preface
Desert hazards and disasters are global human disasters, with an annual expansion of desertification of over 100000 square kilometers worldwide. Due to the increasing rates of desertification expansion and green space loss, not only has the human activity area been continuously shrinking, but more importantly, it has caused global climate deterioration, leading to the occurrence of extreme weather phenomena. Natural disasters such as wind, hail, drought, and floods occur frequently. Due to various natural factors, there has been a reduction in food production, resulting in a global shortage of food supply and causing a food disaster for humanity. In order to alleviate the disaster of the desert, we began to study the rapid elimination of the desert at a mechanized speed, turning it into an oasis and relieving the harm of the desert to humans.
Few people in the world have been involved in the large-scale management of deserts. Only the Chinese government invests huge amounts of money every year in desert management, but it is only manual and labor-intensive, with poor results.
In order to completely eliminate the hazards of deserts, our experts, led by Mr. Yan Guangcai, conducted a systematic investigation of twelve desert sandy areas distributed in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai and other places in China; Understood the climate, water sources, and animal and plant ecosystems of various desert and sandy areas; And participated in local desert management multiple times; Realize new feasible methods from it. After more than 30 years of hard work and exploration, we have finally mastered the laws of desert hazards and developed a complete set of "rapid elimination methods for desert mechanization" (firstly, we established an organization for the Desert Mechanization Control Corps: consisting of the Corps Command and 26 regiments, with a total of 18545 people. Secondly, the Corps has 16250 various types of desert control machinery). By applying this method, within six years, the twelve deserts and sandy areas in China, with a total area of 674400 square kilometers, can be quickly eliminated and turned into oases, becoming a shining light on earth.
The organization implements desert mechanization elimination, among which the unique operating methods are as follows:
1. Relieve the water shortage problem in desert management.
① The air condensation system we invented can condense the moisture in the air and provide applications.
② The desert water storage tank we have developed has two characteristics: firstly, it has a large water storage capacity, with the largest storage tank being 150000 cubic meters. Secondly, the construction speed of water storage tanks is fast, and the construction cost is low, without the need for steel and cement. The small pool of 33000 cubic meters can be built in just one month. The large water tank can be built in just two months and is easy to use. Simply open the faucet and it will be ready for use.
2. The construction of wind barrier system has eliminated the harm of strong winds in the desert.
Desert storms are the first factor causing harm to deserts. The "windbreak" we have developed to prevent strong storm attacks is the "Great Wall" that protects desert management areas from the hazards of desert storms. Without the establishment of windbreak, the ecology of desert management areas will not be effectively protected; In the desert, even a strong wind of level 12 can be reduced by 60% by passing through our windbreak barriers; The joint establishment of wind barriers and windbreaks will completely avoid the harm of desert storms.
3. The management of tall sand dunes in the desert has eliminated the enormous harm caused by the movement and burial of tall sand dunes.
The sand dunes in the desert that are over 30 meters high are called tall sand dunes in the world. The highest sand dune in the Chinese desert is 300 meters. These sand dunes, due to strong winds, can move at any time and bury everything, known as the first disaster in the desert. Our wind protection system, including windbreak barriers and windbreak forests, is reasonably configured to prevent disasters caused by the movement of tall sand dunes. And some tall sand dunes will be built as tourist attractions and high-level water pools.
4. The construction of a sand flow prevention system in the desert has prevented the harm of sand and dust, and improved the environment of the desert.
The application of a mechanized mixed mud spraying desert rapid elimination system not only eliminates the need for manual grass grid insertion in desert management, but also enables the planting of grass, medicinal herbs, and trees in the desert to be completed in one go with good results.
5. The construction of a new tree planting system in desert management has increased the efficiency of desert tree planting several times, ensuring the green ecology of the desert.
Planting trees is an important part of desert management, whether it is the construction of windbreak forests, road protection forests, or farmland protection forests, a large number of various trees need to be cut and planted. Traditional tree planting only takes about a month in the desert and can only cut small trees, with a low survival rate. The efficient tree planting system developed by us is not limited by time, and can be planted even on hot summer days; And it can plant large trees with a survival rate of up to 95%. In this way, the windproof system in the desert can be quickly established, ensuring the green ecology of the desert.
6. The improvement of desert ecological environment has effectively ensured the construction of desert farmland and also opened up the B-type agricultural model.
Our goal is to expand efficient farmland on a large scale and demand good farmland and food from the desert. There are 12 deserts and sandy areas within China, with a total area of 674400 square kilometers (1.011 billion acres). By applying our method, 30% of desert land will be converted into fertile fields (covering an area of approximately 202300 square kilometers), which will increase China's arable land by 300 million acres and increase food production by 146 million tons. For the 1.4 billion Chinese people, it is equivalent to an increase of 0.21 mu of arable land for each Chinese person, who can cultivate and harvest agricultural products that year; In the future, 146 million tons of grain can be produced every year, with an average increase of 200 jin per Chinese. This not only ensures the country's food security, but also enables rapid results in desert management. In this way, not only can China's grain production be effectively improved, but some areas in the Chinese desert can also harvest two crops a year. The first crop, which mainly harvests spring wheat, is called A-type agriculture. The growth time of crops after spring wheat is only about two months, and only agriculture based on harvesting crop stems and leaves can be planted. Harvest soybean seedlings, corn seedlings, wheat seedlings, etc. (mainly used for processing leaf protein). We call this agricultural model B-type agriculture.
7. In desert governance, guided by the concept of "ecological benefits", an efficient economic system for deserts will be established.
In desert management, we adhere to the guidance of both economic benefits and the construction of desert grasslands (used for processing leaf protein, leaf green powder, and chlorophyll); Desert medicinal herb system (including medicinal herb cultivation and processing); Desert aquaculture system (including slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, and animal manure fertilizer processing plants).
8. Township construction and service system construction in desert areas.
The elimination of 12 desert sandy areas in China will result in over 3 million people living and working here. In order for these people to live and work well here, it is necessary to build desert towns with desert characteristics. There are commercial systems, school systems, kindergarten systems, etc.
