Preface

Desert hazards are a global human disaster, with an annual expansion area of over 100000 square kilometers of desertification worldwide. Due to the increasing impact of desertification expansion rate and green space loss rate, not only does it cause the continuous reduction of human activity area, but more importantly, it causes global climate deterioration, leading to the occurrence of extreme weather phenomena. Natural disasters such as wind, hail, drought, and floods occur frequently. Many natural factors have led to a reduction in food production, resulting in a global food shortage and causing a food disaster for humanity. In order to alleviate the desert disaster, we have begun to study the rapid elimination of deserts at the speed of mechanization, turning deserts into oases, and alleviating the harm of deserts to humans.

The large-scale governance of deserts is rarely entered by anyone in the world, and only the Chinese government invests a huge amount of funds every year to carry out desert governance. However, it is only artificial governance, which is labor-intensive, labor-intensive, and has poor results.

In order to completely eliminate the hazards of deserts, our experts, under the leadership of Mr. Yan Guangcai, conducted a systematic investigation of twelve desert sand areas distributed in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, and other regions of China; Understood the climate, water sources, and animal and plant ecosystems of various desert sand areas; And participated in local desert management multiple times; Discover new feasible solutions from it. After more than thirty years of arduous struggle and exploration, we finally mastered the laws of desert hazards and developed a complete set of "rapid elimination methods for desert mechanization". Firstly, we established a desert mechanization management team consisting of a headquarters and 26 squads, with a total number of 18545 people. Secondly, the team has 16250 desert management machinery of various types. By applying this method, the twelve deserts and sandy areas within China, with a total area of 674400 square kilometers, can be quickly eliminated and transformed into oases, creating a beautiful world within six years.

The desert mechanization elimination implemented by our organization, among which the unique operational methods are as follows:

1. The water shortage problem in desert management has been lifted.

① The application of our invented air condensation system can condense water from the air and provide applications.

② The desert water storage tank we have developed has two characteristics: firstly, it has a large water storage capacity, with a maximum storage tank of 150000 cubic meters. Secondly, the construction speed of the water storage tank is fast, and the construction cost is low, without the use of steel and cement. The small pool of 33000 cubic meters can be built in just one month. The large water tank can be built in just two months, with a surface area and convenient use. It can be applied by opening the faucet.

2. The construction of a wind barrier system has lifted the danger of strong winds in the desert.

Desert giant storms are the first factor causing harm to the desert. We have developed a "wind barrier" to prevent strong storm attacks. In the desert, it is a level 12 strong wind. Through our wind barrier, the wind force can be reduced by 60%.

3. The management of tall sand dunes in the desert has lifted the enormous danger of moving and burying them.

In the world, sand dunes over 30 meters high in the desert are called tall sand dunes. The highest sand dune in the Chinese desert is 300 meters. These sand dunes, due to strong winds, can move at any time, and their movement can bury everything, known as the first disaster in the desert. The wind protection system we have developed, including wind barriers and windbreaks, is reasonably configured to prevent disasters caused by the movement of tall sand dunes. And some tall sand dunes will be built as tourist attractions and elevated pools.

4. The construction of a system to prevent sand flow in the desert has prevented the harm of sand and dust, and improved the desert environment.

The application of a mechanized mixed mud spray type desert rapid elimination system not only eliminates the use of manual grass planting squares in desert management, but also enables the planting of grass, medicinal herbs, and trees in the desert to be completed in one go with good results.

5. The construction of a new type of tree planting system in desert management has increased the efficiency of desert tree planting several times, ensuring the green ecology of the desert.

Desert management, tree planting is an important aspect. Whether it is the construction of windbreak forests, road protection forests, or farmland protection forests, a large number of various trees need to be cut and planted. Traditional tree planting only lasts for about a month in the desert, and only small trees can be cut and planted, with a low survival rate. The efficient tree planting system developed by us is not limited by time, and trees can be planted even in hot summer days; And it can plant large trees, with a survival rate of up to 95%. In this way, the wind protection system in the desert can be quickly built, ensuring the green ecology of the desert.

6. The improvement of the desert ecological environment has effectively ensured the construction of desert farmland and also initiated the B-type agricultural model.

Expanding efficient farmland on a large scale, seeking good farmland and food from the desert. This is our goal of struggle. There are 12 deserts and sandy lands in China, with a total area of 674400 square kilometers (1011 million acres). By applying our method, 30% of the desert land will become fertile land (with an area of approximately 202300 square kilometers), which will increase China's fertile land by 300 million acres and increase grain production by 146 million tons. For 1.4 billion Chinese people, it is equivalent to an increase of 0.21 mu of arable land per Chinese person, which can be cultivated and harvested for agricultural products that year; In the future, 146 million tons of grain can be produced annually, with an average increase of 200 catties of grain per Chinese person. This ensures the country's food security while also ensuring rapid effectiveness in desert management. This not only effectively improves China's grain production, but also enables some areas of the desert in China to harvest two crops a year. The first crop is mainly spring wheat, which we call A-type agriculture. The growth time of the following crops of spring wheat is only about two months, and can only be planted in agriculture that mainly harvests crop stems and leaves. Harvest soybean seedlings, corn seedlings, wheat seedlings, etc. (mainly used for processing leaf protein). We call this agricultural model B-type agriculture.

7. In desert governance, guided by the concept of "beneficial ecology", an efficient economic system for deserts will be established.

In desert governance, we adhere to the guidance of equally emphasizing the economic benefits of desert governance, and build desert grasslands (used for processing leaf protein, leaf green powder, and chlorophyll); Desert medicinal material system (including medicinal material planting and processing); Desert aquaculture system (including slaughterhouses, meat processing plants, and animal manure fertilizer processing plants).

8. Construction of towns and service systems in desert areas.

The elimination of 12 deserts and deserts in China will result in over 3 million people living and working here. To ensure that these people can live and work well here, it is necessary to build desert towns with desert characteristics. There are business systems, school systems, and kindergarten systems.

9. The construction of a sightseeing tourism system in desert areas.

In order to ensure that the staff here can live a relaxed and happy life here, it is necessary to build a tourism and sightseeing system with desert characteristics: mainly including desert zoos, desert botanical gardens, desert tall sand dune sightseeing parks, artificial desert lake boating parks, various amusement parks with desert characteristics, etc. The construction of these scenic spots will also bring abundant tourism income to the desert.

