengthen the quality management and supervision of soil pollution investigation, and scientifically and reasonably determine the use of contaminated land; Strengthen the risk control and repair of contaminated land, focus on key industries, and strengthen the whole process supervision of investigation and evaluation, risk control and repair, effect evaluation, and later management; We will strengthen the joint supervision of the soil environment of construction land, strengthen the information sharing and joint supervision mechanism of multiple departments, and establish and improve the supervision mechanism for the whole process of soil pollution treatment and remediation.