9. Construction of tourism system in desert areas.
In order to ensure a relaxed and happy life for the staff here, it is necessary to establish a tourism and sightseeing system with desert characteristics, mainly including desert zoos, desert botanical gardens, desert high sand dune sightseeing parks, artificial desert lake rowing parks, and various amusement parks with desert characteristics. The construction of these scenic spots will also bring abundant tourism revenue to the desert.

The Significance of Rapid Elimination of Mechanized Deserts in Section 2
1、 It is a major revolution in the elimination of deserts
The vast deserts in China cause enormous natural disasters every year. Every year, over 1000 counties and cities' large areas of arable land are invaded by deserts, causing many ecological refugees; The invasion of the desert has led to a shrinking living space for people; The vast desert area has caused abnormal climate and frequent natural disasters in northern China, resulting in reduced grain production and endangering the country's food security.
We believe that the disaster brought by China's deserts to the Chinese nation is not less than the disaster brought to China by the Japanese aggressors in the past. This is a national disaster, a national disaster. What should every Chinese think and do when the country and nation are in trouble? In our eyes, the invasion and devouring of green spaces by deserts is like the invasion of land by aggressors. This is a battlefield with different meanings. We are researchers who study and solve the problem of eliminating deserts. Like the national defense army, we should stand up without hesitation, bravely shoulder the responsibility of guarding, and rush to the battlefield of defending green spaces. This is our mission. We must take back the land invaded by deserts in the fastest and most effective way possible!
China has 8 major deserts and 4 major sandy areas, including 8 in Inner Mongolia, 3 in Xinjiang, and 1 in Qinghai, with an area of 674400 square kilometers. By applying our research on the "Desert Mechanization Rapid Elimination Method", these territories can be turned into oases within six years. 30% of the sandy land will be transformed into fertile fields (with an area of approximately 202300 square kilometers), and the cultivated land area will be increased by 300 million acres (with other areas being other planting and breeding bases). This will not only alleviate the country's food shortage problem, but also greatly improve the climate conditions in northern China, benefiting numerous populations.
2、 It is a major initiative to transform deserts into oases and will be a milestone in desert governance
A group of experts led by Mr. Yan Guangcai, after more than 30 years of hard work, could not find the difference between commuting and holidays in their calendars. They abandoned their homes and studied day and night, gaining a deep understanding of the natural conditions and hazards of 12 desert sandy areas in China; They are engaged in the management of high and large sand dunes, conducting research and experiments on the cultivation of various desert plants and the breeding of various desert animals; In order to gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics of various deserts, we enter the desert every year during the coldest winter and hottest summer to observe and test natural data; In order to understand the characteristics of sandstorms, they immerse themselves in them and experience them regardless of personal safety when they come. After hundreds or thousands of experiments and explorations, we finally mastered the laws of desert hazards and developed a complete set of methods to deal with desert hazards.
There are 48 challenges in desert management that must be overcome one by one to ensure the integrity of desert elimination.
The first and most significant challenge is' water '. We adopt two measures to solve the problem of water shortage in deserts. The first is to use an air condensation system - an air condensation machine, which condenses the moisture in the air through our researched air condensation machine and provides applications; The second is the moisture transport system, which refers to the construction of moisture generating gas in areas with water sources (such as riverbanks or lakes), which is transported through pipelines to a location 500 kilometers away to condense into water and provide applications. Another is the water storage system, which involves building large water tanks in the desert. The water tank we built is constructed by building a dam on the ground, and the valve can be opened to release water; Each water tank needs to reach a certain storage capacity (35000 cubic meters for small tanks and 100000 cubic meters for large tanks), which can be built within 2 months and at a very low cost; During construction, one or two reinforced concrete bars are not needed, which not only saves time and costs, but also ensures sufficient water supply to the desert.
The second biggest and most significant challenge is that "all tall sand dunes in the desert must be managed and fully greened." Tall sand dunes refer to sand dunes with a height of over 30 meters, while what we refer to as tall sand dunes are sand dunes with a height of over 5 meters. At present, among the 12 deserts and sandy areas within China, it is claimed that "this desert has been well controlled." However, in reality, all the tall sand dunes and ordinary sand dunes in the desert sandy areas have not been controlled at all. So when a strong wind comes, sand and dust will still rise up.
Someone asked, how to treat tall sand dunes? Now let's briefly describe our treatment method as follows:
The first step is to build a road for machinery to access the sand dunes; Step two, flatten the top of the tall sand dune. The third step is to build a reservoir on the top of the flattened tall sand dune and plant various shrubs (such as sand willows, lemon twigs, etc.) for feeding. Step four, green the surrounding areas of the tall sand dunes and the roads leading to them.
The third biggest and most significant challenge is to eliminate 95% of the surface area, which must be fully greened. The exposed sand area must not exceed 5%.
In order to ensure the speed of desert elimination, after years of effort, we have finally developed the most ideal method for mechanized and rapid elimination of deserts.
This method includes: mechanical system, maintenance system, staff allocation, forming a professional army for desert governance, which can cover the governance area with green grass within one month and turn the governance area into an oasis of various efficiencies within one year. By adopting mechanized operations, desert elimination can be quickly promoted. With a team of 710 mechanical systems, 60 square kilometers of desert and sandy land can be eliminated in one month, and 540 square kilometers of desert and sandy land can be eliminated in nine months of work per year; If 26 teams are formed and work continuously in different regions, it is possible to eliminate a large area of 670000 square kilometers of desert and sandy land on Chinese soil within 6 years.
Operation steps of the desert rapid elimination mechanization system: The first step is to level or push the uneven sandy land into gentle slopes below 15 °; The second step is to mix and stir the soil, various plant seeds, fertilizers, and mix them into a slurry; The third step is to use a spray truck to spray the mixed mud on the sandy ground; The fourth step is to gradually grow various seedlings in the sprayed mud from the fifth day onwards, and the management personnel will spray water and fertilizer for management. These seedlings can turn into green grass within a month, firmly locking the desert in place, and can turn the desert into an oasis within a year.