The significance of rapid elimination of mechanized deserts in Section 2

1、 It is a major revolution in desert elimination

The vast deserts in China cause huge natural disasters every year. Every year, over 1000 counties and cities suffer from large-scale farmland damage caused by deserts, resulting in many ecological refugees; The invasion of the desert has led to a shrinking living space for people; The vast desert area has caused abnormal climate in northern China, frequent natural disasters, reduced grain production, and endangered the country's food security.

We believe that the disasters caused by China's deserts to the Chinese nation are no smaller than those caused by the Japanese invaders back then. This is a national disaster, a national disaster. What should every Chinese person think and do when the country and nation face difficulties? In our eyes, deserts encroach and devour green spaces, just like invaders encroach on national territory. This is a battlefield of different meanings. We are researchers who study and solve the problem of eliminating deserts. We should stand up without hesitation, bravely shoulder the responsibility of guarding and rush towards the battlefield of protecting green spaces, just like the National Defense Army. This is our mission, and we must use the fastest and most effective method to reclaim the land invaded by deserts!

China has 8 major deserts and 4 major sandy areas, including 8 in Inner Mongolia, 3 in Xinjiang, and 1 in Qinghai, covering an area of 674400 square kilometers. By applying our research on the "Rapid Elimination Method of Desert Mechanization", these territories can be transformed into oases within six years, with 30% of the sandy land (approximately 202300 square kilometers) turning into fertile fields and an additional 300 million acres of arable land (with other cultivation and aquaculture bases). This not only solves the national food shortage problem, but also greatly improves the climate conditions in northern China, benefiting a large population.

2、 It is a major measure to transform deserts into oases and will be a milestone in desert governance

A group of experts led by Mr. Yan Guangcai, after more than thirty years of hard work, couldn't find the difference between commuting and holidays in their calendars. They abandoned their homes and conducted day and night inspections and research to gain a deeper understanding of the natural conditions and current hazards of 12 desert and sandy areas in China; They are engaged in the management of high and large sand dunes, researching and experimenting with the cultivation of various desert plants and the breeding of various desert animals; In order to gain a deeper understanding of the characteristics of various deserts, we enter the desert every year during the coldest and hottest winters to observe and test natural data; In order to understand the characteristics of sandstorms, they enter and experience them regardless of personal safety when sandstorms occur. After hundreds or thousands of experiments and explorations, we have finally mastered the laws of desert hazards and developed a complete set of methods to deal with desert hazards.

There are 48 difficult problems in desert management that must be overcome one by one to ensure the integrity of desert elimination.

The first major and biggest challenge is "water". To solve the problem of desert water shortage, we adopt two measures. The first is to use an air condensation system - an air condensation machine, which condenses the water in the air through the air condensation machine we study and provides applications; The second is the moisture transportation system, which refers to the construction of moisture generation gas in places with water sources (riverbanks, lakes), which is transported through pipelines to places 500 kilometers away and condensed into water for application. The other is the water storage system, which involves constructing large pools of water in the desert. The water pool we built is built by building a dam on the ground, and the water can be discharged by opening the valve; Each pool must reach a certain storage capacity (35000 cubic meters for small pools and 100000 cubic meters for large pools), which can be built within 2 months and has a very low cost; During construction, there is no need for one or two reinforced concrete, which not only saves time and costs, but also ensures sufficient water supply for the desert.

The second biggest and most important challenge is that "all tall sand dunes in the desert must be treated and all green." Tall sand dunes refer to sand dunes with a height exceeding 30 meters, while what we call tall sand dunes refers to sand dunes with a height of 5 meters or more. At present, among the 12 deserts and sand dunes in China, it is claimed that "this desert has been cured." However, in reality, all the tall and ordinary sand dunes in the desert sand dunes have not been cured at all. So when the strong wind comes, the dust will still rise.

Someone asked, how to treat tall sand dunes? Here is a brief description of our governance method:

The first step is to build a road so that relevant machinery can drive up the sand dunes; The second step is to flatten the top of the tall sand dunes. The third step is to build a water reservoir on the top of the flattened tall sand dunes and plant various shrubs for feeding (such as sand willows, lime strips, etc.). Step 4: Greene all the surrounding areas of tall sand dunes and the roads leading to the dunes.

The third biggest and most important challenge is "to eliminate 95% of the surface area, all must be green." The exposed sand area must not exceed 5%.

In order to ensure the speed of desert elimination, after years of effort, we have finally developed the most ideal method for mechanized and rapid desert elimination.

This method includes: mechanical systems, maintenance systems, staff allocation, forming a professional army for desert management, which can cover the governance area with green grass within one month and turn it into an oasis of various efficiency within one year. By adopting mechanized operations, desert elimination can be quickly promoted. With a mechanical system of 710 personnel in one team, 60 square kilometers of desert and sand can be eliminated in one month. Working for 9 months a year, 540 square kilometers of desert and sand can be eliminated; If 26 teams are formed and work continuously in different regions, it can eliminate a large area of 670000 square kilometers of desert sand on Chinese territory within 6 years.

The operation steps of the desert rapid elimination mechanization system: the first step is to flatten or push the uneven sand into a gentle slope below 15 °; The second step is to mix and stir the soil, various plant seeds, fertilizers, and mixture into a paste; The third step is to spray the mixed mud onto the sand using a spray truck; The fourth step is to plant various seedlings in the sprayed mud from the fifth day onwards, and the management personnel will spray water and fertilizer for management. These seedlings can turn into green plants within a month to firmly lock the desert in place, and can turn the desert into an oasis within a year.

3、 Who feeds these professionals in desert elimination?

This is an important issue that everyone is concerned about - who will support the personnel of these desert professional teams? Our other research topic, "Benefit Ecology," provides an answer to this. After treatment, the desert sandy land can be transformed into a food and agriculture base, a grass industry base, a planting base for other crops, a medicinal material base, a breeding base, etc; These bases have been effective since the first year of desert management, and since then, the benefits have been increasing year by year. In terms of the quality of various products grown in the base, all are pollution-free green products, and the products raised are also ecological green high-end livestock products. The state only invests one and a half years' wages in the mechanical system of each unit, the production and processing system of subsequent products, and the staff. The mechanical system and operating material consumption of the entire team is about 650 million yuan, and the subsequent production system is about 500 million yuan.

