Part One: A New Nutrient Source - Plant Stem and Leaf Nutrition
Section 1: Extraction of Plant Stem and Leaf Nutrients
In the 1960s, that is, 1962, China was plunged into a comprehensive food crisis. Our expert Mr. Yan Guangcai once lived through that extremely difficult life, which made him deeply realize the importance of the food problem. Humans must first solve the problem of food before they can talk about other things. He swore: We will be loyal defenders of national food security and pioneers in solving the country's food crisis; He also deeply recognized that food security is a top priority and an eternal theme, and must firmly grasp the significance of ensuring that the Chinese people's jobs are firmly in their own hands; He believes that the Chinese nation is the world's largest nation, and he is determined that China will not only solve its own food difficulties, but also make its due contribution to alleviating the food crisis of humanity.
So, what methods can be used to fundamentally solve the food problem? From then on, he embarked on a research journey to alleviate the food crisis.
When it comes to solving the food crisis, the first way is usually to increase the amount of grain cultivation by expanding the land area. The second way is to increase the yield of grain by improving varieties. Mr. Yan believes that neither of these two paths can fundamentally solve the food crisis that humanity is about to face.
He believes that the arable land used by humans is limited, while the situation of increasing population faced by humans is infinite; Moreover, land desertification will continuously reduce the limited arable land of humans, which is a terrible contrast; In addition, due to the frequent occurrence of extreme weather phenomena in globalization, existing arable land cannot function normally. So, the global food crisis that humanity is facing will occur.
Can the natural world find new sources of nutrients that can replace food, be widely used by humans, and have abundant resources? After years of exploration, he finally found a fundamental solution to the human food crisis. He believes that from a botanical perspective, the current agriculture that mainly harvests food, in addition to vegetables and fruits, is called "grain agriculture". Internationally, this agricultural model is called "A-type agriculture"; In order to fundamentally alleviate human food disasters, we have developed an agricultural system that utilizes plant stem and leaf nutrition. This type of agriculture is mainly based on harvesting plant stems and leaves, called "plant stem and leaf agriculture". Internationally, this agricultural model is also known as "B-type agriculture", which is agriculture that utilizes green plant stem and leaf nutrition.
Plant stems and leaves consist of three main parts: tender branches and leaves of various trees, stems and leaves of various grasses, tender stems and leaves of various crops, and straw and waste leaves of crops. That is to say, the theoretical system of plant stem and leaf nutrient utilization is developed by processing and extracting nutrients from the three major green resources in nature for human use. We call it the Green Resource Utilization Business, abbreviated as Green Business.
The development and application of green plant stem and leaf nutrition in the second section has opened up new sources of nutrition for humanity.
1. Proposal of a new source of nutrition:
In order to open up new sources of nutrition, a group of scientific and technological personnel led by Mr. Yan Guangcai, after 36 years of arduous research, have successfully explored the utilization of green plant stem and leaf nutrition. Simply put, it is to process various leaves, grasses, and crop straw and waste leaves from nature into food for humans and feed for various animals. As of 2000, there were more than 1280 types of products, divided into two categories: one is human food, with over 600 types called green plant-based food, which is divided into two categories: health and dietary therapy; Another type is over 500 types of animal feed, called green plant feed. We call the research and industry that utilizes plant stem and leaf nutrition green.
Plant leaves and stems produce nutrients through photosynthesis. The nutrients in plant leaves and stems are primary nutrients, the source of all nutrients, and the primary nutrient; The nutrients in plant fruits and seeds are produced by the transportation of nutrients from plant leaves and stems, so they are secondary nutrients. Secondary nutrients are incomplete nutrients because the nutrients required for plant fruit growth are selective, so the nutrients in fruit and seeds are not comprehensive enough; Animals consume animal bodies produced by plants, resulting in various meat, milk, and egg products, which are the third nutrition of animals.
2. The main products of green plant stem and leaf nutrition
Firstly, leaf green powder: Leaf green powder is a fresh plant powder processed from stems and leaves of plants according to a certain time and process. This plant powder maximizes the retention of chlorophyll, microorganisms, and various trace elements in fresh plants.
The processing technology of leaf green powder is: fresh plants - cleaning - spin drying - kneading processing - drying - powder making - granulation - packaging.
Processing requirements: Fresh plant stems and leaves must enter the production line within 8 hours after collection; The processing time cannot exceed 18 hours, only in this way can qualified leaf green powder be produced.
The efficacy of leaf green powder. Mainly used in the feed of various herbivorous animals to improve their various nutrients.
Secondly, leaf protein. Leaf egg is a nutrient in plant leaves and stems. It is the precursor of animal protein and plant seed protein, and is the primary protein; Seed protein is the second protein; Animal protein is the third protein. Leaf protein is a cholesterol free protein with strong activity, which has a wide range of effects on the growth and development of humans and animals.
The crude protein content of leaf protein can be as high as 50-65%, and its development and application will be a magic weapon to relieve the competition between humans and animals for food, as well as an advanced nutrition for humans. (Further detailed in a separate article).
3. Characteristics of plant stem and leaf nutrition
The function of plant stems and leaves is photosynthesis, which is the factory for producing nutrients in nature. Therefore, they have comprehensive nutrition, and their main characteristics are as follows:
① The chlorophyll contained in plant stems and leaves is mainly used for photosynthesis. But it is the main component of hemoglobin synthesis in animal bodies. The constituent elements of chlorophyll are hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and magnesium; The constituent elements of hemoglobin are hydrogen, carbon, oxygen, nitrogen, and iron. It can be seen that there is only one element difference in the elemental composition between chlorophyll and heme. As long as the magnesium in chlorophyll is replaced with iron, it can be converted into heme. Based on our multiple experiments in humans and animals, it has been proven that the use of foods rich in chlorophyll significantly increases the levels of hemoglobin in the blood. Hemoglobin (red blood cells) plays a role in delivering oxygen and nutrients to various cells in the animal's bloodstream. With an increase in red blood cells, the function of transporting oxygen from oxygen is enhanced, leading to a vigorous metabolism, accelerated growth, and increased ability to eliminate toxic substances in animals.
② The protein contained in plant stems and leaves is called leaf protein, which is native white. Leaf protein does not contain cholesterol, which is not present in seed protein or animal protein. Due to the absence of cholesterol in leaf protein, it has strong activity and special effects on human growth and development, disease resistance and prevention. Therefore, green plant-based foods have health and dietary benefits for the human body.
③ The content of vitamins and trace elements in plant stems and leaves is much higher than that in plant seeds. After using the stems, leaves, and deeply processed products of plants, animals and humans can promote the normal operation of endocrine system, ensuring normal development and healthy growth.
4. Endless and inexhaustible nutritional resources
The stems and leaves of plants come from forests, grasses, and crops. China's green resources include 6.1 billion acres of grassland, 2.38 billion acres of forests, and 1.46 billion acres of agricultural land, totaling 9.94 billion acres. In terms of agriculture, the seeds (grains) harvested by people are only equivalent to 50-60% of the overall nutrition used in agricultural operations. The stems, leaves, and straw of crops contain rich nutrients and are all discarded. In terms of the entire green resource, various grasses grown on forests and grasslands are not well utilized; In terms of the overall measurement of green resources, the food (seeds) consumed by people only account for about 10% of the total nutrition of green resources, and more than 90% of the nutrition is not utilized; Green resources belong to renewable resources and are available every year. Grain can only be harvested once or twice a year, while plant stems and leaves are an inexhaustible source of nutrients.
Green resources are the primary productive force of nature, with green plants producing approximately 450 billion tons of organic matter annually. However, less than 2% of the organic matter used by humans, such as grain, cotton, oil, and other crops, is still utilized, with 98% of organic matter remaining unused. Green business is an industry that utilizes plant stem and leaf nutrition, which expands the scope of human utilization of nature. It is also the beginning of human scale utilization of green resources and a green revolution. It is also a third way for humans to transform the use of nature. (In ancient times, humans used wild fruits, leaves, and hunting to make a living, which was the first way for humans to use nature to live. Since people discovered that seeds could be eaten, farming has emerged, and people have shifted from a nomadic lifestyle to a pastoral lifestyle. This is a transformation of human use of nature, and it is also the second way for humans to use nature, which has not changed to this day. The current green industry is the beginning of the third way for humans to use nature.)
The significant benefits generated by the development of green plant stem and leaf nutrition in the third section will provide reliable guarantees for China's food security
1. Eliminating the food crisis disaster that people are facing.
(1) The major conflict between humans and livestock over food has been resolved, ensuring food security as quickly as possible.
The occurrence of food crisis disasters is global. We believe that the main reasons are caused by the following phenomena: an increase in desertification expansion rate, green space loss rate, and the erosion of large areas of farmland and land; Due to the continuous occurrence of environmental pollution, natural disasters occur frequently, resulting in a decrease in the effective utilization rate of arable land; The excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides on existing farmland has led to the work of disease control and a decrease in yield per unit; The poor environment and overfishing of aquatic products by people have led to a continuous decline in the supply of aquatic products from rivers, lakes, and oceans; More seriously, the World Meteorological Organization predicts that from 2022 onwards, global disasters such as water, drought, frost, wind, and hail will become more frequent, leading to a large-scale reduction in food production. The various negative phenomena mentioned above have caused a global food disaster. However, the global population is constantly increasing. As time goes by, this contrast continues to increase, resulting in a shortage of food supply.
China is the world's most populous country. Currently, China is facing food shortages and needs to import approximately 130 million tons of food every year. For China, it is clearly unrealistic to import food to feed such a populous country. This is also a matter of great concern for the Chinese leader and chairman. He said, 'If someone holds onto their rice bowl and eats based on their face, why talk about modernization construction?' This shows that solving the country's food problem is of utmost importance. He attaches great importance to China's food security issue. He said, "Only when agriculture becomes strong and food security is fully guaranteed, can we have sufficient confidence and strategic initiative." He also said, "To solve the problem of food security, we cannot just focus on limited arable land
This is because, as time goes by, the world's grain stock is getting tighter, and it is difficult to import food. Therefore, the food problem is the lifeline for the safety and survival of Chinese people. So, it is urgent to eliminate China's food shortage.
Currently, China's total grain production is about 600 million tons, of which 250 million tons are used as feed for various livestock, 250 million tons are used as food for humans, and the remaining 100 million tons are used for other purposes. This is the direction of China's grain use. Since 250 million tons of grain is far from enough for China's 1.4 billion people, it is now necessary to import at least 130 million tons of grain from abroad every year to meet the needs of Chinese people. How can we solve the problem of "China needs to import grain to feed the Chinese people"? The best way is to replace the food currently used for various livestock, which is often said to solve the "contradiction between people and livestock competing for food". At present, as long as the theory of green plant stem and leaf nutrition is applied to form green plant feed, it is easy to replace most of the animal feed used in China.
Green plant feed: It is a new type of grain saving feed. In the feed of herbivorous animals, there is no proportion of grain. In the feed of omnivorous animals, the proportion of grain only accounts for 20%. In this way, based on China's annual use of 250 million tons of feed grain, it can save 200 million tons of feed grain for the country, which can immediately eliminate the current situation of China's need to import grain. This is because the application of nutrients such as leaf protein and chlorophyll plays a decisive role. So, green plant-based feed is a new way to alleviate the conflict between humans and livestock over food.
(2) Ensure the safe operation of post autumn agriculture in northern China without reducing yields in the event of disasters.
In northern China, natural disasters often occur in August, causing agricultural crop failure in autumn. Due to the cooling climate in November, there are only about two months left. As the harvest time is short, there is no time to plant any crops, resulting in idle land.
However, if the stem and leaf nutrition theory of green plants is applied, agricultural crops such as soybeans and corn can be planted, with the goal of harvesting soybean and corn seedlings, and using leaf protein, chlorophyll, and other nutrients from the tender stems and leaves of these plants as the main operation. This ensures safe operation of agriculture without reducing yields in the event of disasters.
(3) Opened up a new path for the good utilization of barren farmland.
Young farmers in mountainous areas have gone out to work, which has formed a wave of migrant workers, and the situation has become increasingly severe, resulting in a large area of farmland in mountainous areas being abandoned due to lack of cultivation. The total cultivated land area in China is 1.7 billion mu, of which 45% is distributed in mountainous areas, with an area of 765 million mu. The barren area in this part of the land is a major factor causing the national food shortage. We believe that, in a sense, the current phenomenon is a national disaster. According to our investigation in Shanxi, Henan, Sichuan, Yungui and other places, we found that in some areas, the area of barren arable land accounts for 30% of the arable land in mountainous areas, and in some areas, the area of barren arable land accounts for more than 70% of the arable land in mountainous areas.
China is the world's most populous country, with mountainous areas accounting for 45% of China's total arable land area, about 765 million acres. The population of mountainous areas also accounts for a considerable proportion of the national population. Now, a large number of people from mountainous areas are flocking to cities, and their food used to rely on self-sufficiency in mountainous areas; Nowadays, food relies on urban supply; Originally, many products from their mountainous areas were supplied to other regions; Now these cultivated lands have become barren land with no value. This is the crisis caused by the desertification of farmland in mountainous areas. We believe that, in a sense, the current phenomenon of barren land is a national disaster. Because this phenomenon is one of the main causes of national food shortages.
Therefore, the utilization of mountains and wastelands is the problem of Chinese people's jobs and the top priority of China. How to make good use of these barren farmland and generate the effect of food production. (Using leaf protein from plant stems and leaves to replace feed grains.) At the same time, it does not affect young people's ability to work outside. After years of research and practical operation by experts, a complete set of methods has been developed to fully utilize the barren land in mountainous areas.