3、 Who feeds these professionals in desert elimination?
This is an important concern for everyone - who do these desert professionals need to feed them? The other topic we are researching, 'Benefit Ecology', has provided an answer to this. The treated desert and sandy land can be transformed into food and agricultural bases, grassland bases, bases for planting other crops, medicinal herb bases, breeding bases, etc; These bases have been effective since the first year of desert management, and the benefits have been increasing year by year thereafter. In terms of the quality of various products planted in the base, they are all pollution-free green products, and the livestock raised are also ecological green high-end livestock products. The state only invests in the mechanical system of each team, the production and processing system of subsequent products, and one and a half years' salary for the staff. The mechanical system and operating materials consumption of the entire team is about 650 million yuan, and the subsequent production system will be about 500 million yuan.
There is no other mechanized way to quickly eliminate deserts in the world, let alone a way to quickly produce effects on eliminated deserts and sandy areas. Therefore, the implementation of this research is a significant measure and milestone in desert elimination.
Chapter 2: Desert Mechanization Rapid Elimination System
Introduction to the Mechanized Mud Spray Desert Rapid Elimination System in Section 1
1、 Operation steps: sand barrier establishment → sand leveling → mud spraying → management and protection
1. Wind barrier establishment: Various windproof barriers with a height of 6-12 meters are set up in the northern wind direction of the desert, and then the same wind barriers are set up in the western wind direction of the desert, but with slightly lower density. The purpose of setting up a wind barrier is to slow down the wind speed for subsequent operations.
2. Leveling: After the sand barrier, gradually level the sand with a bulldozer from north to south, and push the tall sand dunes into a gentle slope below 15 degrees to facilitate the operation of mud spraying trucks in the future.

3. Spraying mud
① Mixing plant: Mix soil, fertilizer, various plant seeds, and binders together with water to form a mud lake shape.
② Spray truck: The spray truck can transport 5m3 of mud to the desert at once, and spray the mud according to the pre planned route. The spraying width is 2.5 meters and the thickness is 3cm. It takes 8 vehicles to spray simultaneously on 2 acres of land, which can be completed in 2 minutes. It can spray 90000 acres of land in a month.
③ Nursery management: After spraying, various seedlings can gradually grow on the sandy land from the 5th day. The management team starts spraying water and fertilizer according to the required time, which takes about a month. The desert ground is covered with green grass and fully greened.
④ Planting windbreak forest belts: According to the planning requirements, windbreak forest belts of different widths are constructed in the determined area to form field grids with various planting requirements, with the protective forest belt on the grid and the planting area in the grid.
2、 Composition of Mud
1. Soil: clay or loess
2. Fertilizer: ① The decomposed feces of various livestock; ② Biogas liquid; ③ Biological fertilizer; ④ Sand to soil biological agent. Mix various ingredients according to the physical and chemical indicators of different desert areas.
3. Accessory: Various product residues, such as rice husk powder, grass powder, beer residue powder, etc., aimed at increasing the future humus of sandy land and improving fertilizer efficiency.
4. Seeds of various plants: shrubs, grasses, medicinal plants, and wheat plants (such as wheat, rye, barley, barley, etc.). Prepared according to the physical and chemical indicators and climatic conditions of the sandy land.
Note: The reason for adding seeds of wheat plants is because desert plants have a slow emergence, and some even take 1-2 months to emerge. Wheat plants can sprout in just a few days and quickly form an underground network of root systems, quickly locking in sand.
5. Adhesive: A type of adhesive composed of various animal and plant products as raw materials. After adding mud, the viscosity of the mud can be adjusted to evenly distribute the components in the mud.
3、 Rational operation (guided by the concept of ecological benefits for spraying operation system)
Rational operation refers to greening operations based on the purpose of eliminating deserts, forming various planting systems with grid patterns. Briefly described as follows:
1. The planting system on the field grid mainly sprays seeds of various trees and shrubs suitable for desert growth.
2. Planting system in Tiange:
① Grasses: Mainly spray alfalfa grass, Achnatherum splendens grass, Caragana korshinskii, Osmanthus fragrans, Salix angustifolia, Leymus chinensis, ice grass, etc., to form different types of grass bases.
② Medicinal herbs: mainly sprayed with astragalus, wolfberry, black wolfberry, hay, windproof, wolfberry, jujube, seabuckthorn, etc., forming medicinal herb bases of various varieties
③ Sandy farmland type: A slurry composed of clay, biogas water, farmyard manure, bio fertilizer, sand to soil bio agent, sprayed twice. After each spraying, immediately start the rotary tiller and rotate once. Then you can sow the required crops. One year later, the sand to soil biological agent takes effect, and the sandy soil in the cultivated layer becomes loam and fertile land.
4、 Seedling management and care:
The key management period for young seedlings is within one month of growth. Water and fertilizer should be sprayed in a timely manner according to requirements to ensure that all kinds of seedlings emerge quickly and evenly. Only in this way can the sand in the sandy land be stable and quickly form green grass, and the sandy land be densely covered with greenery. The subsequent maintenance can be slowed down according to the actual situation.
Spring and autumn are the key seasons for mud spraying (during the hottest summer season, only mud fertilizer is sprayed to prepare for future crop planting). Work that requires overtime to ensure progress in eliminating the desert.
5、 The necessity of adding wheat seeds to the sprayed mud.
Whether in forest belts or various types of planting areas, wheat seeds must be added to the sprayed mud, and the planting amount must be large. For example, when planting wheat normally, about 10kg of seeds need to be sown per mu. However, in the mud sprayed on sandy land, it is necessary to ensure that the sowing amount per mu reaches 20kg, so as to quickly form a dense network of root systems underground, lock in the sand, and stop the sand from flowing for a short time, so as to ensure that other sand plants that have been sprayed can germinate normally. After a few months, wheat plants will automatically die, and the remaining plant roots will become humus, increasing the fertility of the sandy land.