There is no other way in the world for mechanization to quickly eliminate deserts, let alone for the eliminated deserts and sandy areas to quickly produce results. Therefore, the implementation of this study is a significant measure and milestone in desert elimination.

Chapter 2 Rapid Elimination System of Desert Mechanization

Section 1 Introduction to Mechanized Mud Spray Desert Rapid Elimination System

1、 Operation steps: sand barrier establishment → sand leveling → mud spraying → management and protection

1. Wind barrier setting: Set up various wind barriers with a height of 6-12 meters in the north wind direction of the desert, and then set up the same wind barrier in the west wind direction of the desert, but the density of the wind barrier is slightly smaller. The purpose of setting up a wind barrier is to slow down the wind speed for subsequent operations.

2. Bulldozing: After the sand barrier, gradually flatten the sandy land from north to south with a bulldozer, and push the tall sand dunes into a gentle slope below 15 °, in order to facilitate the subsequent operation of the mud spraying truck.

3. Spray mud

① Mixing station: Mix soil, fertilizer, various plant seeds, and adhesives together and add water to form a muddy lake.

② Spray truck: The spray truck can transport 5m3 of mud to the desert at once, and spray the mud according to the pre planned route. The spraying width is 2.5 meters and the thickness is 3cm. 2 acres of land require 8 vehicles to spray simultaneously, which can be completed in 2 minutes and can cover 90000 acres of land in one month.

③ Seedling management and protection: Starting from the 5th day, various seedlings can gradually grow on the sprayed sand. The management and protection team will start spraying water and fertilizer at the required time, which will take about 1 month. The desert ground will be covered with green grass and all will be green.

④ Planting windbreak belts: According to the planning requirements, build windbreak belts with different widths in the determined area, forming various planting requirements in a grid. The grid above represents the windbreak belt, and the grid in the middle represents the planting area.

2、 Composition of Mud

1. Soil: It is clay or loess

2. Fertilizer: ① decomposed feces of various livestock; ② Biogas liquid; ③ Biological fertilizer; ④ Sand to soil biological agent. Various ingredients are formulated according to the physical and chemical indicators of various deserts.

3. Accessories: Various product residues, such as rice husk powder, straw powder, beer residue powder, etc., aimed at increasing the future humus of sandy land and improving fertilizer efficiency.

4. Seeds of various plants: arbor and shrub plants, forage plants, medicinal forest plants, wheat plants (wheat, rye, barley, barley, etc.), prepared according to the physical and chemical indicators and climatic conditions of the sandy land.

Note: The reason for incorporating wheat seeds is because desert plants sprout slowly, and some even take 1-2 months to sprout. Wheat plants can emerge in just a few days and quickly form an underground network of roots, quickly locking in the sand.

5. Adhesive: A adhesive composed of various animal and plant products as raw materials. After adding mud, the viscosity of the mud can be adjusted to evenly distribute the components in the mud.

3、 Rational operation (guided by the concept of benefit ecology in the spraying operation system)

Rational operation refers to the greening operation carried out according to the purpose of eliminating the desert, forming various planting systems with a grid pattern. The brief description is as follows:

1. The planting system on the farmland mainly sprays various tree and shrub plant seeds suitable for desert growth.

2. Planting system within the field:

① Forage: Mainly sprayed with alfalfa, Achnatherum splendens, caragana, rhinoceros, sand reed, leymus chinensis, ice grass, etc., to form different types of forage bases.

② Medicinal materials: mainly sprayed with Astragalus membranaceus, goji berries, black goji berries, hay, Fangfeng, wolf venom, elaeagnus angustifolia, sea buckthorn, etc., forming various types of medicinal material bases

③ Sandy land cultivated land: A slurry composed of clay, biogas water, farmyard manure, biological fertilizer, sand to soil biological agent, sprayed twice. After each spraying, immediately start the rotary tiller and rotate once. Then the required crops can be sown. One year later, the sand to soil biological agent takes effect, and the sandy land in the cultivation layer becomes loam and fertile land.

4、 Seedling management:

Within one month after the seedlings grow, it is a key management and protection period. Timely spray water and fertilizer as required to ensure that various seedlings emerge quickly and evenly, so as to make the sand in the sandy land stable and quickly form green grass, and the sandy land is densely green. The subsequent management and protection can be slowed down according to the actual situation.

Spring and autumn are key seasons for mud spraying (during the hottest summer season, only mud fertilizer is sprayed to prepare for future crop cultivation). Work overtime to ensure the progress of eliminating the desert.

5、 The necessity of adding wheat plant seeds to the sprayed mud.

Whether it is in forest areas or various types of planting areas, wheat seeds must be added to the sprayed mud in large quantities. For example, when planting wheat normally, about 10kg of seeds need to be sown per acre, while in the mud sprayed on the sand, it is necessary to ensure that the sowing amount per acre reaches 20kg. This can ensure the rapid formation of dense network roots in the sand, lock the sand, and stop the flow of sand for a short time. Only then can other sand plants that have already been sprayed emerge normally, and after a few months, the wheat plants will automatically die, leaving behind plant roots and other substances that become humus, Increase the fertility of the sandy land.

In order to increase and improve the emergence rate of various plants, germination treatment should be carried out before adding mud to various plant seeds, including soaking in warm water, moisturizing germination, licorice and astragalus seeds, and special treatment should be carried out to ensure fast and uniform seed emergence. The fastest to emerge is wheat seeds, which first appear on the 5th day, followed by other plants.

1. Introduction

In desert areas, there is not entirely water, and many lakes are distributed in the desert. However, most of these lakes are saline alkali water and cannot be used. After years of research, we have finally developed a moisture generator that can convert saline alkali water into moisture, transport it to 500 kilometers away, and then apply our moisture condensation system to convert moisture into fresh water for application.

There are two types of moisture generators: Type A converts saline alkali lake water, seawater, and river lake water into moisture. Type B refers to the transformation of mountain streams into moisture.

Through a humidifier generator, the conveyed air humidity reaches over 60%, and after being treated by a condensate system, the daily water output is 500 cubic meters.

Chapter 4 Construction of a Huge Water Storage System

1、 Introduction to Desert Water Storage System

There are two problems with eliminating water supply in deserts: one is the construction of water sources; The second one is the issue of water storage, which requires a large amount of water to be stored and easy to use. When the faucet is turned on, water will flow out.