One of the simplest ways to give an example is to process and utilize the Bambusa grass that grows in various parts of the south. It is listed by the Ministry of Agriculture as one of the top eight harmful weeds in China, with high yield, wide production range, and is also a common harmful grass on barren land. After years of research, this is a nutrient rich grass family plant that can be directly processed into excellent feed for various herbivorous animals; The leaf protein produced after deep processing can be used as advanced nutrition for humans and feed for various animals; Bamao is a perennial plant with strong growth and is also the preferred plant for barren land utilization. It has a large yield and can be harvested four times a year, producing 20 tons of fresh grass per mu with a production value of up to 4000 yuan, which can bring abundant income to farmers; There are also similar plants, such as Miscanthus altissima, perennial ramie, Eucommia ulmoides branches and leaves, mulberry branches and leaves, Rumex K-1, leaved pine vanilla, and aggregation grass, which can all have the same effect.
In order to fully utilize these barren lands, we will build a nursery and cultivate and introduce more than ten types of plants suitable for local growth from all over the country, and distribute them to farmers. At the same time, we also utilize some barren land to plant food and agricultural crops without using chemical fertilizers. We apply the bio fertilizers and farmyard compound fertilizers we have researched, aiming to test the development of ecological agriculture and form an ecological agricultural system in the local area.
In order to test the application effect of green plant feed such as Bamao, we also carry out animal husbandry at the same time. The main breeding varieties include cattle, ostriches, pigs, and chickens. Through animal husbandry, we confirm the good effects brought by the application of these grasses; At the same time, it has also been confirmed that the application of these forage grasses can have a miraculous effect of saving 80% of feed grains, which will make a huge trial effect on solving the national problem of food competition between humans and livestock; By applying our ecological breeding technology, all kinds of livestock products produced can meet the production standards and can be exported to Singapore, Japan, and South Korea; At the same time, we have also introduced high-quality beef cattle, ostriches, pigs, chickens and other breeds from all over the country, making due contributions to local agricultural development and rural revitalization.
Our overall goal is not only to make good use of all barren farmland and generate very good effects, but also to integrate existing farmland into the ecological agricultural system. At the same time, this is a model model for the utilization of mountainous and barren land, which will trigger a nationwide trend of "utilizing mountainous and barren land and resolving the conflict between humans and livestock over food." It will be a complete solution to the national food shortage; Maintain national food security and make practical demonstrations.
(4) Expanded the utilization of wilderness in mountain slopes and ravines, and increased the effect of cultivated land area in mountainous areas.
The plants I developed and applied, such as fescue and ramie, can grow on roadsides, wastelands, slopes, ravines, and crevices in nature. They are highly adaptable plants; They are perennial plants with fast propagation speed; They are plants that grow and tiller quickly.
We use the tender stems and leaves of these plants as animal feed and extract leaf protein, which will encourage people to cultivate various types of land in the mountains and effectively expand the use of arable land in mountainous areas.
2. Changed people's health status.
Due to the increasingly severe environmental pollution, bacteria have mutated and new strains have emerged. As a result, many new strange diseases have occurred in the world, and coupled with pollution and environmental changes, human immune function continues to decline. This phenomenon is becoming increasingly severe. Experts predict that after 2020, due to environmental changes and the severity of pollution, human health will be greatly affected, which is the human health crisis.
The success of the green cause has led to the development of over 600 types of food, which can restore human health and enhance immune function. In addition, our leading "green therapy" (detailed in another article) can help people avoid various dangerous diseases and maintain a healthy body. Therefore, the development of the green cause will play an immeasurable role in changing human health.
3. Promoted the pace of rural economic revitalization in China.
① Development of green plant resources. A large number of processing and production plants will emerge. For example, leaf protein processing plants, chlorophyll processing plants, green ingredient factories, leaf protein food factories, etc. The birth of these factories has accelerated the industrialization process of agricultural products, expanded the range of agricultural products, and promoted channels for rural employment.
② The main products produced by green resource development, including leaf protein (for both human and feed use) and chlorophyll (such as chlorophyll from wheat, ginkgo, ginseng, etc.), are in high demand for export, thus increasing the foreign trade channels for agricultural products.
③ The development of green resources has caused a sudden change in the industry of agricultural development.
The second agricultural system, stem and leaf agriculture, emerged from the cultivation model that focuses on harvesting plant seeds instead of harvesting crops; Forestry is no longer primarily focused on harvesting timber, but has given rise to a second forestry system - stem and leaf forestry. In this way, the development channels of agriculture and forestry have been expanded.
④ The development of green resources has opened up new avenues for agricultural security.
In northern China, natural disasters often occur in autumn, resulting in a complete crop failure. But if the second agricultural system is applied for planting, it will not reduce the income of agriculture in case of disasters.
⑤ Expanded the scope of agricultural development, sparked a new trend in the utilization of eight harmful weeds, and expanded the camp of agricultural products.
A、 The development of green plant stem and leaf nutrition guides people to use the eight major pests that harm agriculture in a new way, turning these pests into benefits and treasures.
In China, there are many harmful weeds that harm crops, water sources, and compete for nutrients in forests. However, there are only eight types of harmful weeds that cause great harm, have the fastest propagation and growth. This has been repeatedly tested and certified within China over the years.

In addition to the above-mentioned harmful weeds, there are also many other harmful weeds in China, such as wild pineapple, water hyacinth, water lily, rain long flower, rice grass, Canadian goldenrod, ragweed, chamomile, etc. Preliminary estimates suggest that the total amount of fresh grass from these harmful weeds is over 600 million tons.
For many years, our organization has been led by Mr. Yan Guangcai, a group of experts who specialize in researching the nutritional utilization of green plant stems and leaves. Firstly, a systematic study was conducted on the transformation of various harmful weeds within China into beneficial ones. After years of hard work, gratifying results have finally been achieved. These harmful weeds can be used as feed for various animals, as advanced nutritional supplements for human applications, and as medicinal herbs with medical benefits. In this way, not only can a large amount of grain be saved for the country, but also a new smooth path can be opened for rural farmers to become prosperous.
B、 The development of green plant stem and leaf nutrition has strengthened the camp of agriculture.
a、 This gave rise to agriculture with the goal of harvesting plant stems and leaves - the second agriculture. We also refer to this farming model as the 'soybean seedling model'. Its main products include soybean leaf protein, corn leaf protein, wheat leaf protein, etc.
b、 Forestry has given rise to the second forestry, which aims to harvest plant stems and leaves.
We also call this forestry model the 'tree leaf construction model'. Its main products include tree leaf protein, ginkgo leaf protein, pine leaf protein, cypress leaf protein, oak leaf protein, etc.
4. Effectively promoting ecological construction has changed people's living environment.
Due to the increasing contrast between population and land area, coupled with people's inability to make reasonable use of nature, land desertification is worsening, leading to the deterioration of the environment that people rely on for survival. The increasing occurrence of El Ni ñ o phenomenon and the impact of greenhouse effect have led to an annual increase in the number of ecological refugees in the world. Experts predict that the deterioration of the ecological environment will reach a crisis level by 2030. Humanity will be unable to survive normally due to the arrival of this day. The successful research on the development and utilization of green resources has provided new uses for plant stems and leaves. The implementation of green initiatives can increase the efficiency of grasslands by more than 10-20 times. It will motivate people to plant and protect grass, rapidly expand the grassland area, and change the situation where the grassland area is constantly shrinking; The development of green initiatives has given forest leaves a purpose, which can improve the efficiency of forestry, promote its development, and greatly promote the cause of returning farmland to forests and grasslands; The development of green initiatives can fully utilize saline alkali and sandy wastelands. It can be seen that the green cause will effectively promote ecological environment construction and make great contributions to solving the human living environment.

2. Broad effects and prospects
The development and utilization of green plants is a project of the 21st century, which is in line with the times and trends. Therefore, these products have broad effects and prospects.
(1) With the increasing pollution of the human living environment, human health will be greatly affected. According to statistics, 30-50% of urban population have decreased immune function, and this number continues to increase over time. People's health requires a return to simplicity, and they need a return to a natural physique. But this is impossible because continuous environmental pollution is irreversible. However, the green plant food we study contains rich leaf protein, chlorophyll, and various vitamins. It has the ability to calm the human body's internal environment, eliminate various pollutants at any time, and restore people's health. Therefore, this type of food will be welcomed by a large number of users.
(2) People have higher and higher requirements for medical treatment. People are pursuing a pollution-free and painless treatment. We have developed 463 kinds of green plant food for food therapy. After years of repeated tests, it has good food therapy and rehabilitation effects on cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, cancer, leukemia, liver disease, kidney disease and other diseases. This food has good taste, good nutrition and strong food therapy effect, so it will be the food needed by all kinds of patients.
3. All feed has been transformed into natural green feed.
The vitamins, growth hormones, and stimulants added to today's feed are all chemical substances. We have developed 386 types of green plant-based feed, all of which are natural nutrients and do not contain any chemical additives, making them green products. Moreover, this type of feed has low cost, saves food, good feed effect, and high product quality. It is a replacement product for modern feed and will be a revolution in feed.
4. We have achieved pollution-free production of livestock products.
Due to the addition of various chemical additives to the feed used nowadays, the products raised are classified as polluting products, which are becoming increasingly unpopular among people. The green plant feed we have developed promotes pollution-free feeding, resulting in meat products that are fresh, tender, nutritious, and pollution-free. It will be a replacement for various meat products today. For example, the high-end beef cattle we raise can grow up to 500 kilograms from birth to one year, with fresh and tender meat, high nutrition, and good taste, making them world-class products.
5. We have achieved the production of green plant-based foods that are naturally nutritious and upscale.
Due to the fact that the green plant-based food we have developed is a fully nutritious, low-energy food that has good effects on the growth and development of children and the health of the elderly, we have conducted various experiments in more than ten kindergartens and elderly centers in five cities across the country, all of which have shown good results. After trial use, it can promote children's development and reduce the occurrence of diseases; After trial use, it has the effects of promoting digestion, anti fatigue, anti hypoxia, and delaying aging in elderly people. So this product will be favored by children and the elderly.
The application of plant stem and leaf cultivation and utilization technology in Part 2 has caused a sudden change in related industries
Chapter 1 Mutation Caused by the Application of Plant Leaf Eggs
1、 Caused by the 20th century food crisis (a heavy topic of the last century)
Mr. Brown, an American agricultural expert and director of the Worldwatch Institute, announced his research results to the world in 1995 after years of research and investigation. He believed that 'the world will enter a century of hunger in the 21st century...' One stone stirred up a thousand waves, and people were joyfully entering the 21st century. Just as people were beautifying the blueprint for the 21st century, Mr. Brown's alarm immediately disrupted people's beautiful plans for the 21st century. People woke up in confusion, realizing that hunger still exists in humanity. And hunger, like earthquakes and floods, is so ruthless and irresistible that it has quietly come to people's side. He will become the biggest disaster for humanity in the 21st century, a decisive factor affecting the development of humanity in the 21st century. Only by solving the problem of food can humanity talk about other things. So in the dawn of the new century, hunger has increasingly become a heavy topic of concern worldwide.
What did people eat in the 21st century? Becoming the focus of global attention. Mr. Yan Guangcai and his assistant have made breakthrough progress in the application of plant nutrient leaf protein after more than 30 years of hard work. Leaf protein is a nutrient in plant leaves and stems. It is the precursor of animal protein and plant seed protein, and is the primary protein; Seed protein is the second protein; Animal protein is the third protein. Leaf protein is a cholesterol free protein with strong activity, making it widely used in humans and animals.
2、 Plant leaf protein nutrition will become the main goal pursued by humans in the 21st century
The food crisis in the 21st century is irreversible, and leaf protein is the protein in plant leaves and stems. The resources of plant leaves and stems are very extensive, including forests, grasslands, and agriculture, which are 8-10 times the nutritional source of seeds and widely exist in nature. The resources are very rich and are a treasure trove of human nutrition.
Human research on leaf proteins has a history of over seventy years. It originated in Britain. At the end of the Second World War, in order to prevent hunger, the British began to study leaf protein, which has not been widely used. There are two main reasons: firstly, the contradiction between population size and food shortage is not yet so serious, which cannot attract people's attention; Second, the application of leaf protein by British people is local and has not developed into systematic application. After more than 30 years of exploration, we have applied the theory of the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine to leaf protein. The application of leaf protein is comprehensive, not only in animal feed, but also in food and medicine consumed by humans. It is crucial for human health.
Our application of leaf protein is different from that of foreigners. There are few varieties of leaf protein produced by foreigners, which can only be used in feed. They believe that tobacco leaves are rich in protein, so many foreign production plants use tobacco leaves as the main raw material for processing leaf protein. However, this type of leaf protein has a peculiar odor and can only be used as feed. Moreover, it comes at a high cost and is difficult to apply in practice. We not only apply leaf protein from the perspective of nutrition, but also based on the theory of the Five Elements in traditional Chinese medicine. In this way, various green resources can be utilized to produce high-quality leaf protein. For example, we believe that the leaf protein extracted from wheat leaves is the best leaf protein. Alfalfa grass, soybean seedlings, and bamboo grass leaf protein are secondary leaf proteins. These leaf proteins can be used in feed for calves, lambs, piglets, chicks, and fish, as well as in human food. They can also be used in combination with each other and are widely used in medicine.