In order to increase and improve the germination rate of various plants, germination treatment should be carried out before adding mud to the seeds of various plants, including soaking in warm water, moisturizing germination, and special treatment for licorice and astragalus seeds, in order to ensure fast and uniform seed emergence. The fastest to emerge are wheat seeds, which emerge first on the 5th day, followed by other plants.

After years of research, we have finally developed a moisture generator that can convert saline alkali water into moisture, transport it 500 kilometers away, and then apply our moisture condensation system to turn moisture into fresh water for use.
There are two types of moisture generators: Type A converts saline alkali lake water, seawater, and river and lake water into moisture. Type B refers to the transformation of mountain streams into moisture.
Through the humidifier generator, the air humidity transported reaches over 60%, and after treatment by the condensate system, the daily water volume is 500 cubic meters.

Chapter 4: The Extensive Construction of Water Storage Systems
1、 Introduction to Desert Water Storage System
There are two ways to eliminate water supply problems in deserts: one is water source construction; One is the issue of water storage, which requires a large water storage capacity, easy use, and the water can be discharged by opening the faucet.
The earliest water tanks we built in desert areas were of the underground pit type, with each tank having a storage capacity of only 500 cubic meters and requiring the use of a pump for application. Although the water storage tank we built has received praise from domestic and foreign experts, who believe that the construction time is short (only 10 days can be built), and it does not require steel or cement, making it very suitable. However, we believe that such a water storage system is still not suitable for desert elimination. After multiple repeated experiments, we have finally developed a second-generation water storage system.
The characteristics of the second-generation water storage system are: large water storage capacity. The small water tank has a storage capacity of 33000 cubic meters, while the large water tank has a storage capacity of over 100000 cubic meters. Easy to use, simply open the faucet to apply, as the water storage tank is built on the ground. The lower width of the dam is 12 meters, the upper width is 4 meters, and the height is 3.5 meters. It should be constructed using a dam building machine. A small water tank dam can be built in one month (with a total length of 450 meters), and a large water tank dam can be built in two months (with a total length of 1300 meters).
The construction of the water storage tank is divided into four steps: firstly, a dam building machine is used to build the dam, with a length of 6.38 meters, a height of 3.83 meters, and a width of 4.3 meters, and the operation is carried out by vehicle traction. Secondly, the ground inside the dam (bottom of the water tank) should be tidied up. Including excavating 0.4 meters, compacting the ground, leveling the ground, etc. Thirdly, lay waterproof molds. There are three types of waterproof molds, namely Type A, Type B, and Type C. The waterproof mold is laid in 5 layers: the first layer is A-type, the second layer is B-type, the third layer is C-type, the fourth layer is B-type, and the fifth layer is A-type. After laying the waterproof mold, immediately backfill, compact, and level it. Fourthly, lay brick floors and brick dam surfaces.

Chapter 5: Construction of Efficient Tree Planting System in Desert Areas
1、 Introduction to Efficient Tree Planting System in Desert Areas
Key areas for desert elimination require the construction of windbreak forest belts. In the past, planting various trees in windbreak forest areas could only be done before the plants germinated in spring each year, for only one month, which greatly affected the speed of windbreak forest construction. With our efficient tree planting system developed, trees can be planted in windbreak belts without seasonal restrictions. Every year from the thawing of the ground in spring to the freezing of the ground in winter, we can plant trees of different sizes that have been cultivated in our nursery for 1-5 years, without being limited by the time of spring. Even in the hot summer, fresh leaves can be planted with a survival rate of 90% -98%. This not only extends the planting time from one month to five months, but also enables the windbreak forest to be quickly built in the same year, demonstrating its effectiveness quickly.

Chapter 6 Construction of Wind Prevention System in Desert Areas
1、 The function of windproof barrier
In order to prevent strong winds from attacking in the desert, after years of research and multiple experiments, we have finally developed a "windproof barrier" to prevent strong winds. In the desert, even a force 12 gale can be reduced by 60% by passing through our windbreak.
2、 Weight per linear meter of various windbreak barriers

② The reference price for installation in desert areas is 4.2 million yuan/kilometer for first level, 3.6 million yuan/kilometer for second level, 3 million yuan/kilometer for third level, and 2.5 million yuan/kilometer for fourth level.
3、 Equipping windbreak barriers in various desert areas
    1. Explanation:
The desert sand removal project we are engaged in does not require windbreak barriers in most areas, only in a few areas. In general areas, it relies entirely on the four levels of windbreak forests we have set up to solve the problem. Based on the actual situation we have obtained, the construction scale is temporarily set as follows, and adjustments will be made in practical applications in the future.
    2. Construction scale:
    ① Level 1 wind barrier: 4.2 million yuan/kilometer x 500 kilometers=2.1 billion yuan
    ② Level 2 wind barrier: 3.6 million yuan/kilometer x 500 kilometers=1.8 million yuan
    ③ Level 3 wind barrier: 3 million yuan/kilometer x 500 kilometers=1.5 billion yuan
    ④ Level 4 wind barrier: 2.5 million yuan/kilometer x 1000 kilometers=2.5 million yuan
    Total: 7.9 billion yuan
    3. Wind barrier management personnel: 100 people
Chapter 7: Benefit Ecological System Implemented in Desert Elimination Areas
The significant significance of implementing the ecological concept of benefit in the first section of desert elimination areas
1、 Achieved equal emphasis on desert management and economic benefits
'Benefit ecology' refers to the consideration of combining the economic benefits generated while eliminating deserts, achieving equal emphasis on governance and benefits, and achieving quick results, generating economic benefits in the same year. From an economic perspective, it is also known as "economic ecology" or "rational ecological economy".
We use the "benefit ecology" system we have developed for desert elimination. With our pre planned production area and variety area, we can carry out orderly operations in a planned manner, so that various benefit areas can be formed at once while eliminating the desert. For example:
    1. Desert grass area: When eliminating the desert, various grass seeds should be sprayed separately according to different plots of land in the spray of wine slurry, such as alfalfa, Shataowang, sheepwood, sweet clover, fine leaved Lespedeza, Achnatherum splendens, sand reed grass, etc; Spray crop seeds separately, such as ryegrass, soybeans, millet, etc.