The earliest water tanks we built in desert areas were underground pit type, with each tank having a storage capacity of only 500 cubic meters and requiring the use of a water pump for application. Although the water storage tank we have built has received praise from domestic and foreign experts, who believe that the construction time is short (it only takes 10 days to complete), and it does not require steel or cement, making it very suitable. However, we believe that such a water storage system, if applied to desert elimination, is still not feasible. After multiple repeated experiments, a second-generation water storage system has finally been developed.

The characteristic of the second-generation water storage system is that it has a large water storage capacity. The small pool has a storage capacity of 33000 cubic meters, while the large pool has a storage capacity of over 100000 cubic meters. Convenient to use, it can be applied by opening the faucet, as the water storage tank is built on the ground. The dam has a width of 12 meters below, a width of 4 meters above, and a height of 3.5 meters. It should be constructed using a dam building machine. A small pool dam can be built in one month (with a total length of 450 meters), and a large pool dam can be built in two months (with a total length of 1300 meters).

The construction of water storage tanks is divided into four steps: first, use a dam building machine to build a dam, with a length of 6.38 meters × 3.83 meters high × It is 4.3 meters wide and should be towed by a car for operation. Secondly, the ground inside the dam (bottom surface of the water tank) should be organized. Including digging 0.4 meters down, compacting the ground, leveling the ground, etc. Thirdly, lay waterproof formwork. There are three types of waterproof molds, including Type A, Type B, and Type C. A total of 5 layers of waterproof formwork are laid: the first layer is type A, the second layer is type B, the third layer is type C, the fourth layer is type B, and the fifth layer is layer A. After laying the waterproof formwork, immediately re soil, compact, and level it. Fourth: laying brick ground and brick dam surface.

Chapter 5 Efficient Tree Planting System Construction in Desert Areas

1、 Introduction to Efficient Tree Planting System in Desert Areas

The key areas for desert elimination require the construction of windbreak forest belts. In the past, planting various trees in windbreak belt areas could only be carried out before the plants germinated in spring each year, for only one month, which would greatly affect the speed of windbreak construction. With the efficient tree planting system we have developed, planting trees in windbreak belts is not limited by seasons. Every spring until winter, trees of different sizes cultivated in our nursery can be planted without being limited by spring time. Even in hot summers, fresh leaves can be planted with a survival rate of 90% -98%. This not only extends the planting time from one month to five months, but also enables the windbreak to be built quickly that year and display its effects quickly.

Chapter 6 Construction of Wind Protection System in Desert Areas

1、 The function of wind barriers

In order to prevent strong winds from attacking the desert, after years of research and multiple experiments, we have finally developed a "wind barrier" to prevent strong winds. In the desert, it is a level 12 strong wind, and after passing through our wind barriers, the wind can be reduced by 60%.

2、 Weight per linear meter of various wind barriers

(Including the weight of the front and rear support for obstacle prevention, one support every 3 meters away)

Weights per linear meter of various wind barriers

SN Level Weight (kg) Height (meters) Kilometer Weight (kg) Remarks

Level 1 1670.51 12 1670510 installed in the northern part of the windbreak forest in the sand area

2. Secondary 1589.97 10 1589970 installed in the west front of the windbreak forest in the westernmost part of the sand area

Note: ① There are professional drawings for reference

② The reference price for installation in the desert: 4.2 million yuan/kilometer for the first level, 3.6 million yuan/kilometer for the second level, 3 million yuan/kilometer for the third level, and 2.5 million yuan/kilometer for the fourth level.

3、 Installation of wind barriers in various desert areas

1. Explanation:

The desert sand elimination project we are engaged in does not require wind barriers in most areas, and is only applied in a few areas. In general areas, we rely entirely on the four levels of windbreak forests we have set. Based on the actual situation we have obtained, the construction scale is temporarily set as follows, and adjustments will be made in practical applications in the future.

2. Construction scale:

① Level 1 wind barrier: 4.2 million yuan/kilometer × 500 kilometers=21 million yuan

② Level 2 wind barrier: 3.6 million yuan/kilometer × 500 kilometers=180 million yuan

③ Level 3 wind barrier: 3 million yuan/kilometer × 500 kilometers=1.5 million yuan

④ Level 4 wind barrier: 2.5 million yuan/kilometer × 1000 kilometers=2.5 million yuan

Total: 7.9 billion yuan

3. Wind barrier management personnel: 100 people

Chapter 7: Benefit Ecological System Implemented in Desert Elimination Areas

The significance of implementing the concept of beneficial ecology in desert elimination areas

1、 Achieved equal emphasis on desert governance and economic benefits

The concept of "benefit ecology" refers to the integration of desert elimination with the economic benefits generated, emphasizing both governance and benefits, and achieving quick results that generate economic benefits in the same year. From an economic perspective, it is also known as "economic ecology" or "rational ecological economy".

When we eliminate deserts, we use the "benefit ecology" system we have developed through research. With our pre planned production area and variety area, we carry out systematic operations in a planned manner, which can eliminate the desert while forming various beneficial areas at once. For example:

1. Sandy Grassland Area: When the desert is eliminated, various grass seeds should be sprayed according to different plots of land, such as alfalfa, Astragalus adsurgens, sheep firewood, sweet clover, fine leaved Lespedeza, Achnatherum splendens, sand reed, etc; Spray crop seeds separately, such as ryegrass, soybeans, millet, etc.

2. Sand breeding area: It is required to be close to the pasture area to facilitate feed processing; In addition, according to the requirements, tree species such as Caragana korshinskii, Amorpha fruticosa, and Robinia pseudoacacia will also be planted in the surrounding areas as feed resources.

3. In the desert medicinal area, when the desert is eliminated, seeds of various medicinal herbs are sprayed on different plots as required. For example: goji berries, licorice, astragalus, etc.

4. Sandland Wild Vegetable Area: When the desert is eliminated, various wild vegetable seeds are sprayed on different plots as required. For example: bitter cabbage, scallions, mustard, etc.

2、 The implementation of "benefit ecology" technology has a significant impact on desert elimination.

1. Can mobilize a nationwide ecological governance climax

Due to the implementation of "benefit ecology" technology, desert management can take effect in the same year, and with the growth of green resources, economic benefits will also increase year by year. This mobilized the farmers and herdsmen in the governance area to actively contract for the desertified land. Conducting ecological governance can contract and rapidly expand the sandy land area in the ecological governance area, and promote the rapid development of the ecological governance process.