At the arrival of the 21st century, the shortage of food will force humans to seek new sources of nutrition. Green plant resources are abundant, and leaf protein has a wide range of applications. Therefore, green plant leaf protein will become the most important goal for humans to pursue nutrition in the 21st century.
3、 Production and Application of Leaf Protein
(1) Production process of leaf protein
"Leaf protein" was named by the British because of its high protein content, which can reach 50-65%. Later, France, the Soviet Union, Britain, Germany and other countries in Europe all produced this product as raw material for feed. Currently, France is the best country for producing leaf protein, with advanced and reliable production equipment and good product quality.
The accurate name for the product "leaf protein" should be "refined leaf green powder". Its production process is as follows:
Green plant stems and leaves → cleaning → chopping → kneading → pulping → primary filtration → secondary filtration → pressing → drying → granulation → drying → packaging.
Its main production process is to mash the stems and leaves of green plants, filter, press and extract the essence, and then dry it to obtain the finished product. The grass residue produced by pressing is then processed in a factory to become feed for herbivorous animals. Leaf protein accounts for only 3-5% in production, while grass residue accounts for 95-97%.
(2) Plants that can be used to process leaf protein
At present, there are about 200 commonly used plants for processing leaf protein, which can be divided into three types according to their uses: edible, feed, and medical. Some examples are shown in the table below.

(3) Application of leaf protein
1. Leaf protein in food: due to its high content of vitamins, especially vitamins E, C, and D; Rich in trace elements, lutein, and chlorophyll. Therefore, medical and edible leaf protein have better health benefits than spirulina. It can enhance the metabolic function of the human body, reduce human diseases, and improve human health and lifespan. So it can be widely applied to human health food. Leaf protein food will become the most fashionable food of the 21st century.
① Used in infant and toddler food: Applying leaf protein to infant and toddler dairy products will effectively prevent developmental disorders in infants and toddlers. And it can promote the appetite of infants and young children, increase food intake; Promote the growth and development of infants and young children, and reduce the occurrence of diseases.
② Used in food for the elderly: Due to the rich nutrition of leaf protein, especially vitamins E and C, it can delay aging, promote the physical and mental health of the elderly, and extend their lifespan.

The application of leaf protein in animal feed also has the above-mentioned functions. It can accelerate animal growth and reduce the occurrence of diseases. It is the core of green plant feed and plays a huge role in improving the quality and quality of feed.
The application of leaf protein in feed can improve the quality of feed products, enhance meat quality, or improve the nutritional level of eggs.
① Leaf protein can improve the quality of herbivorous animal feed, enhance meat quality, accelerate animal growth, and produce high-quality meat.
② Leaf protein is used in the feeding of omnivorous animals, such as pig farming. The application of leaf protein can improve the color of pork, make it nutritious and have a good taste.
③ Application of leaf protein in poultry farming: For example, in laying hens, after applying leaf protein, the eggs produced have deep red yolk, rich nutrition, and good taste.
④ Application of leaf protein in aquaculture: for example, the application of leaf protein in fish culture can accelerate the growth of fish, and make the fish have good meat color, nutrition and taste.
Chapter 2: Industry Changes Caused by the Application of Plant Leaf Protein
The first section gave rise to the second agricultural system - B-type agriculture
A、 This has led to agriculture that focuses on harvesting agricultural stems and leaves
1、 Changed the agricultural operation mode of humans, which mainly relies on harvesting plant seeds, and promoted the efficient operation of agriculture
1. The soybean seedling agriculture model can increase agricultural income
The agricultural operation mode that focuses entirely on harvesting plant stems and leaves is called the soybean seedling agriculture mode, which means planting soybeans is not for the purpose of harvesting soybeans, but for the purpose of harvesting soybean seedlings. (This model is a type of B-type agriculture)
Taking Northeast China as an example, it takes about 4 months from planting soybeans to harvesting soybeans, while it only takes 50-60 days from planting soybeans to harvesting soybean seedlings; In terms of economic benefits, the yield of soybeans per mu is about 150-200 kilograms. Calculated at 6 yuan per kilogram, the output value per mu is 900-1200 yuan. The planting of soybean seedlings yields 2000-3000 kilograms of soybean seedlings per mu, calculated at 0.4 yuan per kilogram, with an output value of 1200-1800 yuan per mu. Planting twice a year results in an output value of 3200-4800 yuan per mu. It can be seen that the economic benefits generated by the soybean seedling agricultural operation mode are much higher than those of traditional agriculture.
The soybean seedling agriculture model not only refers to soybeans, but also crops such as corn, wheat, and rice can be operated in this way. However, the soybean seedling agriculture model has special requirements for crop seeds, as it requires fast plant growth and high yield, which is completely different from the variety of harvested seeds. It is a special variety. Soybean seedling varieties have a high planting density, and the height of soybean seedlings can grow up to about 1.2 meters; Wheat seedling varieties, wheat green stems can grow up to about 1.6; Corn seedling variety, when harvested with a horn mouth height, the height is about 1.7 meters; Rice seedling varieties, when the rice ears are exposed, the harvest height is about 0.8 meters.
The products harvested by soybean seedling mode can be processed into leaf protein, chlorophyll, and high-grade leaf green powder, which can be used as health food, dietary food, and high-grade additives for feed. The residue produced is excellent feed for herbivorous animals.
2. Straw agriculture can turn discarded straw and leaves into billions of tons of grain efficiency.
(1) This is a waste of resources
China's crop straw, with a total annual output of 1 billion tons, has not been properly and fully utilized, which is a great waste of valuable resources.
Green business is an industry that utilizes the nutrients of plant leaves and stems. China has a total of 9.94 billion acres of green resources, including forests, grasslands, and agriculture, which are the objects of our research and development. After 30 years of hard work, we have achieved success. For agriculture, it mainly refers to the utilization of crop straw and waste leaves. For the utilization of straw, we advocate the method of returning it to the field through the belly. Research experiments use straw and waste leaves from various crops, which are processed and used as green feed. Some can also be made into leaf protein and used as raw materials for food. This can enable the widespread use of straw from various crops, increase soil fertility, and enhance the ecological effects of the land.
(2) Straw is the main raw material for green plant feed:
(1) Classification of Chinese straw
a、 Grain crop straw: China has three major types of straw, namely corn straw, rice straw, and wheat straw. There are also three types of straw: peanut straw, soybean straw, and sweet potato straw. Some regions also have millet straw and other crops, with a total output of about 830 million tons. These straw stalks are excellent feed for various animals, and their proportion in green plant feed for herbivorous animals is 50% -70%.
b、 Waste leaves of vegetables: waste leaves of water chestnut, waste leaves of taro, waste leaves and sugar residue of sugar beet, outer leaves of magnolia, outer leaves of cauliflower, outer leaves of cabbage, leaves and stems of carrot, leaves and stems of kidney bean, leaves and stems of eggplant, etc., totaling about 150 million tons. These are excellent additives that make up green feed, accounting for 5-15% of the proportion in green feed.
c、 Fruit waste leaves: pineapple outer leaves, banana waste leaves, banana waste leaves, sugarcane waste leaves, and sugar residue, with a total amount of over 30 million tons.
(2) The value of straw
The utilization of crop straw has been the focus of our research for 30 years. There are certain complete sets of equipment for processing various types of straw, which can ensure the optimal maintenance of its nutrition. The harvested straw, corn stover, and wheat straw have achieved better compatibility in feed. By addressing the challenging issue of straw utilization in the application of compound feed, the optimal utilization plan and solution have been found.
China's agricultural crop straw is 1 billion tons, which is a large and excellent resource and a huge wealth. Unfortunately, people lack a good understanding and utilization of it. Taking corn stover as an example to illustrate its effect, harvesting corn does not mean harvesting all the nutrients of the corn plant. Harvesting corn only means harvesting the seeds of the corn plant, which is only equivalent to harvesting 30% -40% of the total nutrients of the corn plant. There are also 60% -70% of the nutrients present in the corn stover, and the content of methionine, lysine, vitamin C, E, etc. in the stover is far more than 3-5 times that of the seeds. Other straw also retains various nutrients and has not received much attention from people.
According to our method, the processed l-grade corn stover has a crude protein content of 15.5%, 12.22% for grade 2, 9.5% for grade 3, 7.8% for grade 4, and 4.8% for grade 5. The crude protein content of corn is only 8.8% -9.2%. It can be seen that the crude protein content of the first three grades of corn stalks is significantly higher than that of corn. Corn straw is the most excellent green plant feed among the three major types of straw. The total amount of corn straw in China is over 155 million tons, which can fatten 100 million cows and generate a production value of 400 billion yuan. But people have not fully utilized most of it, which is truly regrettable. We need people to re-examine it. Harvesting corn does not mean harvesting crops. Corn stalks are more important raw materials than corn in green feed. We once again shout loudly: Straw cannot be thrown away or burned! Using various types of straw as green plant feed has even better effects than cereal feed. According to our experiment, using well formulated green plant feed with corn stalks to fatten beef cattle can increase the average daily weight gain of beef cattle during the fattening period by more than 2 kilograms, which is the world's top level. This has a great impact on the development of animal husbandry in agricultural areas, and people should not think that only grasslands are good places for the development of animal husbandry. As long as agricultural straw is well utilized, animal husbandry in rural areas will far surpass grassland animal husbandry. This alone will make China the world's largest producer of beef and mutton.
(3) Reasonably and fully utilizing crop straw in China can generate the effect of producing billions of tons of grain
In the breeding of herbivorous animals, people often add more grain materials such as corn, soybean cakes, and barley to promote rapid growth. However, the effect is not ideal, and agricultural animals often have poor digestion and absorption, leading to more digestive diseases. Green plant feed does not require the addition of extra grains. From a chemical perspective, fiber is a polysaccharide that herbivores can digest and utilize. So we have taken advantage of the high content of crude fiber in straw and made an article on how to effectively utilize, digest, and absorb the nutrients of fiber. As this method meets the digestive function requirements of herbivorous animals, it can meet their needs, and therefore, it grows quickly, is disease-free, and has good effects.
Green plant feed is a type of feed that does not contain any chemical additives and can be fed using green feeding methods to produce pollution-free green meat. We use green plant feed mainly composed of corn stalks and peanut stalks, with only leaf protein and leaf green powder added to the feed and no grains added. Used for fattening beef cattle, it not only has first-class yield increasing effects, but also beef has become a world-class product with its delicious taste and tender meat. After demonstrating and applying in Inner Mongolia, Hebei and other places, we achieved success. In 1998, we implemented a United Nations project and demonstrated and applied it again in North Korea.
The total output of straw in China is 1 billion tons. If it is used as feed, straw accounts for an average of 50% of the green feed ratio per ton, which can produce 2 billion tons of green plant feed with straw, 1000 yuan per ton of feed, and a production value of 2 trillion yuan. Each ton of straw can increase the weight of fattening beef cattle by 100 kilograms, producing 60 kilograms of beef. Calculated based on 1 billion tons of straw, it can produce 60 billion kilograms of meat, equivalent to 60 million tons of beef. In 1995, China's total beef production was only 4.09 million tons, and the beef produced from 1 billion tons of straw was equivalent to 14.66 times the beef production in 1995. Calculated based on the requirement of 3 kilograms of grain per kilogram of meat produced, it is equivalent to 180 million tons of grain. Only with this one saved grain, China will not need to import a single grain within 20 years. Currently, China's total import of grain is 120 million tons.
(4) Green business has opened up a new path for straw utilization
The role of straw in feed: We, 36 experts, have been engaged in the development and utilization of green plants for more than 30 years. We have screened over a thousand types of plants and identified 128 types of plant leaf green powder as green plant food, as well as 58 types of plant leaf green powder as green plant feed.
Green plant-based feed does not add any chemical additives and can implement green feeding methods to produce pollution-free meat. It is the direction of feed development. Green plant feed is mainly composed of straw and waste leaves from various crops. After feeding experiments on cows, sheep, rabbits, deer, donkeys, chickens, pigs, fish, and dogs, we have achieved an average grain saving of 80% and a 30% reduction in feed costs. It is currently being promoted and applied both domestically and internationally.
Green straw feed can not only feed herbivorous animals, but also feed omnivorous animals such as pigs and chickens. Using corn straw as an example to illustrate its function. In the beef cattle fattening formula: ① Use straw from the green stalk stage: (green corn harvested as fresh stalks to buy) The leaves of this corn straw are green from top to bottom, with a crude protein content of over 15%. The formula for compound feed is as follows: 70% corn stover powder, 15% peanut stover (grade 1) powder, 8% wheat bran, and the remaining 7%. ② The formula for using naturally cooled and rainless corn straw from farmers is as follows: 40% corn straw powder, 10% ryegrass powder, 30% peanut straw powder, 10% alfalfa grass powder (grade 2), 5% soybean cake, and 5% others. ③ By applying the above two formulas, each ton of feed can increase the weight of 250 kilograms of fattening beef cattle to 492 kilograms. Converting it back into pure straw is equivalent to increasing the weight of beef cattle by 100 kilograms per ton of straw feed during the fattening period.
Taking pig farming as an example, in the feed formula for sows, about 15% of grade 1 and grade 2 corn straw powder can be added, 10% of vegetable leaf powder can be added, and 15% of sweet potato straw powder and peanut straw powder can be added. This feed can make sows produce more offspring, ensuring two litters per year and producing more than 20 offspring per year.