    2. Sandy breeding area: It is required to be close to the grass area for convenient feed processing; In addition, according to the requirements, the surrounding areas should also plant tree species such as lemon, purple locust, and locust as feed resources.
    3. In the sandy medicinal herb area, when eliminating the desert, various medicinal herb seeds are sprayed on different plots according to requirements. For example: Goji berries, licorice, astragalus, etc.
    4. Desert wild vegetable area: When eliminating the desert, spray various wild vegetable seeds on different plots as required. For example: bitter vegetables, scallions, mustard greens, etc.
2、 The implementation of "benefit ecology" technology has a significant impact on desert elimination.
    1. Can mobilize a nationwide ecological governance boom
Due to the implementation of "benefit ecology" technology, desert control can be effective in the same year, and in the future, with the growth of green resources, economic benefits will also increase year by year. This mobilized the farmers and herdsmen in the governance area to actively contract the desertified land. Ecological governance can rapidly expand the contracted area of sandy land in the ecological governance zone, and promote the rapid development of the ecological governance process.
    Mobilized the involvement of enterprises.
The benefits of ecological efficiency are fast, low cost, high profit, and the enterprise can quickly go public, which benefits the country, the people, and the enterprise, painting a beautiful development prospect for the enterprise. Many companies will invest in the tide of ecological governance and become leading enterprises. This is to elevate ecological governance and achieve effective development.
    2. Promoted the trend of eliminating grassland management by farmers and herdsmen in the area, improved the quality of ecological governance, and also increased and accelerated the generation of ecological effects.
Beneficial ecology promotes the sense of responsibility of farmers and herdsmen in planting trees, grass, and managing grass, thereby improving the quality and yield of green resources. The more abundant the green resources in the governance area, the better the benefits, and thus the effectiveness of the ecological governance area is also improved.
    3. Promoted the prohibition of grazing in restricted areas and developed animal husbandry.
The land in the contracted management area for farmers and herdsmen should be improved in accordance with the ecological efficiency law, and grazing should be prohibited first. Due to the ecological benefits, the contracted area can quickly generate benefits, so the ban on grazing has become a conscious action of farmers and herdsmen. In addition, we have promoted and demonstrated grassland agriculture and green animal husbandry in China's governance areas, providing a model for farmers and herdsmen. The application of standardized planting and breeding by the International Green Globe Organization has high efficiency, good product quality, and can be in line with international standards, which greatly promotes the rapid development of animal husbandry in the governance area.

4. Promoted the pace of farmers and herdsmen striving for a moderately prosperous society
(1) Accelerated the pace of prosperity for farmers and herdsmen
In fact, we are implementing three major industries in China's elimination zones, namely, sand plant processing industrialization, animal husbandry industrialization, and agricultural industrialization. Through the development of the three major industries, farmers and herdsmen in the governance area can quickly benefit.
Provide an overview of the annual income of a family of five farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia, China.
① Land: 3 hectares, harvesting 30 tons of green resources per hectare at a rate of $30 per ton. Annual production of 90 tons of green resources, with an annual income of 1080 US dollars.
② There is one cow per household and two ewes per person. Annual production of 1 cow and 3 sheep, with an annual income of 3000 US dollars.
Summary: The annual income is 4080 US dollars, with an average of 816 US dollars per person (which increases the income of local farmers and herdsmen by 1-2 times).
Note: The benefits of crops such as grain income are not included.
(2) Promoted a virtuous cycle of agriculture and forestry in the governance area
The development of animal husbandry in the governance area will generate a large amount of farmyard manure, which will be applied to the fields, increasing the biological effects and fertility of the soil, and in turn increasing the yield and quality of agricultural and forestry crops, promoting a virtuous cycle of agriculture and forestry in the governance area.
Beneficial ecology belongs to the category of rational ecological economy. Its implementation not only accelerates the speed of ecological governance, but also accelerates the development of ecological economy, prospers ecological economy, and plays a crucial role in promoting the economic development of ecological crisis areas.
Section 2 Estimation of Economic Benefits of Various Industries Development in Desert Elimination Areas
1、 Explanation
China has a total of 12 deserts and sandy areas, among which Xinjiang has three deserts: Taklamakan Desert, Gurbantunggut Desert, and Kumtag Desert, with an area of 40.59 square kilometers; There is a desert in Qinghai, the Qaidam Basin Desert, with an area of 3.49km2; There are four deserts and four sandy lands in Inner Mongolia: Badain Jaran Desert, Tengger Desert, Ulan Buhe Desert, Kubuqi Desert, Hunshandake Desert, Horqin Sandy Land, Maowusu Desert, Hulunbeier Desert, covering an area of 23.36km2.
By using mechanized methods, all desert and sandy areas in China can be eliminated, with a total area of 674400 km2 (1.0116 billion mu), and 12 desert and sandy areas on the Chinese land can be completely eliminated within 6 years. After the elimination of desert sandy land, four types of areas will be generated: ① 30% standardized ecological farmland of 300 million acres; ② 35% of the windproof forest covers 350 million acres; ③ 25% of grassland and medicinal land covers 250 million acres; ④ 10% of other land (aquaculture land, water source land, construction land, etc.) covers 116 million acres.