Mobilized the involvement of enterprises.

The ecological benefits are fast, cost-effective, and highly profitable. Moreover, enterprises can quickly go public, which is beneficial to the country, the people, and the enterprise, depicting a beautiful development prospect for the enterprise. Many enterprises will be involved in the wave of ecological governance, serving as leading enterprises. This is to elevate ecological governance and achieve effective development.

2. It has promoted the elimination of the trend of farmers and herdsmen managing grass in the area, improved the quality of ecological governance, and also improved and accelerated the generation of ecological effects.

Beneficial ecology promotes the sense of responsibility of farmers and herdsmen in planting trees, grass, and managing grass, thereby improving the quality and yield of green resources. The more abundant green resources in the governance area, the better the benefits, and thus the effectiveness of the ecological governance area.

3. Promoted the prohibition of grazing in grazing areas and developed animal husbandry.

Farmers and herdsmen contract to manage the land in the area, in order to improve the efficiency of the land according to the Benefit Ecological Law, grazing must be banned first. Due to the ecological benefits, the contracted area can quickly generate benefits, so grazing prohibition has become a conscious action of farmers and herdsmen. In addition, we have promoted and demonstrated forage agriculture and green aquaculture in the governance areas of China, providing a model for farmers and herdsmen. The application of standardized planting and breeding by the International Green Global Organization has high efficiency and good product quality, which can be in line with international standards, greatly promoting the rapid development of animal husbandry in the governance area.

4. Promoting the pace of farmers and herdsmen towards a moderately prosperous society

(1) Accelerated the pace of prosperity for farmers and herdsmen

In fact, we are implementing three major industrialization in China's elimination zones, namely the industrialization of sand plant processing, animal husbandry, and agriculture. Through the development of the three major industries, the farmers and herdsmen in the governance area have gained rapid and practical benefits.

List the annual income profile of a farmer and herdsman from a family of five in Inner Mongolia, China.

① Land: 3 hectares, receiving 30 tons of green resources per hectare, at $30 per ton. Annual production of green resources is 90 tons, with an annual revenue of $1080.

② Each household has one cow and two ewes. Produce 1 cow per year, 3 sheep per year, and earn an annual income of $3000.

Summary: The annual income is 4080 US dollars, and the per capita income is 816 US dollars (which increases the income of local farmers and herdsmen by 1-2 times).

Note: The benefits of crops such as grain income are not included.

(2) Promoting a virtuous cycle of agriculture and forestry in the governance area

The development of animal husbandry in the governance area will generate a large amount of farm manure, which is applied to the fields, increasing the biological effects and fertility of the soil. In turn, it will increase the yield and quality of agricultural and forestry crops, promoting a virtuous cycle of agricultural and forestry industry in the governance area.

Benefit ecology belongs to the category of rational ecological economy. Its implementation not only accelerates the speed of ecological governance, but also accelerates the development and prosperity of the ecological economy, playing a crucial role in promoting the economic development of ecological crisis areas.

Section 2 Estimation of Economic Benefits for the Development of Various Industries in Desert Elimination Areas

1、 Explanation

There are a total of 12 deserts and sandy areas in China, among which Xinjiang has three deserts: Taklamakan Desert, Gurbantunggut Desert, and Kumtag Desert, with an area of 40.59 km2; There is a desert in Qinghai, the Qaidam Basin Desert, with an area of 3.49km2; There are four deserts and four sandy lands in Inner Mongolia: Badain Jaran Desert, Tengger Desert, Ulan Buhe Desert, Kubuqi Desert, Hunshandake Desert, Horqin Sandy Land, Maowusu Desert, Hulunbeier Desert, covering an area of 23.36km2.

By using mechanized methods to eliminate all deserts and sandy lands in China, 12 deserts and sandy lands on the land of China can be completely eliminated within 6 years, with a total area of 674400 km2 (1011.6 million acres). The eliminated desert sandy land will generate four types of areas: ① 30% standardized ecological farmland of 300 million acres; ② 35% of windbreak forest land covers 350 million acres; ③ 25% of grassland and medicinal land covering 250 million acres; ④ 10% of other land (including aquaculture land, water source land, construction land, etc.) covers 116 million acres.

We are guided by the concept of "benefit ecology" and based on our experience and achievements in desert elimination, we have new ideas for the full utilization of the four types of areas generated after the elimination of desert sand: ① 300 million acres of standard farmland utilization. In sandy areas, only one crop is usually planted. We need to plant two crops. The first crop is spring wheat (ice wheat), which germinates at 5 ℃. Every spring, as soon as the land thaws in March, it is sown. It is sown in March and harvested from June to mid to early July; There are still two to three months left to plant buckwheat, raw materials for producing leaf protein and chlorophyll, including soybean and corn seedlings, as well as wheat and rye seedlings and seedlings; And throughout the entire planting process, there is no need for chemical fertilizers, only the livestock and biological fertilizers we produce, so that the farmland meets the standards of ecological farmland 350 million mu of windbreak forest land utilization. There are four types of windbreak forests. Among them, the main windbreak forest, secondary windbreak forest, and kilometer belt windbreak forest are grazing breeding areas for ecological pigs and chickens under these three types of windbreak forests; The fourth type of windbreak is windbreak forests for farmland, grasslands, and medicinal gardens. This type of windbreak forest is mainly composed of economic forests, and the main tree species are composed of sand jujube trees, pear trees, peach trees, apple trees, coniferous fruit trees, and samara oil trees; The northern periphery of these four types of windbreaks is equipped with wind and sand barriers with heights ranging from 6 meters to 12 meters to prevent strong winds from attacking. E. Sandland Wind Power System

1. Desert elimination technology will create a new and vast power system in China.

Deserts and sandy areas are the places with the best sunlight, but the huge strong winds in the sand area have caused extreme sand storms, turning this place into a desert. The first step in implementing the elimination of deserts is to eliminate the strong winds here. Our approach is to first apply the wind and sand barrier we studied to block strong winds. There are four levels of wind and sand barriers, with a height of 6-12 meters, respectively located outside and inside the sand area, forming a wind and sand barrier system, which is a level 12 strong wind. After passing through the wind barrier, the wind force can be reduced by 60%; Next is the windbreak forest system, consisting of four levels, forming a second windbreak network from the outside to the inside. The windbreak forest covers a large area, accounting for approximately 35% of the entire desert management area; The third is to eliminate the tall sand dunes in the control area; After these three promotions, the entire sand area has become a stable area. Then we solved the water supply problem in the sandy areas, forming 300 million acres of standardized farmland in the desert and sandy areas of the country. The photovoltaic power system, which accounts for 30% of the desert sand area, is installed here.