Taking wheat straw as an example: it is used as winter feed for cattle and donkeys in northwest China, and most of the wheat straw in other parts of China, except for those purchased by paper mills, is burned. Now it's different. In cattle feed, wheat straw powder is 30-40%, rye grass powder is 20%, soybean seedling powder is 20%, and peanut straw powder is 20%. Beef cattle fattening feed includes 30% wheat straw powder, 20% ryegrass powder, 25% soybean seedling powder, 15% peanut straw powder, and 10% leaf protein. This can make good use of wheat straw.
Taking soybeans as an example, Northeast China is the main production area of soybeans. The soybean straw produced after the autumn soybean harvest is useless and wasted. But when we apply soybean straw to feed donkeys and horses, it has a very good effect.
There are 830 million tons of straw in China, but excluding discarded leaves and stems from vegetables and fruits, if these leaves and stems are included, the total amount exceeds 1 billion tons, which is a huge wealth of Chinese agriculture. However, people use it very little, and this loss is incalculable. If it is fully utilized, it will cause a rapid increase in agricultural benefits and have a great impact on the impoverished population's path to prosperity. The use of straw has great potential for the development of agriculture in China.
Classification of B straw
Provide examples of the processing, utilization, and grading of corn stalks:
First grade corn stover leaf green powder: refers to the green stalk stage of corn growth, when people break off the green stalks to make green corn stalks for purchase. At this time, the leaves of corn stover are all green and contain the richest chlorophyll, but do not harvest immediately. It needs to be left in the field for about 5 days to allow the nutrients produced by photosynthesis to accumulate to a certain extent before harvesting and processing. At this time, the nutritional value of corn stalks is relatively high, with a crude protein content of over 15%, but also a high moisture content, with a wet to dry ratio of 10:1
Secondary corn stover leaf green powder: refers to the corn stover harvested by farmers when the corn is ripe. At this point, the 6-7 leaves above the corn stalks are all green, while there are three semi green and three yellow leaves below the ears. At this time, it is necessary to harvest in a timely manner. Generally, it is required to be cut within five days and processed within three days after cutting. At this time, the crude protein content of corn straw leaf green powder should be above 12%. The wet to dry ratio is 9:1.
Grade III corn stover leaf green powder: refers to the corn stover harvested by farmers, cut off and stored in the field for 5-10 days. At this point, the corn stover leaves are semi dry but still green. The processed corn stover leaves have a crude protein content of over 9% and a wet dry ratio of 5:1.
Fourth grade corn stover powder: refers to farmers storing the harvested corn stover in the field, roadside, or behind the house. As long as it is standing, it should not be placed upside down. It does not matter if it receives one or two light rains, and is generally stored for about a month. At this time, the crude protein content of corn stover powder is above 7%, and the wet dry ratio is 3:1.
Using this straw as feed for herbivorous animals; It needs to add a certain amount of leaf protein and leaf green powder to supplement its nutrition.
Grade 5 corn stover powder refers to farmers storing harvested corn stover in fields or yards for a maximum of 120 days. At this point, the corn stalks have all turned yellow and no longer contain chlorophyll, but they cannot mold or turn black. At this point, the crude protein content of the processed corn stover is above 4%, with a wet dry ratio of 2:1. To use this corn stover powder as feed for herbivorous animals, it is necessary to add leaf protein and soybean seedling green powder to supplement its nutrition.
There are certain requirements for the preservation of corn stover. In the central and northern regions, experienced farmers can cut and lay down corn stover in the field to dry for 3-5 days, and then store it in a dry place for 3-5 months. This type of corn stover can be processed at any time, and its quality level is above level three.
For the processing of corn stover, it must be done in a timely manner, using fixed techniques and specialized equipment, including soil method, foreign method, and semi soil and semi foreign method Individual farmers, production teams, and factories can all do it. It is completely capable of engaging in naval battles. The processed corn stover powder requires a moisture content of less than 10%, a fineness of 30 mesh for dry powder or crushed powder, and can be stored in plastic bags without deterioration for one year.

2、 Started the process of utilizing the eight major harmful weeds growing in China
According to our survey and research on harmful weeds growing in China and other places, we believe that there are eight kinds of harmful weeds in China: rice grass, eupatorium adenophorum, small white wine grass, lemongrass, parviflora, kudzu vine, Alternanthera philoxeroides, and mango grass. These harmful weeds pose a threat to agriculture, fisheries, and ponds. These harmful weeds have fast propagation, growth, expansion, and high yield.
For example: ① Spartina alterniflora: grows on the coast and is distributed over a thousand kilometers along the coast of the South China Sea, East China Sea, and North China Sea. It is the most widely distributed and high-yielding weed. In Fujian Province and Xiapu County, there are over 60000 acres with a yield of approximately 300000 tons. ② Xiaobaijiucao is 1-1.2 meters high and widely distributed in the north and south of China. ③ Bamao is 2-4 meters tall and distributed in southern China, along roadsides, fields, wastelands, and slopes, everywhere.
For many years, we have been concerned about the utilization of these harmful weeds and how to turn them into benefits. After multiple experiments, the results have finally been obtained. Currently, except for the purple loosestrife, which has not yet found an effective utilization method, the utilization of these eight harmful weeds has been found. The other seven harmful weeds can be processed into raw materials for green feed, and some can also be processed into leaf protein, which will become advanced nutritional products.
The eight harmful weeds we have listed above are far more than these in various parts of China. The climate and geographical characteristics of various regions have also produced many varieties of harmful weeds, with large yields that can be fully utilized and generate great green efficiency. According to our calculations, the annual production of various harmful weeds distributed within China can reach 500 million tons, which can produce 80 million tons of green feed raw materials and tens of thousands of tons of leaf protein. After reasonable allocation, 120 million tons of green feed can be produced, saving the country 50 million tons of grain.
3、 Enhancing the disaster resistance capability of agriculture can ensure safe operation of agriculture
The main disasters in Chinese agriculture are droughts, floods, and hailstorms, which occur around July and often result in crop failure, particularly in northern China.
The reason for the crop failure is that it is too close to the frost period, and no crops can be harvested. However, the utilization of plant stem and leaf nutrients has opened up the B-type agricultural model. During such a planting period, soybean seedling model varieties can still be planted, which can maintain a good income for agriculture.
On the other hand, when natural disasters occur and crops cannot harvest food, there are still damaged green plants. The green plants on the ground can be harvested and processed into leaf green powder for feed, which can reduce the losses caused by disasters.
B、 The System Based on Harvesting Forestry Stems and Leaves - Second Forestry
1、 The application of plant stem and leaf nutrient utilization technology provides a new way out for forestry development
1. The green cause has opened up the second forestry system
The concept of human utilization of forests is logging, and wood is the main product of forestry, which is the current forestry system. The development of green industries has made the branches and leaves of forests useful, giving forestry a new concept and forming a forestry system that utilizes forestry branches and leaves. We call this system the Second Forestry System. Belonging to a type of B-agriculture, the comparison is as follows:
The First Forestry System: Forestry - Wood - Wood Series Products
The Second Forestry System: Forestry - Branches and Leaves - Food and Feed - Breeding
① The second forestry system provides broad prospects for the development of forestry. The tender skills and leaves of forestry can be processed and compounded into feed for various livestock, poultry, and aquaculture industries, which can greatly promote the development of aquaculture. Some leaves can also be processed into leaf protein and chlorophyll, which can be used as raw materials for food and medicine.
② The second forestry system is a change in the purpose of forestry operations. Forestry will no longer be operated solely for the purpose of wood, and this type of operation is slow to take effect and takes a long time. The operation of the second forestry system has quick results, short time, and can be effective in the same year. More than 80% of forestry tree species can be operated using this method. So the development of green industries has provided a new way out for the development of forestry.
③ The development of the second forestry system, due to the usefulness and benefits of forestry branches and leaves, will promote people to plant trees and grass. It not only promotes the development of forestry, but also promotes the process of returning farmland to forests, grasslands, and desertification control, effectively ensuring the progress of ecological construction.
2. The tender branches and leaves of trees are the main raw materials for green plant feed
① Composition of Green Plant Feed
Mr. Yan's research on green plant feed consists of three main ingredients: grass, tree stems and leaves, and crop straw, with a total of 118 main ingredients. Among them, the tender leaves of trees account for about 30% (30% for grass and 40% for straw), and the cost of tender branches and leaves of trees is low, which plays a significant role in reducing feed costs.
② Classification of Leaf Feed Grades
The widespread use of tree branches and leaves as raw materials for feed is due to the emergence of Mr. Yan's research on green plant feed. Therefore, the grading and classification of tree branches and leaves as feed are based on their use and nutritional status. Taking locust leaves as an example, we will explain the classification and grading process.
The powder of locust leaves and stems is divided into three grades and eight levels, which are briefly described as follows:
first-class:
Grade 1: Sophora japonica tender leaves (without feather like stems) are suitable for both human and animal use, with a fineness of 80 mesh.
Grade 2: Sophora japonica leaves (without feather like stems), with a crude protein content of over 29% and a fineness of 60 mesh.
second:
Grade 1: Sophora japonica feather leaf powder, with a crude protein content of over 28% and a fineness of 60 mesh.
Secondary: Sophora japonica feather leaf powder, with a crude protein content of over 26% and a fineness of 60 mesh.
Grade 3: Sophora japonica feather leaf powder, with a crude protein content of over 24% and a fineness of 60 mesh.
Third class:
Grade 1: Sophora japonica tender branch and leaf powder, with a crude protein content of over 18% and a fineness of 30 mesh.
Grade 2: Sophora japonica tender branch and leaf powder, with a crude protein content of over 15% and a fineness of 30 mesh.
Grade 3: Sophora japonica tender branch and leaf powder, with a crude protein content of over 12% and a fineness of 30 mesh.
2、 The implementation of green initiatives in the forestry system will effectively stabilize the development of forestry
1. The emergence of forestry crisis.
The total area of China's forestry is 2.38 billion mu, but over the years, due to excessive logging, indiscriminate logging, and only logging without cultivation, the forestry area has been continuously decreasing. Due to the global reduction in forestry area, it has caused great damage to the human ecological environment, which is the main reason for the occurrence of the worldwide El Ni ñ o phenomenon.
Due to low logging, many forestry workers face unemployment, but large areas of forests still require people to manage and protect them, such as pruning and thinning, which are all ineffective. Therefore, maintaining the livelihoods of forestry workers has become a problem.
2. The implementation of green initiatives has brought benefits to the leaves of forests and will stabilize the development of forestry.
According to statistics, about 550 million tons of tree branches and leaves are cut and pruned in China's forestry industry every year, most of which are discarded as waste. Forest workers also need to collect these branches and leaves in a fixed location during cutting and pruning to avoid causing fires, which is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Now it's different. These discarded branches and leaves can be processed into various types of leaf green powder, which is an excellent feed material for various animals. These leaves have become an economic benefit.
For example:
① Poplar branches and leaves: 0.2 yuan per kilogram of tender poplar branches and leaves purchased, 3-4 kilograms of fresh branches and leaves processed into 1 kilogram of poplar branch and leaf powder, with a processing fee of 0.2 yuan per kilogram, and a selling price of 0.9-1.0 yuan per kilogram of poplar branch and leaf powder. Each worker collects 1 ton of poplar branches and leaves per day, earning 200 yuan.
② Pine and cypress branches and leaves: purchase 0.28-0.3 yuan per kilogram of pine and cypress branches and leaves, process 1 kilogram of pine needle powder from 3 kilograms of fresh branches and leaves, and sell for 1.60-1.80 yuan per kilogram of pine needle powder. For every 0.5 tons of pine and cypress branches and leaves collected by a worker, the income is 140-150 yuan.
Note: The purchase criteria for pine branches and leaves are as follows
A、 The price for branches and leaves born in the current year is 0.28-0.30 yuan per kilogram, based on the freshness of the pine branches and leaves. The price for pine needles born in the current year (taken from the pine branches) is 0.8-1.0 yuan per kilogram, based on the freshness of the pine needles.
The commonly used forestry tender branch and leaf resources are shown in the table below
Number Name Unit Tender Branch and Leaf Price
(Yuan) Dry wet ratio dry powder price
(Yuan) Remarks
1 ton of pine trees 280 1:3.5 1600 various types of pine trees
2 tons of cypress trees 300 1:3 1700 various cypress trees
3 tons of poplar trees 200 1:4 1000 various types of poplar trees
4 tons of locust trees 300 1:4.5 1200
5 tons of purple locust 250 1:4.5 1200
6 oak tree tons 200 1:4.5 1000
7 tons of bamboo 20000 1:3 100000 for leaf harvesting
8 tons of bamboo 20000 1:3.5 120000 for leaf picking
9 Eucalyptus tree tons 800 1:3 3200 leaf picking
10 tree building tons 400 1:4.5 1200
Every year, 550 million tons of tree branches and leaves are cut down, trimmed, and discarded in China's forestry industry. If 50%, or 250 million tons, are utilized, it can directly generate more than 625 million yuan in economic benefits. If they are further processed, they can add more than 50 billion yuan in economic benefits. Therefore, the green cause has brought vitality to the development of forestry.
3、 The implementation of green initiatives will provide guarantees for returning farmland to forests and grasslands.
1. The difficulty of returning farmland to forests and grasslands
Returning farmland to forests and grasslands to restore nature is the main measure for humanity to overcome the ecological crisis. In China, in order to change the ecological environment, narrow the gap between western and eastern China, and eradicate poverty, efforts are being made to develop the western region. In March 2000, Premier Zhu Rongji of the State Council, in order to ensure the return of farmland to forests and grasslands, told some officials in the western region, "As long as you plant one acre of trees, I will give you 200 kilograms of grain!" This shows how much the country attaches importance to the development of the western region and solving environmental problems in the western region. Despite significant decisions made by leaders at all levels, the issue of returning farmland to forests remains difficult.