We are guided by the concept of "ecological benefits" and based on our experience and achievements in desert elimination, we have a new idea for the full utilization of the four types of areas generated after the elimination of desert sand: ① the utilization of 300 million mu of standard farmland. In sandy areas, only one crop is usually planted. We need to plant two crops. The first crop is spring wheat (ice wheat), which sprouts at 5 ℃. As soon as the land thaws in March each year, it is planted and harvested from June to early July; There are still two to three months left to plant buckwheat and produce raw materials for leaf protein and chlorophyll, including soybean seedlings, corn seedlings, wheat and rye seedlings and seedlings; And throughout the entire planting process, no chemical fertilizers are used, only the livestock and biological fertilizers we produce are used to make the farmland meet the standards of ecological farmland. ② 350 million acres of windbreak forest land utilization. There are four types of windproof forest stands. Among them, the main windbreak forest, secondary windbreak forest, and kilometer belt windbreak forest are grazing areas for ecological pigs and chickens under these three types of windbreak forests; The fourth type of windbreak forest is windbreak forest in farmland, grassland, and medicinal herb gardens. This type of windbreak forest is mainly composed of economic forests, with the main tree species including jujube trees, pear trees, peach trees, apple trees, Wen Guan fruit trees, and winged fruit oil trees; The northern periphery of these four types of windbreak forests is equipped with wind and sand barriers ranging from 6 to 12 meters in height to prevent strong winds from hitting. E、 Sand wind power system
1. Desert elimination technology will create a new massive power system in China.
Deserts and sandy areas are the places with the best sunlight, but the huge gusts of wind in the sandy areas cause severe sandstorms, turning this place into a desert. To eliminate the desert, we must first eliminate the strong winds here. Our approach is to first apply the sandstorm barrier we have researched to block strong winds. There are four levels of wind and sand barriers, with a height of 6-12 meters, located on the periphery and inside of the sand area, forming a wind and sand barrier system. It is a level 12 strong wind, which can reduce the wind force by 60% after passing through the wind barrier; Next is the windbreak forest system, consisting of four levels, forming the second windbreak network from the outside in. The area of windbreak forests is very large, accounting for about 35% of the entire desert control area; The third is to eliminate the tall sand dunes in the governance area; After these three measures, the entire sandy area became a stable zone. Then we solved the water supply problem in the desert area, forming 300 million acres of standardized farmland in the desert areas of the country. The photovoltaic power system, which accounts for 30% of desert sand areas, is installed here.
2. The largest photovoltaic and wind power system in China
A、 The massive photovoltaic power system covers an area of 300 million acres (approximately 200000 km2).
B、 The largest wind power system in China: installed in windbreak forests and grassland systems (35% of the total area of China's sand areas are windbreak forests and 25% are grasslands), covering a total area of 600 million acres (approximately 400000 km2) and capable of installing over 2.4 million wind turbines.
Preliminary estimate: The photovoltaic industry generates an annual income of 200 million yuan per 10000 acres, with 50% of the installed photovoltaic industry on 300 million acres of farmland generating an annual income of 1.5 trillion yuan.
Note: The economic effect data obtained from desert wind power systems will be detailed later.

1. The necessity of resettling demobilized soldiers
The soldiers guarding the border defense in Xinjiang, Xizang and Inner Mongolia of China live a very hard life. They are national heroes, but they often cannot find jobs after being transferred to other jobs. This is very unfair. Our desert control army is mainly composed of them, and can accommodate more than 20000 demobilized soldiers.
We have specially designed resettlement parks for them, each covering an area of 1 acre (680 square meters). There are 4 houses in the front yard with an area of 72.6 square meters, as well as a kitchen, toilet, and a 45 square meter breeding house, which can raise cattle, sheep, pigs, ostriches, etc. (all livestock products raised will be recycled); The backyard is a vegetable garden with an area of 320 square meters, and is also equipped with solar radiation or wind power generation and a pool.
They can bring their loved ones, parents, and children to live here, all of whom have job opportunities.
2. Construction investment: 70000 yuan/set
(1) Housing: 800 yuan/square meter x 73 square meters=58400 yuan

Chapter 11: Plan and Arrangement for the Elimination of Chinese Desert Sandy Land

Sand Desert Elimination Plan Arrangement
1. First, establish a desert sand elimination team
The purpose is to cultivate professional talents, familiarize them with desert management procedures, and prepare for the establishment of a desert management army.
2. Plan to eliminate desert areas
Step 1: First, govern the three desert sandy areas in northwest Beijing, China, including the Ulan Buh Desert, Kubuqi Desert, and Hunshandak Desert. The total area is 5.39km2, which is the main source of sandstorms in the capital of Beijing, China.
Step 2: Eliminate the Mu Us Sandy Land in western China, the Horqin Sandy Land in the north, and the Hulunbeier Sandy Land in the northeast. The total area is 6.06km2. The completion of the control of these three desert sandy areas can ensure that there is no sand and dust hazard in central and eastern China.
Step 3: Eliminate the Tengger Desert and Badain Jaran Desert in the north central part of China, with a total area of 87000 Km2. The completion of the control of these two deserts can ensure that more than half of China will no longer be affected by sandstorms. Afterwards, go to Xinjiang for governance.
Chapter 12: The Mighty Effect of Mechanized Elimination of Chinese Deserts
1、 The mechanization elimination of deserts is a powerful measure to increase the scale of arable land in China, and it is also an effective new way to eliminate food disasters.
(1) The vast deserts in China are the foundation for the expansion of arable land.
1. Overview of Desert Sandy Land in China
a. There are a total of 12 desert sandy areas distributed in Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Xinjiang and other places in China:
(1) The Taklamakan Desert covers 337600 km2, while the Gurbantunggut Desert covers 48800 km2
(3) Kumtag Desert 19500 km2, (4) Qaidam Basin Desert 34900 km2
(5) Badain Jaran Desert 44300 Km2, (6) Tengger Desert 42700 Km2
(7) 11500 km2 of Ulan Buhe Desert and 18600 km2 of (8) Kubuqi Desert
(9) Hunshandake Sandland 23800 Km2 (10) Horqin Sandy Land 50600 Km2
(11) Maowusu Sandy Land covers 32100 km2 (12) and Hulunbuir Sandy Land covers 10000 km2
b. Among them, the total area of desert is 557900 km2, and the total area of sandy land is 116500 km2
c. The total area of desert and sandy land is 674400 km2 (1011.6 million mu)
d. Overview of Mechanized Elimination of Desert Sandy Land:
(1) Within 6 years, a large area of 674400 square kilometers of desert sand on Chinese soil can be eliminated.