2. The largest photovoltaic and wind power system in China

A. The vast photovoltaic power system covers an area of 300 million acres (approximately 200000 km2).

B. The largest wind power system in China: installed in windbreak forests and grassland systems (35% of China's total sandy area is windbreak forests and 25% is grassland), covering a total area of 600 million acres (approximately 400000 km2) and capable of installing over 2.4 million units of wind power.

Preliminary estimation: The annual income of the photovoltaic industry is 200 million yuan per 10000 acres, and the photovoltaic industry installed on 300 million acres of farmland is calculated at 50%, with an annual income of 150 billion yuan.

Note: The economic effect data obtained for desert wind power systems will be detailed later.

Chapter 8 Construction of Service System for Desert Mechanization Elimination Army

1、 15.9 million yuan for the construction of small towns in the desert

In the desert control area, there will be over 3 million people living here. In order to facilitate the lives of desert control workers and provide them with a stable and good working environment, it is necessary to build desert small towns while controlling the desert. These small towns are distributed in different regions in northern China. The preliminary plan is to build a total of eight, including three in Inner Mongolia and five in Xinjiang.

1. Commercial system: 100 million yuan/unit × 8=800 million yuan

2. School system: 240 million yuan

(1) Primary school: 8 million yuan/unit × 10=80 million yuan

(2) Middle school: 32 million yuan/unit × 5=16 million yuan.

3. Kindergarten: 150 million yuan

5 million yuan/piece × 30=15 million yuan

4. Other: Water, electricity, roads, etc. RMB 40 million.

2、 Rehabilitation of the military resettlement system: 140 million yuan

1. The Necessity of Resettlement for Returned Soldiers

Soldiers guarding the borders of Xinjiang, Tibet, and Inner Mongolia in China have a very difficult life. They are national heroes, but they often cannot find jobs after being transferred and discharged, which is very unfair. Our desert control army is mainly composed of personnel, who can accommodate more than 20000 converted soldiers.

We have specially designed resettlement parks for them, each covering an area of 1 acre (680 square meters). There are 4 houses in the front yard, covering an area of 72.6 square meters. There are also kitchens, toilets, and a 45 square meter breeding house, which can raise cows, sheep, pigs, ostriches, and other livestock products (all of which are recycled); The backyard is a vegetable garden with an area of 320 square meters, and is also equipped with solar radiation or wind power generation and a water pool.

They can bring their loved ones, parents, and children to live here, all with job opportunities.

2. Construction investment: 70000 yuan/set

(1) Housing: 800 yuan/square meter × 73 square meters=58400 yuan

(2) Breeding house: 500 yuan/square meter × 20 square meters=10000 yuan

(3) Other: 16 million yuan

3. The total resettlement cost for 20000 converted soldiers:

Chapter 11 Arrangement of China's Desert and Sandy Land Elimination Plan

Sand and Desert Elimination Plan Arrangement

1. Establish a desert and sand elimination team first

The purpose is to cultivate professional talents, familiarize themselves with desert management procedures, and prepare for building a desert management army.

2. A plan to eliminate desert land

Step 1: First, control the three deserts and deserts in the northwest of Beijing, China, including Ulanbuhe Desert, Kubuqi Desert, and Hunshandak Desert. The total area is 5.39km2, which is the main source of sand and dust in Beijing, China.

Step 2: Eliminate the Mu Us Sandy Land in western China, the Horqin Sandy Land in the north, and the Hulunbeier Sandy Land in the northeast. The total area is 6.06km2. The completion of the governance of these three desert sand areas can ensure that there is no dust hazard in central and eastern China.

Step 3: Eliminate the Tengger Desert and Badain Jaran Desert in the north central part of China, with a total area of 87000 Km2. The completion of these two deserts can ensure that most of China is no longer affected by sand and dust. Afterwards, we will go to Xinjiang for governance.

Chapter 12: The Strong Effect of Desert Mechanization Elimination in China

1、 The elimination of desert mechanization is a powerful measure to increase the scale of arable land in China and an effective new way to eliminate food disasters.

(1) The vast desert in China is the foundation for the expansion of arable land in China.

1. Overview of Desert Sands in China

a. There are a total of 12 desert sandy areas distributed in Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, and other regions of China:

(1) Taklamakan Desert 337600 Km2, (2) Gurbantunggut Desert 48800 Km2

(3) 19500 Km2 in the Kumtag Desert, 34900 Km2 in the Qaidam Basin Desert

(5) Badain Jaran Desert 44300 Km2, (6) Tengger Desert 42700 Km2

(7) 11500 Km2 in Ulanbuhe Desert, 18600 Km2 in Kubuqi Desert

(9) Hunshandake Sandland 23800 Km2 (10) Horqin Sandy Land 50600 Km2

(11) 32100 Km2 in Maowusu Sandy Land (12) 10000 Km2 in Hulunbuir Sandy Land

b. Among them, the total area of desert is 557900 Km2, and the total area of sandy land is 116500 Km2

c. The total area of desert and sandy land is 674400 Km2 (1011.6 million acres)

d. Overview of the application of mechanized elimination of desert sand:

(1) Within 6 years, a large area of 674400 square kilometers of desert sand on China's territory can be eliminated.

(2) The eliminated desert sandy land can generate 300 million acres of fertile land, estimated at 30%.

2. Introduction to the application of mechanized elimination method for desert sand and how desert sand is transformed into cultivated land.

(1) Sand consolidation: Use a bulldozer to level the sand.

(2) Composite mud spraying:

① Mud composition: clay, farmyard manure, biogas water, biological fertilizer, sand to soil biological agent.

② Mud spraying: Two times, 5m3 each. For the first time, the mud needs to be added to facilitate the rapid infiltration of these nutrients into the sand. The second mud is slightly thicker than the first one.

(3) Start the rotary tiller: After each mud spraying, the rotary tiller must be started to rotate the sprayed sand once.

(4) Sowing crops: After rotary tillage, the required crops are sown on the sandy land. After one year, the sand becomes soil and the biological agent takes effect. The sandy land in the cultivation layer will become loam soil and become fertile land.