Farmers living in mountainous areas rely on the land on the slopes to grow crops to sustain their livelihoods. If they were to plant all kinds of trees on this land, their daily lives would be in trouble because these trees would not be profitable in the near future, and economic subsidies would not be timely. Therefore, it would be difficult for places that truly need to return farmland to forests and grasslands.
2. Another type of forestry operation is called forest agriculture
The utilization of plant stem and leaf nutrients provides another operational method for forestry. Taking locust trees as an example: in order to improve the yield and quality of locust tree stem and leaf, we determine the density of planting locust trees according to a row spacing of 80 cm and a nest spacing of 60 cm. Each acre can plant 1320 nests, with 3-5 plants planted per nest and over 5000 plants planted per acre. Once planted, cut off the branches and poles from the ground. After more than two months, a shrub will emerge from each nest, and the harvest is ready. When harvesting, all the branches that grow on the ground are cut off and sent to the processing plant (which processes the branches, leaves, and thorns together to produce locust tree branches and leaves powder, which is an excellent raw material for various herbivorous animal feed). Then the land is sorted, weeded, and fertilized. In two months, it can be harvested again. Good plots can be harvested 3-4 times a year, while dry plots can be harvested twice a year. Each acre of land can harvest 3-8 tons of locust tree branches and leaves per year, and each acre can earn 500-1000 yuan. We call this method of farming forestry forest agriculture.
Due to this method of operation, the growing branches have not yet fully lignified, and upon dissection and observation, their wood pulp is still green. This semi lignified fibrous animal can be utilized (confirmed by animal feeding), and forest agriculture has added new content to the forest industry. Planting in the same year yields immediate results, and a single planting yields multiple years of income. It provides convenience for returning farmland to forests and grasslands, making it easier to operate and more acceptable for farmers.
3. Demonstration of returning farmland to forests and grasslands implemented both domestically and internationally
We have jointly established eight green research demonstration bases both domestically and internationally, and have implemented forest green agriculture operation methods in many of these bases.
North Korea is a country with a severe shortage of food. From 1994 to 1997, there was a serious hunger crisis. The United Nations Food Organization and the United Nations Programme sent 83 agricultural experts to North Korea within four years to solve the food problem. Everyone raised the issue of returning farmland to forests (due to food shortages, North Koreans excessively exploit mountain slopes, resulting in soil erosion, flash floods, and severe annual floods that submerged large areas of rice, causing an ecological vicious cycle). However, North Koreans do not accept this and believe that planting some food on mountain slopes can also yield harvest. We are the 84th voluntary group of agricultural experts. Based on the theory of plant stem and leaf utilization technology, we also proposed the idea of returning farmland to forests and grasslands. We made a demonstration, but the North Koreans accepted it. Our demonstration proves that planting trees on hillsides is more effective and profitable than planting crops. We have made comprehensive demonstrations in North Korea, successfully planting crops (using straw), grass, and trees, and have gained recognition and approval from the North Korean government and various international organizations.

4. The development of green undertakings is an effective measure for the development of forestry
The green industry provides great use for leaves, and forests will become iron crops. Green initiatives have expanded the scope of economic forests, greatly increasing the benefits of forestry.
50% of China's forestry is coniferous forests, belonging to the pine and cypress tree family. The leaves of coniferous forests are excellent feed for various livestock. Taking pine trees as an example, pine needle leaves can be processed into pine needle powder and pine paste, which are excellent feed additives containing essential growth hormones, multidimensional elements, antibiotics, etc. for livestock and poultry, with a total of more than 40 ingredients. After various livestock and poultry use pine needle powder feed, it can resist diseases, reduce mortality, increase weight quickly, produce high egg production, and save feed. For example, adding 3% pine needle powder to chicken feed increased egg production by 13.8% and significantly improved egg quality; Adding 3% pine needle powder to pig feed can increase the weight gain of pigs by 15-25% compared to the control pigs, and the pigs have bright fur color, rosy skin color, and high lean meat percentage; Adding 3% pine needle powder to cow feed increased milk production by 7.4%. The leaf green powder of pine and cypress plants has a similar effect, which makes use of 50% of China's forest resources.
Trees and bamboo are planted in front and behind rural houses in various parts of China, but they have not had much benefit. Now, things are different because the leaves of these plants have become beneficial, which makes farmers attach great importance to the benefits around them and accelerates the degree of rural greening.
In northern China, farmers like to plant some locust trees in front of and behind their houses because locust trees are tolerant to drought and poor soil conditions, and can grow under various conditions. However, locust trees are not very useful, except for being used as house wood. Now it's different. Premium locust leaves can be made into anti-cancer food, while locust flowers, after dehydration processing, belong to green food exports and domestic sales that are in short supply. The tender branches and leaves of Robinia pseudoacacia are excellent feed for animals, which increases its value. A medium-sized Robinia pseudoacacia can earn around 20-40 yuan per year from its flowers and leaves.
In southern and southwestern provinces of China, it is common to plant bamboo in front of and behind houses for greening purposes, but it is not very useful. Nowadays, things are different. We advocate farmers to grow hemp bamboo with large bamboo leaves, which are raw materials for processing bamboo leaf powder and chlorophyll. Bamboo leaf powder and bamboo leaf chlorophyll are raw materials for anti-cancer, health food, and green beverages. This makes these bamboo leaves very useful, with a purchase price of 12 yuan per kilogram of bamboo leaves, and a nest of bamboo leaves can earn 30-50 yuan. Moreover, the bamboo shoots of Mazhu have high yield and good quality, which greatly improves the economic benefits of this bamboo.
For the processing and utilization of various forest resources, we have developed various processing equipment, including soil methods, semi soil and semi ocean methods, and fully mechanized methods. The equipment is fast to start and put into operation (simple machinery costs 0.5-50000 yuan, complex machinery costs 30-3 million yuan), with low cost, and can process various qualified products. We will build demonstration bases of various types in various parts of China, which will make due contributions to returning farmland to forests and grasslands, developing forestry, and changing the ecological environment.
The second section sparked a revolution in the livestock industry
1、 A new path for the development of feed
The world's population is constantly increasing, but the area of arable land is constantly decreasing, leading to a sudden shortage of food supply, resulting in insufficient feed consumption, rising feed prices, and hindered development of animal husbandry. In many countries, the conflict between humans and animals over food is becoming increasingly prominent. In addition, the commonly used feed in the world today contains excessive chemical additives. These feeds are all contaminated feed, and the livestock products raised using these feeds are all contaminated products. This product not only has poor taste and quality, but also poses a risk to people's health if used for a long time. So, when people buy chickens and eggs in the market, they are looking for local chickens and eggs, and when they buy fish, they are choosing river fish. Because these products are all pollution-free natural products. It can be seen that natural livestock products are becoming increasingly popular among people, which is their pursuit. Can you find a pollution-free feeding method? Is the livestock product raised using this feed and method the same as natural products, or even higher than natural products? People are all looking for ways to solve this problem.
In order to achieve this goal, a group of domestic and foreign scientific and technological personnel led by Mr. Yan Guangcai have gone through more than 30 years of arduous efforts to use the nutrients of plant stems and leaves as feed, and have succeeded in creating a natural new type of feed that saves food, is pollution-free, and has low cost, called green plant feed. By using this feed and implementing green feeding methods, the livestock products produced are pollution-free, have good taste, good quality, and meet people's expectations. It has opened up new avenues for the development of the feed industry and animal husbandry.
2、 The emergence of green plant-based feed will trigger a revolution in animal husbandry
(1) There are two major characteristics of animal husbandry both domestically and internationally today. Firstly, it belongs to the category of grain consuming feed, with feed grains accounting for an excessive proportion in the feed. Secondly, it belongs to the category of pollution breeding, and the additives in the compound feed, such as methionine, lysine, multidimensional elements, and stimulants, are all chemical substances. The meat products of animals raised with this chemical additive are classified as polluting products and will inevitably have adverse effects on the human body. With the development of the times, the deterioration of the human living environment is becoming more and more serious. Air, water, dust, and food are all polluted in different ways. People's pursuit of a pollution-free food will become the direction of human food development. Therefore, the meat products produced by the current aquaculture industry will gradually be eliminated.
Taking China's cattle farming as an example, the grass consumed by cattle is used as ammoniated feed. The so-called ammoniated feed refers to the process of spraying fresh corn stalks with ammonia water and fertilizer urea, and then increasing the crude protein content of the corn stalks after a period of ammoniation treatment, which is then used to feed cattle. Some users, in order to increase milk production, also add 0.5% urea to ammoniated feed and feed it directly to cattle. This type of feed, which is heavily contaminated by fertilizers, produces pork and milk, which can be imagined to have poor product quality. In other animal husbandry, the compound feed used is also similar. All kinds of well-known domestic and foreign feed now belong to the same type of contaminated feed. Both domestic and foreign feed factories and breeding farms are pursuing the research of an advanced chemical additive that can help animals grow faster, produce more eggs, and use it as a condition for evaluating the quality of feed, without paying attention to its product quality. Some feed factories, in order to increase the weight gain effect of feed, also add chemicals such as prednisone to the feed to stimulate animal growth. This chemical residue in the animal's body can cause serious consequences if consumed for a long time.
The current feed uses a relatively large amount of grain, with 60% of the grain used in pig compound feed. The proportion of grain used in chicken feed is 70%, the proportion of grain used in beef cattle feed is 30% -60%, and the proportion of grain used in rabbit feed is 50%. Currently, there is a shortage of food both domestically and internationally. By the end of 1995, world statistics showed that the current population was 5.8 billion, with 800 million people suffering from insufficient food supply, distributed in 88 countries. The shortage of food for human consumption and the conflict between humans and livestock over food were prominent.
Can you find an ideal feed that is both pollution-free and fuel-efficient? With the development of the green cause and the hard work of our scientific and technological personnel, this problem has finally been satisfactorily solved.
(2) A pollution-free path for the development of aquaculture industry
We have 536 experts engaged in the development and utilization of green plants for over 30 years. This is a cause to rescue human food and nutrition deficiencies, and it is a path to explore nutrition from plant leaves and stems. Simply put, it refers to the processing of leaves, grass, and various crop straw and waste leaves from nature. The first type is converted into food for human use, and the second type is converted into feed for various livestock, poultry, and aquatic products. This type of feed is called green plant feed, abbreviated as green feed
Compared to regular feed, green feed is a new type of feed that is completely different from regular feed. When formulating green feed, it refers to current nutritional concepts while also incorporating the principles of the Five Elements theory in Chinese medicine. There are three explanations for the word "green" in green feed: firstly, it is composed of green plant stems and leaves, so the word "green" means green plant "green". Secondly, green feed is composed entirely of natural nutrients and does not contain any chemical additives, so the word 'green' is interpreted as safe and pollution-free feed.
Thirdly, green feed produces pollution-free products, and the word 'green' is interpreted as a green product.
3、 The application of green plant feed and green feeding methods will produce pollution-free products.
(1) Classification of Green Plant Feed Additives
Green plant feed raw materials are the leaves and stems of 58 selected plants from over a thousand herbaceous plants. After processing them according to certain techniques, they are called leaf green powder, and after precision processing, they are called leaf protein. These are the raw materials for various green plant feeds. The leaf green powder feed and additives we study are divided into three main types.
(1) The basic materials for livestock, corn straw and rice straw powder that we process, are the basic materials for herbivorous animals. They are mainly used to feed cattle, cows, and beef cattle, and are rarely used for food. These two types of powder account for more than 50% of the feed for grass carp, reducing fish feed costs by more than 50%.
(2) Feed additives: such as ryegrass leaf green powder, alfalfa leaf green powder, peanut leaf green powder, sweet potato leaf green powder, eucalyptus leaf green powder, paulownia leaf green powder, a total of 18 types, as well as various plant leaf proteins. Because these powders are rich in various amino acids and multidimensional elements. Adding it to the mix can replace some vitamins, amino acids, and crude protein.
(3) Fortifying agents: such as pine needle powder, five spice leaf powder, ginseng leaf powder, and more than ten other types, as well as leaf proteins related to plants. The function of feed is to enhance its effectiveness, accelerate growth, resist diseases, and reduce mortality in livestock.
These leaf green powders and leaf proteins can be classified into three main types based on their functions: one is the nutritional type, which contains high levels of crude protein, complete amino acid content, and rich in various vitamins. These raw materials are used to balance the nutrition of amino acids and vitamins in the compound. The second type has the effect of disease prevention and resistance. After adding this raw material, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of various diseases during the growth process of animals. The three types are raw materials that promote animal growth and development. After adding these raw materials, animals grow faster and produce more eggs.
(2) The efficacy of green plant feed
The leaf green powder in green plant feed is not ordinary grass powder. It is processed from fresh plants using certain machinery and fixed processes, maximizing the preservation of chlorophyll and various nutrients in plant stems and leaves. Ordinary grass powder, on the other hand, is sun dried and processed. Nutritional instability and inability to cooperate.
The crude protein content of the alfalfa leaf green powder we develop and produce is between 22-24%, while the crude protein content of alfalfa powder produced by ordinary methods is 16-18%, and other nutrients are also unstable. Taking pine needle powder as an example, this is the most difficult product to process. Using general mechanical processing makes it difficult to maintain the chlorophyll content, and the product can only meet the Level 3 standard. After multiple explorations, we finally found the simplest way to process pine needle powder that is unique and maintains good nutrition.