(2) After the elimination of desert sand, it is estimated that 30% of it can generate 300 million acres of fertile land.
2. Introduction to the application of mechanized elimination method for desert sand and how desert sand is converted into arable land.
(1) Sand consolidation: Use bulldozers to level the sand.
(2) Composite mud spraying:
① Mud composition: clay, farmyard manure, biogas water, bio fertilizer, sand to soil bio agent.
② Mud spraying: Two times, 5m3 each time. The first time, the mud should be slightly diluted to facilitate the rapid infiltration of the fertilizer water into the sandy land. The second batch of mud is slightly thicker than the first batch.
(3) Start the rotary tiller: After each mud spray, start the rotary tiller and rotate the sprayed sand once.
(4) Sowing crops: Sow the required crops on the sandy land after rotary tillage. After one year, the sand will turn into soil and the biological agent will take effect. The sandy land in the tillage layer will turn into loam and become fertile land.
(2) Example: The three major deserts and sandy areas in the Yellow River Basin have been transformed into fertile fields through mechanized management, with only one crop planted in the fertile fields.
(1) The data related to the transformation of the three major desert sandy areas into fertile fields after the application of mechanization for elimination.
1. 60% of the Kubuqi Desert has been converted into fertile land, with 18600 km2 (27.9 million mu) being converted into 16.74 million mu of fertile land.
Among them: 70% of the spring wheat field, 16.74 million mu x 0.7=11.718 million mu
Coarse grain fields: Planting soybeans, mung beans, and foxtail millet at 30%, with 16.74 million mu x 0.3=5.022 million mu.
2. The Ulan Buh Desert has been transformed into fertile land, reaching 50%, 11500 km2 (17.25 million mu), and 8.625 million mu.
Among them: 65% of the land is spring wheat, with 8.625 million mu x 0.65=560.625 million mu
35% of the land consists of miscellaneous grains, with 6.825 million mu x 0.35=3.01875 million mu (planted with mung beans, adzuki beans, mung beans, and foxtail millet).
3. The Maowusu sandy land has been transformed into fertile land, reaching 35%, 32100 km2 (48.15 million mu), and 16.8525 million mu.
Among them: 60% of the land is spring wheat, with 16.8525 million mu x 0.6=10.1115 million mu
40% of the land is for miscellaneous grains, with 16.8525 million mu x 0.4=6.741 million mu (planted with mung beans, adzuki beans, mung beans, Qiao Mai, and grains).
(2) Three major desert sandy areas, data related to mechanized elimination

④ Other expenses: 100 yuan/mu x 4.2275 million mu=4.22175 trillion yuan
3. The annual profit of 42.217 million acres is 2.80955 billion yuan
The annual output value is 43.7605 billion yuan - the total cost of cultivation is 40.95095 billion yuan=2.80955 trillion yuan.
2、 Mechanized elimination of deserts is a powerful way to completely improve the ecological landscape of desert areas, eradicate the hazards of sandstorms, and turn deserts into oases.
The current situation of desert elimination in China is not ideal. It is said that the desert has been completely controlled, but in fact, the tall sand dunes in the desert have not been controlled at all. These tall sand dunes are the source of sandstorms. Some people ask why the sandstorm hazards in Beijing and northern China cannot be stopped, and why there is a phenomenon of increasing year after year. The main reason is that these tall sand dunes are causing trouble.
Take the Kubuqi Desert as an example to illustrate everything. In July of this year, we went to the Kubuqi Desert for investigation and found that the towering sand dunes along the southern bank of the Yellow River, which were several kilometers long, stood there and looked very ugly, filling a stain on the Yellow River scenic spots; Entering the Kubuqi Desert, there are numerous tall and low sand dunes that have not been properly managed, accounting for about 50% of the Kubuqi Desert's area. These are the true ecological features of Chinese deserts.
Someone asked why the tall sand dunes in our country's desert have not been treated! That's because current desert management is manually operated, and without mechanical management, it's impossible to achieve.
We specialize in researching the challenges in desert management, and the management of tall sand dunes is one of the biggest challenges we must overcome. Moreover, we have experience in mechanized management of tall sand dunes, which can quickly and effectively manage them in the desert. At the same time, the tall sand dunes that have been treated can also be transformed into profit gardens, which is one of the highlights of our desert management work. If the desert is truly turned into an oasis, it will completely change the ecological landscape of northern China.
Note: Desert mechanization elimination, please refer to the album material for an introduction to rapid elimination of desert mechanization.
3、 The mechanized elimination of desert sandy land and its transformation into arable land must be combined with sand farming and electric, magnetic, acoustic, and wave technologies to maintain the original ecological arable land.
1. At present, the cultivated land in China is still trending towards the phenomenon of "bad farmland".
How did the phenomenon of 'bad farmland' occur? There are two reasons for this: firstly, excessive and frequent use of chemical fertilizers on cultivated land, rather than agricultural and ecological fertilizers, leads to a continuous decrease in organic matter in the soil, resulting in soil compaction in the cultivated land. Now, this phenomenon has occurred in the vast black soil of Heilongjiang Province, China's major granary. At present, the country is taking relevant measures to fully address this phenomenon. Secondly, excessive and frequent use of herbicides and insecticides. If a weed grows in farmland, one herbicide should be used several times a year; If a pest appears in the farmland, a pesticide must be used several times a year. In this way, there will be non degradable chemicals that settle in the soil, and year after year, these substances will accumulate more and more, turning farmland into chemical farmland. This not only affects crop yields, but also affects the quality of crop products. People using such agricultural products can harm their health.
2. The development of arable land in desert sandy areas will provide people with a 'primitive high-grade arable land'.
Now, there are only two places in the world that are not polluted, one is the South Pole and the North Pole of the Earth; Another thing is the desolate desert sand. Desert sand is a natural pollution-free area, so when we develop and utilize desert sand, the first thing we need to do is to ensure that this area is not polluted and to protect its original ecological appearance. There are two plans we have adopted, which are briefly described as follows:

(1) The development of desert and sandy land must be combined with sand farming, and animal manure should be used for fertilization in the sand to prevent and reduce the use of chemical fertilizers.