(2) Example: The three major deserts and sandy lands in the Yanyellow River Basin have been transformed into fertile fields after mechanized management (calculated as only one crop is planted in the fertile fields).

(1) The three major desert sandy areas, after being eliminated by mechanization, have become fertile fields.

1. The Kubuqi Desert has become a fertile land, reaching 60%, and 18600 km2 (27.9 million mu) has become a fertile land of 16.74 million mu.

Among them: 70% of spring wheat land, 16.74 million mu × 0.7=1.1718 million mu

Miscellaneous grain land: planting 30% of soybeans, mung beans, and millet, 16.74 million mu × 0.3=5.022 million mu.

2. The Ulanbuhe Desert has become fertile land, reaching up to 50%, 11500 km2 (17.25 million mu), and 8.625 million mu.

Among them: 65% of spring wheat land, 8.625 million mu × 0.65=5606250 mu

35% of miscellaneous grain land, 6.825 million mu × 0.35=30187500 mu (planting: mung beans, adzuki beans, lentils, and grains).

3. The Maowusu sandy land has become fertile land, reaching 35%, 32100 km2 (48.15 million mu), and 16.8525 million mu.

Among them: 60% of spring wheat land, 16.8525 million mu × 0.6=10111500 mu

40% of miscellaneous grain land, 16.8525 million mu × 0.4=6.741 million mu (planting: mung beans, adzuki beans, lentils, wheat, millet).

(2) Data on the Three Major Desert Sandlands after Mechanized Elimination

1. The total area of the three major desert sandy areas; 62200 km2 (93.3 million mu)

2. After being eliminated, the three major desert sandy areas can become fertile fields, with a total area of 42.2175 million acres. 16.74 million+8.625 million mu+11.1115 million mu=42.2175 million mu

3. Among them: ① The total area for planting spring wheat is 274357500 mu

11.718 million mu+5.06625 million mu+1.0115 million mu=27.43575 million mu

The total annual wheat yield is 500kg/mu × 274357500 mu=17.3178 million tons

② The total area for planting miscellaneous grains is 14.78175 million mu

5.022 million mu+3.01875 million mu+6741 million mu=14.78175 million mu

Annual output of various miscellaneous grains: 160kg/mu × 14.78175 million mu=23.65 million tons.

4. The total output of various grains in the three major desert sandy areas is: 16.0828 million tons

13.7178 million tons+236500 tons=16.0828 million tons.

5. The estimated economic effects of the three major desert sandy lands and fertile fields: a total of 4.37605 million yuan.

① Wheat: 2.5 yuan/kg × 13.7178 million tons=3429.45 billion yuan

② Miscellaneous grains: 4 yuan/kg × 2.365 million tons=9466 million yuan (9.466 billion yuan)

6. The total number of cultivators required for the fertile fields produced by the three major desert sandy lands is 5066100.

① The total number of cultivators required is: 120 people/10000 mu × 42.2175 million mu=50661 million people,

② The total annual salary of cultivators is: 60000 yuan/year/person × 5066100 people=30.3966 billion yuan.

(3) Estimate the annual financial effects of the fertile fields produced by the three major desert sandy lands

1. The total area of Liangtian is 42.2175 million mu, with an annual output value of 43.760.5 billion yuan

2. The cultivation cost of 42.2175 million mu: 40.95095 billion yuan

① Ecological fertilizer: 120 yuan/mu × 4.2275 million mu=5.0661 billion yuan

② Farming cost: 30 yuan/mu × 4.2275 million mu=1266.5 billion yuan

③ The total salary of cultivators is 30.399.6 billion yuan

④ Other expenses: 100 yuan/mu × 4.2275 million mu=4.22175 billion yuan

3. The annual profit margin of 42.2175 million mu is: 2.80955 billion yuan

The annual output value is 43.760.5 billion yuan - the total cost of cultivation is 40.95095 billion yuan=28095.5 billion yuan.

2、 The mechanization elimination of deserts is a powerful way to completely improve the ecological landscape of desert areas, eradicate the harm of sandstorms, and turn deserts into oases.

The current situation of desert elimination in China is not ideal. It is said that the desert has been completely controlled, but in reality, the tall sand dunes in the desert have not been controlled at all. These tall sand dunes are the source of sandstorms. Some people ask why the dust hazards in Beijing and northern regions cannot stop, and there is also a phenomenon of increasing year after year. The main reason is that these tall sand dunes are causing trouble.

Take the Kubuqi Desert as an example to illustrate everything. In July of this year, we visited the Kubuqi Desert and found that tall sand dunes, several kilometers long along the southern bank of the Yellow River, stood there, very unsightly, filling a stain on the scenic spots of the Yellow River; Entering the Kubuqi Desert, there are numerous tall and low sand dunes that have not been treated at all, accounting for about 50% of the area of the Kubuqi Desert. These are the true ecological features of China's deserts.

Some people ask why there is no cure for the tall sand dunes in our country's deserts! That's because current desert management is manually operated and cannot be achieved without mechanical management.

We specialize in researching the challenges of desert governance, and the governance of tall sand dunes is one of the biggest challenges that we must overcome. Moreover, we have experience in mechanized governance of tall sand dunes, which can quickly manage the tall sand dunes in the desert. At the same time, it is also possible to turn the treated tall sand dunes into profit gardens, which is one of the highlights of our desert management efforts. If the desert is truly transformed into an oasis, it will completely change the ecological landscape of northern China.

Note: For desert mechanization elimination, please refer to the album materials, Introduction to Rapid Desert Mechanization Elimination.

3、 The mechanized elimination of desert sandy land has transformed it into arable land. To maintain its original ecological type of arable land, it must be combined with sand farming and electrical, magnetic, acoustic, and wave technologies.

1. At present, the cultivated land in China is still moving towards the phenomenon of "bad cultivated land".

How did the phenomenon of 'bad arable land' occur? There are two reasons for this: firstly, excessive and frequent use of chemical fertilizers on cultivated land without the use of farmhouse and ecological fertilizers, resulting in a continuous decrease in organic matter in the soil and causing soil compaction in the cultivated land. Now, this phenomenon has occurred in the vast black land of Heilongjiang Province, China's major granary. At present, the country is taking relevant measures to fully address this phenomenon. Secondly, if herbicides and insecticides are used too frequently or if a wild grass grows in the farmland, a herbicide should be used several times a year; If a pest appears in the farmland, it is necessary to use an insecticide several times a year. In this way, there will be non degradable chemicals that settle in the soil. Year after year, this substance will accumulate more and more, and the farmland will become chemical farmland, which not only affects crop yield but also the quality of crop products. People using such agricultural products can harm their health.