Taking pine needle powder as an example, briefly describe its functions: it contains essential plant antibiotics, growth hormones, crude protein, crude fat, various vitamins, eighteen amino acids, and multiple trace elements for livestock and poultry growth, as well as more than 40 nutritional components. After being mixed with pine needle powder for various livestock and poultry, it can prevent diseases, reduce deaths, increase weight quickly, produce more eggs, and save feed. For example, adding 3% to the daily feed of laying hens can increase egg production by 13.8%. And increase the degree of egg yolk, nutrition, and color; Adding 2-5% to the daily feed of pigs can increase their weight gain by 15-25% compared to the control group, and it was found that the pigs have bright fur color, rosy skin color, and high lean meat percentage; Adding 5% to cow feed increases milk production by 7.4%.
The use of leaf green powder and leaf protein in feed has its own unique functions, and they are matched to maximize strengths and avoid weaknesses, achieving a comprehensive utilization effect. They play three roles: (1) enhancing the disease resistance of livestock and poultry, promoting growth; (2) Replaced the addition of some amino acids and vitamins, reducing costs; (3) Replaced some of the feed grains and saved food.
Green plant feed is a natural nutrient and belongs to the category of feed that returns to nature. The application of this feed can implement green feeding methods and produce pollution-free and eco-friendly meat, poultry, egg, and milk products. It will be the only replacement product for current feed.
Green plant feed is rich in nutrients and complete, meeting the needs of animal growth and development. We have established a new feeding method and different management methods. Using green feed not only produces pollution-free meat products, but also increases weight quickly and has a high egg production rate. We have created over 530 feed formulas for more than ten types of livestock and aquatic products, including feed formulas for cattle, sheep, rabbits, deer, ostriches, horses, donkeys, fish, pigs, chickens, and dogs. Through experiments, it has been proven that the application of green feed can save food, reduce costs, and promote rapid and normal animal growth and development. Especially in the breeding of herbivorous animals, it shows great superiority. During the high-end beef cattle fattening experiment, the daily weight gain can reach up to 3 kilograms, which is twice the international standard. A calf can be born and develop a weight of 400-500 kilograms in just one year. Internationally, it takes 18-24 months to cultivate a cow. In the sheep breeding experiment, it only takes 10 months to cultivate a sheep weighing 30-38 kilograms, and generally only 6 months. However, using ordinary feed, the same breed in China takes 1-2 years.
Green feeding method is used to raise livestock without adding any chemical additives, and animal feed (fish meal, meat and bone meal) should not be used. During the feeding process, leaf green powder with disease resistance and prevention properties was added in a timely manner according to the developmental patterns of animals, resulting in fewer animal diseases and lower mortality rates. The meat and poultry egg products produced have a qualitative difference from those produced by traditional breeding methods. Not only is this product a pollution-free product, but it also has low cost, high nutrition, fresh and tender meat, and good taste, which meets the needs of the times and people's pursuit. Taking chicken farming as an example, chickens raised with compound feed in current farms produce eggs with light yolk color and high egg white moisture content; Chickens raised with green feed produce eggs with deep yolk color, red yolk, high viscosity of egg white, low moisture content, and the same quality as rural eggs. If laboratory tests show that chickens raised with green feed produce eggs with significantly higher levels of nutrients such as vitamin B1 and B2 than regular eggs. So the quality of livestock products produced by green feed has great superiority.
(3) Process flow of green plant feed
l、 Production process of leaf green powder for feed:
Fresh green plants → Rubbing → Drying → Crushing → Bagging
Fresh green plants, after being pre treated by a kneading machine, become silk like and easy to dry. Then, after about 2 hours of drying in the dryer, the moisture content is reduced to below 10%, and the finished product is crushed and stored in bags for one year without deterioration.
2. Production process of green plant compound feed:
Leaf green powder, feed grains, additives → compounding machine → granulation → bagging
According to the feed formula, add leaf green powder, feed grade corn, soybean cake, wheat bran, and other additives to the mixing machine, stir evenly, and release. Then, go through the granulation process and store in bags:
(4) Create a path that can save a lot of food
Green feed is an ideal grain saving feed, with an average grain saving of 80% through experiments on five types of animals including cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, and fish, resulting in a 30% reduction in feeding costs.
Green plant feed is used in cattle and sheep breeding, with an average grain saving of over *. In China's beef cattle fattening feed, the proportion of grain accounts for about 30-50%; In the application of green feed, only leaf protein is used without grains.
Feed for pigs and chickens. The average grain savings are 60%, especially for breeding pigs and chickens, where grain savings can reach 80%.
Grass carp is the main feed for fish, and there is basically no need for grains, so green feed can be fully applied.
Green plant feed provides a great use for straw utilization. Taking China as an example, the three major types of straw, corn, wheat, and rice straw, are burned in large quantities every year after harvest. Some of the straw is used for ammoniated feed and farmers use it directly to feed cattle. Ammoniated feed can only be used for herbivorous animals. And by processing corn stalks and rice straw fresh, they can be used as feed for various livestock such as pigs, chickens, and fish, thus expanding the application of straw feed.
There are two methods for utilizing straw. The first method is to process corn straw and rice straw fresh after farmers harvest their crops, turning them into corn straw, rice straw, and leaf green powder, which has high nutritional value. It can be directly fed to various animals, with a proportion of 70-80% in the compound feed of herbivorous animals. The second method is for farmers to preserve these straw after harvesting, based on the principle of no mold damage, including wheat straw, corn straw, rice straw, soybean straw, etc. These straw contain about 3-5% crude protein and almost no chlorophyll. This type of straw can be dried and crushed into 35 mesh powder. In herbivorous animal feed, 40-60% of this type of raw material can be added, followed by the addition of high-quality alfalfa powder, locust leaf powder, bean seedling powder, ryegrass powder, and other high-quality grass powder at 20-30%. Then, it can be combined with other raw materials to form a compound feed for feeding herbivorous animals. Taking beef cattle fattening (over 300 kilograms) and Formula 2 as an example, illustrate the use of various raw materials. Formula 2 is: 40% wheat straw powder, 20% fresh corn straw powder, 25% alfalfa grass powder, 5% leaf protein, 5% wheat bran, and 3% others.
The processing methods for green plant feed are also different. The first step is to formulate the formula, then mix and stir (adding an appropriate amount of water), and finally press the granules. Animals consuming this granular feed have the advantages of short consumption time, fast digestion, and good absorption. Therefore, it has a good weight gain effect when applied to herbivorous animals.
Taking China as an example, green plant-based feed can fully utilize various types of inferior straw in China, which is equivalent to expanding the source of feed. The Chinese government spends a lot of effort every year to establish many demonstration counties for straw utilization throughout the country, but none of them have been successful, especially for the use of wheat straw as feed, which has the worst effect. Most of the corn straw has been burned. However, green feed has made these difficult to use straw as feed very useful, which will provide limited opportunities for the rapid development of animal husbandry in China due to the lack of winter feed and high mortality rates during overwintering. It is a revolution in the development of animal husbandry.
4、 Abundant green plant feed resources
l、 Endless and inexhaustible green resources
The starting products of solar photosynthesis are plant leaves and stems, followed by flowers, fruits, and seeds. Plant leaves and stems are factories for producing nutrients, with much higher levels of vitamins and amino acids than fruits and seeds. This is the mechanism by which we utilize straw and plant stems and leaves.
Taking China as an example, its green resources include grasslands, forests, and crops, totaling 9.94 billion acres, while arable land accounts for only 15%. This shows the vastness of green resources. The central and southern parts of China are located in the subtropical zone, the northern part is in the cold zone, and most of them are in the temperate zone. The suitable climate has created abundant green resources. The green resources we research and develop are divided into four categories: forage, leaves, crop straw, and vegetable leaves. These are inexhaustible resources. We first study and advocate the use of waste from crops and forestry, such as corn stalks, rice straw, peanut seedlings, sweet potato vines, and felled branches and leaves. Resources such as pine needles, locust leaves, poplar leaves, and paulownia leaves, which have low cost, are turned into feed, thereby reducing the cost of feed.
2. Widespread social benefits
The development of green plant-based feed has reduced the cost of feed, saved food, and greatly promoted the development of animal husbandry. At the same time, it has also generated extensive social benefits, as these raw materials come from agriculture, forestry, and grassland industries, turning many useless waste into useful feed and increasing the income of agriculture and forestry. In China, the fresh corn stalks harvested per acre are approximately 4000 kilograms, calculated at one cent per kilogram (Chinese yuan), which increases the yield by 400 yuan per acre; The discarded needles of a pine tree are counted at 200 kilograms. Calculated at 20 cents per kilogram, each tree increases its income by 80 yuan; Other items such as vegetable waste leaves, wild weeds, etc., can generate considerable income as long as they are collected in a timely manner. In 1994, we established a small factory in Hunan mainly producing pine needle powder. The daily cost for purchasing raw materials is approximately 1000 yuan, which is over 30000 yuan per month. The local farmer who sent the raw materials said with deep emotion, 'Running a small factory has enriched a community.'. So fully utilizing green plant resources is a cause that benefits the country and the people.
3. The direction of global feed development
Taking China as an example, the current situation of a large population, high food consumption, and abundant plant resources in China is the right path to develop green plant-based feed. According to our preliminary experiments, feeding various livestock and fish with leaf green powder feed can save an average of 40-50% of grain and reduce feed costs by 30%. The three major types of straw in China, including wheat straw, rice straw, and corn straw, have a total output of 570 million tons. The utilization rate is less than 10%,. Most of these resources were discarded in vain, which is a great loss. If we could dispose of them. After processing into feed, it will promote the rapid development of various animal husbandry industries in China, such as cattle and fish farming.
The world population is nearly 8 billion, and the population of China is as high as 1.4 billion. With the increase of population, China's arable land is reduced, and food shortage is the general trend. It is impossible for China, the world's largest country with the largest population, to rely on foreign imports of food. If the conflict between humans and livestock over food can be resolved, only by unleashing the potential of the country itself can it be feasible and reliable. Seeking food and nutrition from China's 9.39 billion acres of green resources, fully utilizing and developing green plant-based feed, is the direction of China's feed development and also the direction of the world's feed development.
5、 The vast market for green plant feed and meat products
With the scarcity of the global food market, people are pursuing an ideal food substitute to replace feed, and the development and utilization of green resources to provide people with this ideal feed. According to statistical data, the world's demand for alfalfa powder is about 5 million tons, and China's annual demand exceeds 1 million tons. At the international feed exhibition we attend every year, countries such as Japan, South Korea, and Italy place orders of over 400000 tons with us. The demand for green plant feed in the cattle and sheep farms we undertake in China exceeds 200000 tons, so green plant feed has a broad market both domestically and internationally.
All kinds of livestock, poultry, and aquatic products raised with green plant feed belong to green meat products, which are pollution-free products. With the aggravation of pollution, these products are increasingly recognized by more and more users. Currently, many businessmen are contacting us. They are investing huge amounts of money to monopolize the market with this type of beef and mutton. Many star rated hotels internationally also require us to provide them with this meat product. We are actively preparing and developing a large-scale green breeding system.
6、 Conclusive opinion
1. Green plant-based feed is a technological achievement that our scientific and technological personnel have been striving for over 30 years. Green feed is a pollution-free feed that can implement green farming methods. This type of feed is a replacement product for current feed, and its emergence will replace the current polluted feed and become the feed pursued by the animal husbandry industry.
2. Green plant feed and green meat products have a broad market and strong competitiveness.
3. The production of green plant feed has broad social benefits, which will lead to the development of agriculture and animal husbandry, generate extensive poverty alleviation effects, and become a hot topic pursued by the feed industry.
4. The green plant feed we have researched can feed more than 10 types of animals (cattle, sheep, rabbits, deer, ostriches, donkeys, horses, fish, pigs, chickens, dogs, and aquatic products) with over 500 formulas. It has a wide range of adaptability and strong vitality, and will stand undefeated in the breeding industry.
The fourth section has brought about earth shattering changes in ecological governance
Part One Overview
1、 Ecological benefits of utilizing plant stem and leaf nutrients in desertification control
Benefit ecology "refers to the ability to generate economic benefits in the same year as desertification control, achieving a balance between control and efficiency. From an economic perspective, it is also known as "economic ecology" or "rational ecological economy".
At present, desertification control in the world only has ecological effects. It refers to the impact generated after desertification control. There are two situations: one refers to the impact of changing the climate on the local area, that is, no longer being affected by sandstorms and normal growth of animals and plants, which is called ecological benefits; Another type is the impact on other regions, which is to change the overall climate, eliminate sandstorms, and bring about positive changes in rainfall and climate. This is called ecological effect.
Beneficial ecology "refers to the application of plant stem and leaf nutrition utilization technology and secondary forestry technology, which can process the stems and leaves of various green plants produced during management into raw materials for feed, food, and medicine, generating good economic benefits. This is currently not achievable in desertification control. At present, in desertification control, even cultivating some economic tree species cannot produce economic effects in the same year, and it will take 3-5 years to produce effects.
2、 The research on the utilization of plant stem and leaf nutrients has opened up a channel for plant benefits
At the same time as desertification control, it immediately generates direct economic benefits. It mainly applies the stems and leaves of various plants for treatment, processes them into raw materials for feed and food, and directly generates economic benefits. This is the benefit generated by the application of Dr. Yan Guangcai's scientific research achievements on the utilization of plant stem and leaf nutrition.