The main breeds raised are cattle, ostriches, chickens, pigs, etc. Cattle are mainly raised in pens to ensure the growth of plants in sandy areas; Chickens and pigs should be raised using grazing methods, which means grazing these animals in forests and weed fields in sandy areas; These chickens and pigs have been trained to form conditioned reflexes, and as long as they send signals, they can gather at any time. These chickens and pigs feed on insects and plant species in the forest and grassland, and are given a certain amount of supplementary feed and specialized drinking water every afternoon when they gather and return home; Using this feeding method, the meat quality of chickens and pigs raised is ecological organic food; At the same time, the feces left by chickens and pigs in the forest promote the growth of sand plants; Moreover, these chickens and pigs feed on and scrape insects between the forest and grass in the forest, reducing insect damage and promoting the vigorous growth of the forest and grass.
(2) By applying the electric, magnetic, acoustic, and wave technologies we have researched, we can not only ensure the vigorous growth of various plants in sandy areas, but also eliminate the use of insecticides and herbicides on sandy land.
Electricity refers to the application of alternating current, current, and magnetism, magnetic fields and sound, ultrasonic waves and waves, and electronic waves. After processing animals and plants using these four technologies, their genes undergo changes and polarization, which is what I call forward and reverse codes.
Positive password: For plants, it can increase stomata, enhance photosynthesis, and promote vigorous growth, thereby achieving the effect of increasing yield and growth rate; After the reverse password acts on the target plant, it can inhibit plant growth. For animals, it also has the same effect.
In the elimination of deserts and sandy areas, we apply forward cryptography to treat the seeds of various plants and growing live plants in sandy areas, which can achieve high yields; We apply reverse encryption to treat various weeds and seeds in farmland to achieve weed control; Similarly, by applying reverse passwords, we can achieve the effect of repelling pests, so in our sandy farmland, the use of herbicides and insecticides can be completely eliminated.
4、 The aquaculture industry carried out in the elimination of desert and sandy areas is a powerful measure for rural revitalization in sandy areas.
Our aquaculture industry in the desert area consists of two steps. The first step is to distribute all female and young livestock to farmers around the sandy area for breeding. When raising young livestock to a certain extent, we purchase them according to standards. (Keep calves for 18 months, piglets for 6 months, and chicks for 3 months). Second, we will raise all kinds of livestock products received from farmers in a standardized manner according to the requirements until they reach the standard (100 days for cattle, 90 days for pigs and 60 days for chickens), and then transfer them to the market for sale.
Every year, each district purchases over 2 billion yuan of various livestock products from farmers, and this portion of the funds is paid to farmers in the sand area, which will play a crucial role in the revitalization of the rural economy in the sand area.
5、 Mechanized elimination of desert sand requires the construction of a massive army of governance personnel, which will be a paradise for Chinese border defense personnel and university students to find employment.
The total number of sand control troops needed to eliminate the three major desert areas along the Yellow River in China is about 480000; Eliminating 12 desert areas in China requires a total of over 3.06 million troops for desertification control.
Build such a massive sand control army. Where do the personnel come from: because the nature of the work of the sand control army is semi military, it is most suitable to convert them into demobilized soldiers; The demobilized soldiers in the northern and northwestern regions have better adaptability due to their working environment in the military, which is similar to the desert and sandy land management environment we are engaged in in in the northern and northwestern regions; In addition, engaging in mechanized management and post management of desert areas is a high-tech technology in many aspects, so it also requires many college students to work here.
These demobilized soldiers are all heroes of the country. We will negotiate with the National Military Commission to build a house for each demobilized soldier in the desert area (we have designed a set of drawings for them). They can bring their families here, and adults will arrange work for them. Children will enter our kindergarten and school for free.
6、 The vast desert countryside will become the largest photovoltaic and wind power base in China.
In China, it is simply impossible to build a large-scale photovoltaic and wind power base and form an internationally first-class photovoltaic and wind power management system, because there is no such vast territory. Only after the control of several major deserts in China can such a photovoltaic and wind power system be formed.
When it comes to building such a base in the Chinese desert, everyone's biggest concern is that the strong storms in the desert make it impossible to build such a system; Secondly, in the desert, living conditions are the most difficult, which will cause difficulties for management personnel; Thirdly, in the desert, there are few personnel, which can lead to safety issues for management personnel and electrical equipment.
The desert has the strongest solar and wind energy in the world, and building a systematic photovoltaic and wind power system in the desert is a world-class challenge. After years of research and experimentation, we have finally effectively solved this major problem. We have a four level windbreak forest system and a four level windbreak barrier system (windbreak barriers are 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters, and 12 meters high respectively). It is a level 12 storm, and after passing through my wind protection system, the wind power will weaken by 60%.
There are three types of photovoltaic systems we have built in the desert. The first is photovoltaic and aquaculture systems. In the photovoltaic space, plant grass, raise pigs and chickens. We will produce high-quality green meat pigs and broiler chickens in their natural state (all of which will be exported products); Secondly, for photovoltaic and medicinal production systems. Planting products such as Cistanche deserticola, Cynomorium songaricum, Liriopogon japonicus, licorice, and astragalus in photovoltaic space; Thirdly, for the photovoltaic and food crop product systems. However, for this photovoltaic system, the first step is to raise the photovoltaic panels by 1.2 meters on the original basis, and the photovoltaic panels also need to be arranged in intervals for normal power generation and mechanized operation of farmland.
The desert system we are building is a complete ecological desert elimination and management system. Firstly, a desert elimination army with semi military management; The second is a complete and production system. There are planting and breeding parts, electricity parts, complete living and commercial parts, various entertainment parts, and a strong security part. In our desert elimination and management system, there will be 3.06 million people employed, which is an emerging industry where everyone will live very happily.
