All localities will rationally arrange domestic garbage sorting collection stations, establish a sorting transportation system, and speed up the replenishment of sorting collection and transfer facilities. According to the requirements, all localities will clarify the construction objectives and tasks of facilities for classified collection and transportation of domestic garbage, steadily promote the construction of facilities, and effectively connect the classified delivery end and the classified treatment end to avoid "separation before mixing" of garbage. The construction of incineration treatment facilities will be accelerated.