The core of Mr. Yan's green business is "plant stem and leaf nutrition utilization technology". Simply put, it is to process natural leaves, grass, crop straw and waste leaves into various types of food and animal feed. Mr. Yan has been leading this research for over 40 years, and experts from 26 countries around the world have participated in this study. A total of 536 experts and scientists have participated in this research. This study has opened up new ideas for the development of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and desertification control.
The benefits of ecological benefits in the second part
1、 At present, most ecological governance cannot synchronize with benefits
At present, the main content of ecological environment governance both domestically and internationally is afforestation. According to the current forestry perspective, neither ecological forests nor ordinary forests can immediately generate economic benefits. Even though economic forest tree species are used in many places, the benefits are limited due to geographical restrictions, and even if there are benefits, they will only be realized 2-3 years later. Especially in desertification control, the current economic forest tree species cannot grow in such harsh areas. Most of the plant species cultivated in these areas are not economic forest species, so it is difficult to generate direct economic benefits. This is why ecological governance cannot synchronize with benefits.
Due to efficiency issues, the enthusiasm of ecological governance practitioners will be greatly reduced, thereby affecting the progress of ecological governance. For example, Shi Guangyin of Dingbian County, Shaanxi Province, China, is a national model worker for ecological governance - a national afforestation hero who has led farmers to forestation for more than 10 years, with a forestation area of 58000 mu. Because his forest has become an ecological forest that cannot be cut down, he has more than 5 million debts, which affects the enthusiasm of farmers here for forestation. At present, although the Chinese government has adopted ecological subsidy policies, afforestation cannot be immediately effective and remains the main obstacle to the progress of ecological construction. The successful research on the utilization of plant stem and leaf nutrients can turn the tender branches and leaves of various forestry forests into raw materials for green plant feed after processing. If forest agriculture technology is applied, it can be effective in the same year. This has changed the phenomenon of "asynchronous benefits and ecology" and can accelerate the pace of ecological construction.
2、 Most plants used for ecological management can generate good economic benefits
1. The tender branches and leaves of trees:
Currently, more than 90% of tree species used in ecological management can have their tender branches and leaves trimmed and processed into raw materials for green plant feed (as long as they are branches and leaves of the same year). Such as pine trees, locust trees, purple locust trees, poplar trees, Populus euphratica, caragana, tamarisk trees, sand willow trees, camel thorn trees, etc.
2. Various types of grass:
Applied to various grasses planted in ecological governance. After processing, it can be turned into high-grade leaf green powder, grass cakes, grass blocks, and grass bundles; It can be processed into leaf protein and chlorophyll, becoming raw materials for human food, medicine, and animal feed.
We can increase the yield of various grasses, improve the quality and efficiency of grasses by applying the grass farming method.
For example, alfalfa grass, shadawang, sheep wood, sweet clover, fine leaved lespedeza, and Achnatherum splendens.
List of Main Plant Benefits for Desertification Control (Fresh Plants)

3、 Other benefits of sandy land
1. Sand farming industry:
① Wildlife farming
Pan Yang, Swan, Sand Duck, Spotted Winged Quail, Haired Leg Sand Chicken, Hazel Rooster, Stone Rooster, Wild Rooster, Spotted Dove, Wild Squirrel
② General aquaculture industry:
Meat camels, meat horses, meat deer, meat donkeys, beef cattle, meat sheep; Grazing style pigs, broiler chickens, and laying hens; Geckos, locusts, cicadas, scorpions, ants, bees, wasp pupae, etc.
2. Sandy Medicinal Industry:
Goji berry leaves, goji berries, astragalus, licorice, ephedra, lemon blossom, prickly ash, polygonum multiflorum, red willow, poplar, Cistanche deserticola, Danglie, Lockyang, red peony, dandelion, bitter cabbage.
3. Sandy plant food:
Dehydrated alfalfa, bitter cabbage, wolfberry leaves, locust flowers, tender leaves of locust trees, Chinese toon, etc; Fresh alfalfa, wolfberry leaves, Chinese toon, scallions, mustard greens, bitter vegetables, etc; Jujube, sand jujube, mouse melon oil, sea buckthorn, etc.
The Impact of Benefit Ecology on Ecological Governance in Part Three
1、 Can mobilize a nationwide ecological governance boom
Due to the ecological benefits that can be achieved in the same year, the economic benefits will also increase year by year with the growth of green resources in the future. This mobilized the farmers and herdsmen in the governance area to actively contract the desertified land. Ecological governance can rapidly expand the contracted area of sandy land in the ecological governance zone, and promote the rapid development of the ecological governance process.
Mobilized the involvement of enterprises.
The benefits of ecological efficiency are fast, low cost, high profit, and the enterprise can quickly go public, which benefits the country, the people, and the enterprise, painting a beautiful development prospect for the enterprise. Many companies will invest in the tide of ecological governance and become leading enterprises. This is to elevate ecological governance and achieve effective development.
2、 Promoted the trend of grassland management among farmers and herdsmen in the governance area, improved the quality of ecological governance, and also enhanced and accelerated the generation of ecological effects.
Beneficial ecology promotes the sense of responsibility of farmers and herdsmen in planting trees, grass, and managing grass, thereby improving the quality and yield of green resources. The more abundant the green resources in the governance area, the better the benefits, and thus the effectiveness of the ecological governance area is also improved.
For example, on June 14, 2003, Mr. Yan Guangcai went to Aohan Banner in Inner Mongolia, China for an inspection. At that time, there was a heavy rain, and the local people humorously said, "Our area has been dry for four consecutive years, and Dr. Yan brought us a heavy rain..." He said, "It was not me who brought you the heavy rain, but the people of Aohan Banner who have been planting trees and forests with the spirit of Yu Gong moving mountains for many years, moving God. This God is the people here. In fact, it is the result of our battles. In plant meteorology, there is a term called" critical index of life ", which means that when we first start planting trees, the seedlings are small and the biomass is also small. With the growth of trees and green resources, the biomass increases by 10-20% annually. When the biomass reaches a certain level, A certain amount is called a 'biological critical index'. We have reached the point where the climate is starting to change and rainfall is increasing, which means we have already reached the 'biological threshold' here. The "biological critical index" is also related to the green area. It cannot be said that curing ten square kilometers of land can change the climate. Generally speaking, this effect can only occur if the area is over ten thousand square kilometers. According to a study by the International Green Globe Organization, if an independent governance area is surrounded by desert land, it must reach a "biological threshold" of over 30000 square kilometers in order for climate change to occur. At present, the governance area of the "biological critical index" in the Aohan Banner area has reached the standard, so the climate has changed. This is the result of the careful management of these trees and grass by the people here. ”
3、 Promoted the prohibition of grazing in restricted areas and developed animal husbandry.
The land in the contracted management area for farmers and herdsmen should be improved in accordance with the ecological efficiency law, and grazing should be prohibited first. Due to the ecological benefits, the contracted area can quickly generate benefits, so the ban on grazing has become a conscious action of farmers and herdsmen. In addition, we have promoted and demonstrated grassland agriculture and green animal husbandry in China's governance areas, providing a model for farmers and herdsmen. The application of standardized planting and breeding by the International Green Globe Organization has high efficiency, good product quality, and can be in line with international standards, which greatly promotes the rapid development of animal husbandry in the governance area.
4、 Promoted the pace of farmers and herdsmen striving for a moderately prosperous society
1. Accelerated the pace of prosperity for farmers and herdsmen
In fact, we are implementing three major industries in China's governance areas, namely, sand plant processing industrialization, animal husbandry industrialization, and agricultural industrialization. Through the development of the three major industries, farmers and herdsmen in the governance area can quickly benefit.
Provide an overview of the annual income of a family of five farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia, China.
① Land: 3 hectares, harvesting 30 tons of green resources per hectare at a rate of $30 per ton. Annual production of 90 tons of green resources, with an annual income of 1080 US dollars.
② There is one cow per household and two ewes per person. Annual production of 1 cow and 30 sheep, with an annual income of 3000 US dollars.
Summary: The annual income is 4080 US dollars, with an average of 816 US dollars per person (which increases the income of local farmers and herdsmen by 1-2 times).
Note: The benefits of crops such as grain income are not included.
2. Promoted a virtuous cycle of agriculture and forestry in the governance area
The development of animal husbandry in the governance area will generate a large amount of farmyard manure, which will be applied to the fields, increasing the biological effects and fertility of the soil, and in turn increasing the yield and quality of agricultural and forestry crops, promoting a virtuous cycle of agriculture and forestry in the governance area.
Beneficial ecology belongs to the category of rational ecological economy. Its implementation not only accelerates the speed of ecological governance, but also accelerates the development of ecological economy, prospers ecological economy, and plays a crucial role in promoting the economic development of ecological crisis areas.
The fifth section has brought about a qualitative change in the functions of the food industry
1、 Proposal of the Green Plant Series Food Project
1. Meets the requirements of human food:
With the development of industry in various countries around the world, environmental pollution has intensified, and the environment and various types of food that humans rely on for survival have also been increasingly polluted to varying degrees, and this trend is still intensifying. Pollution can alter human genes, leading to a decline in immune function and affecting health. Experts predict that in 2012, due to the deterioration of the human living environment and the development of immune dysfunction, the health and survival of humans will be greatly affected, which is the arrival of a human health crisis. Therefore, the development of pollution-free, nutritious, and visually appealing health and nutritional foods has become a common issue in the food industry of countries around the world today.
A group of researchers led by Mr. Yan Guangcai, after more than 30 years of hard work and based on the theory of plant stem nutrition, have developed a series of green food products. It is a food that humans return to simplicity and nature, thus writing a new chapter for the food industry.
We follow the principle of similarity between animal and plant life, that is, the role of heme in the blood of animals is similar to that of chlorophyll in plant chloroplasts, and their building blocks are also similar. The building elements of heme are C, H, O, N, Fe, and the building blocks of chlorophyll are C, H, O, N, Mg. It can be imagined that if Mg (magnesium) is replaced with Fe (iron), chlorophyll can become heme, which is the principle of chlorophyll induced heme substitution. We conducted experiments based on this principle and proved that consuming foods rich in chlorophyll significantly increases the content of hemoglobin in the blood for both humans and animals. The function of hemoglobin and red blood cells is to transport oxygen and oxygen materials. An increase in hemoglobin and red blood cells enhances the ability of the blood to transport oxygen and oxygen materials. The metabolism of humans and animals is enhanced, development is accelerated, and diseases are reduced. So, nutritionists from the United States and Japan proposed the "golden rule" for human food, which is the rule for consuming vegetables and fruits. At that time, it was requested that each person consume 500-600 grams of vegetables and fruits per day. In 1996, Mr. Yan Guangcai, an expert from the International Green Business Research and Development Organization, established the "Golden Rule of 500g of Vegetables and Fruits", requiring people to consume 500g of vegetables and fruits per day, including 300g of green and yellow vegetables (rich in chlorophyll and carrots) and 200g of potatoes and fruits (potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, citrus). The specific regulations are as follows: 200g of green vegetables (such as Chinese cabbage, rapeseed, bok choy, spinach, and bamboo shoots), 100g of yellow vegetables (such as carrots and pumpkins), 125g of potatoes (such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, and taro), and 75g of fruits (such as apples, citrus fruits, and loquats). Only one to two varieties can be selected within the parentheses. The principle of balancing the three aspects of food consumption was also proposed (main grains: flour and rice, miscellaneous grains: corn, millet, sorghum, etc., legumes: soybeans, peas, mung beans, etc.). It is important to pay attention to the combination of three types of grains during regular meals and avoid frequent consumption of a single variety.
The more diverse the food you eat, the more it conforms to the golden rule of diet. It is best for people to eat 10-20 types of food a day. A low calorie and balanced diet is a necessary condition for people's health and longevity. If people can reach the above consumption amount every day, they can develop normally and avoid the interference of diseases such as hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cancer, etc. because they meet the needs of various elements, so they can be healthy and prolong their life. Elderly people who consume less vegetables and fruits are prone to osteoporosis and orthopedic diseases such as lower back and leg pain, bone hyperplasia, etc. This shows the importance of vegetable and fruit foods. According to our survey, over 90% of the population's daily consumption of vegetables and fruits does not meet the above requirements. Many people and their families consume less than 500g of vegetables and fruits per day. Especially for children, many vegetables are not imported at all, so there are many children with developmental disorders. Based on the above principles and phenomena, we have developed a series of green plant foods, which contain 1.5-2.5 kilograms of fresh vegetables and fruits per kilogram of food. We have also developed chlorophyll milk powder for infants, which is essential for promoting their normal development by consuming foods rich in vegetables and fruits from birth.
The green plant series of food projects includes various natural and fully nutritious instant noodles, biscuits, noodles, pastries, beverages, granules, etc. There are 845 types divided into two categories: health and dietary therapy.
There is a big difference between green plant-based food and green food. Green food refers to a pollution-free and pollution-free type of food, which is free from pesticide and fertilizer pollution and has nothing to do with the nutrition of the food. Green plant-based foods are a type of low-energy, fully nutritious food that is formulated based on the principle of chlorophyll for hemoglobin and the golden rule of 500g vegetable theory; Designed based on the comprehensive balance of various amino acids, vitamins, and trace elements required for human growth; It is formulated based on the theory of the Five Elements in traditional Chinese medicine and the principles of the composition of Jun, Chen, Zuo, and Shi. It has the function of eliminating residual toxins in the human body and purifying the environment inside the human body; Has health benefits for the human body and promotes human development; Has the function of improving human immune function. So compared with general food, the main characteristics of this type of food are: firstly, it highlights the content of VA, VC, VE, and trace elements manganese, selenium, and zinc, which are 2-5 times higher than general food. 2、 It can be refined according to the special requirements of different consumption objects, such as infants, young people and different patients (such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hepatitis, nephritis, stomach disease, digestive disease, emaciation, obesity, malnutrition, neurasthenia, cancer, etc.) for certain vitamins and nutrients. The green plant series products have been initially tested in the market and have received attention and welcome from domestic and foreign users.
2. Dietary health therapy is an important component of Chinese medicine
Dietotherapy has been an important means for Chinese people to prevent diseases, cure diseases, and live a long and healthy life since ancient times. It is a brilliant national treasure in the treasure trove of Chinese medicine. As early as more than two thousand years ago, the first Chinese medical work, "Neijing," pointed out that "grains, meat, fruits, and vegetables should be eaten and nourished to the fullest extent possible, without excessive use, to maintain their positive color." This means that in daily life, it is necessary to pay attention to nurturing and avoid improper food in order to maintain the body's positive color and overcome the invasion of diseases and pathogens. Systematic dietary therapy is rare in the world, and we strive to explore and promote this great treasure trove of Chinese medicine to better serve human health and longevity.
In recent years, there have been many books on dietotherapy and Tonic Diet, but it is difficult to achieve a good taste without strange taste. The green plant food we have developed has no such shortcomings. Especially now, the trend of world food is towards pollution-free and safe development, returning to simplicity, advocating nature, and green food, which has become a trend. People expect to have a healthy and perfect body, but they are also afraid of taking medication, which has side effects and tastes unpleasant. They look forward to pollution-free and painless treatment methods. So dietary therapy can meet people's demands.
People have to eat and drink three meals a day. How to incorporate medicine into food, treat diseases through food, and how to treat patients' illnesses through daily diet, thereby achieving recovery and healing. This is a matter of common concern to people and also a topic of our research. We are a research institution specializing in the development and utilization of green plant resources. After years of investigation, research and experiments, we have developed a series of health food therapy foods with unique therapeutic effects on diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hepatitis, nephritis, stomach disease, digestion, cancer and other diseases by using various vegetables, fruits, grains and natural green plants and leaf proteins. These foods are composed of green plant leaf protein, chlorophyll, and vegetables and fruits, supplemented with appropriate amounts of odorless traditional Chinese medicine. Patients can eat them without any unpleasant flavors such as bitterness or spiciness. They have a good taste, are easy to digest, absorb, and have bright colors, truly achieving the integration of medicine and food. It has good auxiliary therapeutic effects on diseases and is highly welcomed by patients.
2、 The current situation of the development of green plant series food industry at home and abroad
In order to improve people's food structure, meet the consumption needs of different individuals, and overcome the harm caused by food pollution, countries around the world are developing pollution-free, nutritious, and comprehensive foods that can meet the special requirements of certain individuals, such as high calcium and vitamin foods suitable for young children and adolescents; A fully nutritious, high concentration food specially designed for astronauts, consisting mainly of certain fruits, vegetables, and vegetables as a dietary powder; Low fat, low sugar, salt foods that meet the needs of the elderly. In recent years, the world has seen the emergence of noodles and edible powders with certain vegetable powders as additives in the market, but most of them lack strict scientific methods and still have a long way to go compared to high nutrition and total nutrition. There has been no development into a series of green plant-based food products, and currently, there is still a lack of green plant-based dietary and health foods that can meet the needs of different patients.
According to a search conducted by China's science and technology intelligence department in June 2002, based on the current situation of the food industry in 82 industrialized and developing countries and regions, it has not been found that a series of green plant-based foods have been launched in the market. Therefore, the development of green plant-based foods has a very broad market prospect.
3、 Main product introduction
(1) Colorful Banlan's natural nutritional food - "Colorful Food"
Colorful food is a collection of essence of various plant leaf proteins and chlorophyll. Its color, taste and nutrition are famous among all kinds of food, with a total of eight colors. That is, "red, green, yellow, blue, orange, purple, black, and white", each food is paired in five different ways, hence it is called "colorful food".
The color of colorful food comes from more than 50 kinds of vegetables, fruits and related plants, without essence and pigments. Therefore, these foods are natural nutrition, natural color, pollution-free and safe food, which is very popular.
Colorful food, also known as natural all nutrient food, has two significant characteristics: firstly, it is nutritious. The natural vitamins, amino acids, and trace elements contained in this food are 2-5 times higher than those in general food; Secondly, it is nutritionally complete. Generally, noodles such as noodles and instant noodles do not contain natural vitamin C and carotenoids that are needed for human development, but are high in content in this food. People refer to this type of food as fully nutritious food.
Colorful food is different from the commonly popular food in the market, which adds ordinary vegetables. It is based on the theory of 500g vegetables to determine the content of vegetables, so its vegetable content is quite high. Each kilogram of food contains at least 1.5 kilograms of all the nutrients of fresh vegetables, and this 1.5 kilograms of vegetable content is not one type of vegetable but more than five types of vegetables and fruits. Therefore, its nutritional combination is very comprehensive. For example, in order to increase the zinc content of this product, cabbage has been added; In order to increase vitamin U, Ganlan was added; In order to eliminate residual drugs in the human body, pumpkin is specially added. Therefore, this product has certain dietary and health benefits for human growth and development, as well as for relieving patients.
(2) Health and Dietary Therapy Series Food
After more than 30 years of hard work, our scientific and technological personnel have developed a generation of green plant series, with a total of 845 types of health and dietary foods. Long term use of health food can eliminate various toxins in the human body, enhance metabolism and immune function, thereby reducing the occurrence of diseases; People use these therapeutic foods, which have unique auxiliary effects on diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hepatitis, nephritis and other diseases. Its development and launch will play a huge role in promoting the development of dietary health therapies worldwide. Its main features are:
l、 There are many varieties for easy selection: there are as many as 845 main varieties, and patients can choose according to their own requirements.
2. Good taste and wide acceptance: Our products can be applied from the moment a baby is born and breastfed.
3. Having multiple tastes and being willing to accept: We are very particular about the taste research of each food, making patients willing to accept it. For example, people with diabetes can't eat more than a certain amount of ordinary food and can't eat sweets, otherwise their blood sugar will increase and their condition will worsen. And there is no need to limit the consumption of our food. The cookies we make are sweet cookies with added protein sugar and stevia sugar, which patients are willing to accept and will not cause an increase in blood sugar. For example, the chlorophyll mineral water we are studying is made by adding bamboo leaf chlorophyll to high-quality mineral water, which greatly improves the color and taste of the mineral water, making it refreshing and pleasing to the eye. This type of mineral water not only contains various minerals, but also multiple vitamins, greatly improving the quality of mineral water. Other types of children's health foods, such as chlorophyll milk powder, each have their own unique characteristics, which greatly advance the taste of these foods.
4. Excellent quality, significant effectiveness
(1) Excellent material selection and appropriate compatibility
Green plant dietary food is made by screening over a thousand plants and selecting 128 types of green plants and leaf proteins as raw materials. These plants are non-toxic, odorless, and have special effects on diseases. The leaves, stems, or roots of these plants are processed through certain techniques to maintain their active ingredients to the best extent possible. Then, according to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, the formula is gradually adjusted through long-term application to achieve the optimal effect. Therefore, once these dietary foods are applied, they demonstrate their effectiveness.
(2) Reliable source of raw materials and precise processing and production
In order to ensure the therapeutic effect of health food therapy, we have more than 30 raw material initial processing points. From the collection, processing, and technology of raw materials, all of them are processed by our technical personnel according to the prescribed process. Therefore, the raw materials are reliable, the technology meets the standards, and the product quality is guaranteed.
(3) The product has a high content of active ingredients and good effects
In various health and dietary foods, the content of dietary substances is high, so it has good effects. Like celery noodles, each kilogram of noodles contains 2 kilograms of fresh celery. After five days of consumption, the blood pressure of hypertensive patients stabilizes.
4、 A vast market
After the successful development of the green plant series of food products, since 1993, a small number of instant noodles, noodles, biscuits, and other products have been tested and sold in Xi'an, Beijing, Shanghai, and other parts of China, as well as throughout the country. The trial sales users were kindergartens, railway departments, and some patients, and were warmly welcomed by users. According to preliminary market research, according to the classification of edible product personnel, the main markets are as follows:
l、 Infant and toddler market: Due to the complete nutrition and easy digestion and absorption of this product, it can effectively prevent osteoporosis, rickets, and developmental disorders caused by a lack of certain vitamins in infants and toddlers. And the color and taste are tempting, which can stimulate children's appetite, increase food intake, reduce the occurrence of diseases, and are very popular among children. After trial in many kindergartens in Xi'an and Chengdu, China, the response has been positive. Due to the pollution of urban environment, the health of children living in cities is greatly affected, such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, and cerebrovascular accidents. These diseases that should not occur among Chinese children have accounted for a considerable proportion among urban children and have attracted high attention from the education department. If chlorophyll fruit and vegetable foods are applied in children's weight, these diseases can be effectively prevented and treated.
2. The elderly market: Due to its comprehensive nutrition, easy digestion and absorption, and good effects on blood pressure reduction, weight loss, and health care, it is popular among the elderly.
3. Patient market: Green plant-based foods containing special or multiple nutrients have unique therapeutic effects on various diseases. Patients can eat them without bitter, spicy or strange flavors, with good taste and easy digestion and absorption, truly achieving the integration of medicine and food, and are highly welcomed by patients.
4. The market for patients in the recovery period after illness: After recovery, as well as for postpartum and pregnant women who are often weak, malnourished, and have lost appetite, consuming green plant-based foods can regulate nutrition, promote digestion, and accelerate recovery.
5. Personnel in areas lacking fruit and vegetable supply: aviation, forestry, animal husbandry, marching troops, fieldwork, tourism personnel, etc. Such individuals often experience symptoms such as dry mouth, sore throat, toothache, constipation, etc. due to insufficient vegetable intake. After consuming this food, they can recover to normal.
6. This series of products is classified into more than ten varieties, including high, medium, and low. People can use this product to visit relatives, friends, and patients, making it an affordable gift.
From the trial sales situation in a city in Xi'an, China, according to the most conservative estimate, the annual demand for this product is about 5000 tons per year (excluding agricultural personnel in the city). From a national perspective, the demand is very considerable.
After being invited to participate in China's "National Patent and New Technology Fair," "Northwest Five Provinces International Trade Fair," and "Hong Kong International Fair," this series of products received orders for over 8000 tons per day from foreign suppliers including Sheraton Hong Kong, the American company Polaris, and customers from countries and regions such as Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. A few foreign merchants from Japan, South Korea, Thailand, and Russia require an order quantity of 40000 tons per year. Therefore, this green plant-based food series has a broad market in foreign countries.
5、 Main production technologies and processes
The production process of green plant-based food products consists of four stages: firstly, providing a production base for selected vegetables, fruits, and other plants; Plant for dehydrated vegetables, leaf protein, chlorophyll, and their powders; Three are additive processing plants; Four are factories that produce finished products such as instant noodle factories, biscuit factories, and milk powder factories.
The above four types of bases and factories have mature processes, technologies, and equipment supplies in China, except for the production technology of leaf protein and additives which are our specialized technologies.
The various additives used for green plant food are produced using our specialized technology that has been successfully researched for many years. However, the equipment used is very common and easy to purchase.
In the initial stage of joint venture production, the capabilities of cooperative enterprises can be fully utilized, without the need to construct or purchase factory equipment. Only purchase contracts need to be signed with relevant qualified production bases and processing plants for collaborative production. This is beneficial for investors to achieve fast returns, fast production, high efficiency, and good social benefits.
6、 Rich resources and reliable foundation
Producing green plant-based foods and fruit and vegetable based health and dietary foods, with a reliable foundation and abundant resources, there is no need to worry, as there are no resources available. There are a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and plants around the world. We have more than ten fruit, vegetable, and green plant processing and production plants in our joint office, with a large number of raw material rough processing facilities to ensure that there will be no shortage of any raw material at any time.
The main raw materials are divided into the following categories:
l、 Leaf proteins and chlorophyll of various plants:
2. Fruits: hawthorn, apple, pear, macaque peach, etc;
3. Vegetables: Pumpkin, Onion, Spinach, Orchid, etc
4. Wild resources: bitter vegetables, Artemisia scoparia, reed leaves, etc
5. Grain categories: mung beans, soybeans, adzuki beans, etc.
The main raw materials of the green plant food series additive products are vegetables, fruits, leaf protein, chlorophyll, etc. Both can be based on domestic production and supply, and for certain high-end export products, premium flour can be selected.
Additives can be provided by us, and the joint venture mainly cooperates in the production of dehydrated vegetables and their powders, supplying various vegetables and plant powders according to our requirements. Secondly, we entrust instant noodle, biscuit, and milk powder factories to use the additives and other raw materials provided by us to process them into various green plant-based foods.
The selection principles for production and processing bases and factories are: 1. Ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products, and having a good ecological environment in the factory area; 2. Reasonable price; 3. Heavy contract: 4. The enterprise has strict scientific management. Select the best companies that meet the above four conditions and establish long-term cooperative relationships. It is advisable for collaborative enterprises to supply and sell products in the nearest location with low transportation costs.
In order to ensure the quality of green products in joint ventures, it is necessary to strengthen quality management and conduct quality inspections at all stages, so that quality problems are determined in the production process.