2. The development of arable land in desert sandy land will provide people with a "high level of original ecological arable land".

Currently, there are only two places in the world that are not polluted, one is the South Pole and North Pole of the Earth; Another is the deserted desert sand. Desert sandy land is a natural pollution-free area. Therefore, when developing and utilizing desert sandy land, we must first ensure that the land is not polluted and ensure the original ecological appearance of the area. We have adopted two plans, as follows:

(1) The development of desert sandy land must be combined with the aquaculture industry, and animal manure should be applied to the sandy land to prevent or reduce the use of chemical fertilizers.

The main breeds of breeding include cattle, ostriches, chickens, pigs, etc. Cattle are mainly farmed to ensure the growth of plants in sandy areas; Chickens and pigs should be raised in a grazing style, that is, these animals should be grazed in the forests and weeds in the sandy land; These chickens and pigs have been trained to form conditioned reflexes. As long as they send a signal, they can gather at any time. These chickens and pigs feed on insects and plant species in the forest and grassland, and when they gather and return every afternoon, they are given a certain amount of supplementary feed and specialized drinking water; By applying this feeding method, the meat quality of chickens and pigs raised is ecological organic food; At the same time, the feces left by chickens and pigs in the forest promote the growth of sand plants; Moreover, these chickens and pigs are foraging and planing on insects in the forest and grass, which reduces pest infestation and promotes the vigorous growth of the forest and grass.

(2) The application of our research on electrical, magnetic, acoustic, and wave technologies can not only ensure the vigorous growth of various plants in the sandy land, but also eliminate the application of insecticides and herbicides in the sandy land.

Electricity refers to the application of alternating current, true current, and magnetism. It refers to the application of magnetic fields, sound, ultrasonic waves, and electronic waves. After using these four technologies to process animals and plants, the genes of animals and plants undergo changes and polarization, which is what I call the forward and reverse codes.

Positive password: For plants, it can cause the stomata to expand, photosynthesis to increase, and growth to flourish, thereby achieving the effect of increasing yield and growth rate; The reflexive code can inhibit plant growth by targeting plants. For animals, it also has the same effect.

In the elimination of deserts and sandy areas, we apply forward ciphers to treat the seeds of various plants and living plants that are growing in the sandy areas, resulting in high yields; We apply reverse passwords to treat various weeds and seeds in farmland, achieving the effect of weeding; Similarly, by using reverse passwords, we can achieve the effect of repelling pests, so in our sandy farmland, the application of herbicides and insecticides can be completely eliminated.

4、 The aquaculture industry carried out in the elimination of desert sand is a powerful measure for the revitalization of rural areas in sandy areas.

Our aquaculture industry in the sand area consists of two steps. The first step is to distribute all female and young livestock to farmers around the sand area for breeding. When the young animals are raised to a certain extent, we purchase them according to the standards. (Keep calves for 18 months, pigs for 6 months, and chickens for 3 months). Second, we will raise all kinds of livestock products received from farmers in a standardized manner according to the requirements until they reach the standard (100 days for cattle, 90 days for pigs and 60 days for chickens), and then transfer them to the market for sale.

Every year, each district purchases over 2 billion yuan of various livestock products from farmers, and this funds are paid to farmers in the sandy areas, which will play a crucial role in the revitalization of the rural economy in the sandy areas.

5、 Mechanized elimination of desert sandy land requires the construction of a massive army for governance, which will be a paradise for Chinese border defense veterans and university students to find employment.

The total number of sand control troops required to eliminate the three major deserts and sandy areas along the Yellow River in China is approximately 480000; The total number of sand control troops required to eliminate 12 deserts and deserts in China is approximately 3.06 million or more.

Build such a vast army for sand control. Where do the personnel come from? Because the nature of the work of the desertification control army is semi militarized, it is most suitable to convert to military personnel; The converted soldiers in the northern and northwestern regions have good adaptability due to the same environment in which they work in the military as the desert and sand management environment we engage in in in the northern and northwestern regions; In addition, engaging in mechanized management and post management of desert sand areas is a high-tech technology in many aspects, so it also requires many college students to work here.

These converted soldiers are all heroes of the country. We will negotiate with the National Military Commission, and each converted soldier will build a house for them in the sand area (we have designed a set of drawings for him). They can bring their families here, and all adults will arrange work. Children can enter our kindergarten and school for free.

6、 The vast desert countryside will become the largest photovoltaic and wind power base in China.

In China, it is impossible to build a vast photovoltaic and wind power base and form an internationally first-class photovoltaic and wind power management system, as there is no such vast area. Only after the major deserts in China are treated can such a photovoltaic and wind power system be formed.

When it comes to building such a base in the deserts of China, everyone's biggest concern is the powerful storm in the desert, which makes it impossible to build such a system; Secondly, in the desert, living conditions are the most difficult, which will cause difficulties for management personnel; Thirdly, in the desert, personnel are scarce, which can lead to safety issues for management personnel and power equipment.

The desert has the strongest light and wind energy in the world, and building a systematic photovoltaic and wind power system in the desert is a world-class challenge. After years of research and experimentation, we have finally effectively solved this major problem. We have a four level windbreak forest system and a four level windbreak system (with windbreaks measuring 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters, and 12 meters respectively). It is a Category 12 storm, and after passing through our windbreak system, the wind will weaken by 60%.

There are three types of photovoltaic systems we are building in the desert. Firstly, they are photovoltaic and aquaculture systems. Planting grass, raising pigs and chickens in photovoltaic space. We will produce high-quality green pigs and chickens (all for export) in their natural state; Secondly, it is a photovoltaic and medicinal material production system. Planting products such as Cistanche deserticola, Cynomorium songaricum, Ledang, licorice, and Astragalus membranaceus in photovoltaic space; Thirdly, it is the photovoltaic and food crop product system. Just for this photovoltaic system, the first step is to increase the photovoltaic panels by 1.2 meters from the original level, and the photovoltaic panels need to be arranged in a spacing manner to facilitate normal power generation and mechanized operation of farmland.

The desert system we are building is a complete ecological desert elimination and management system. Firstly, a desert elimination army with semi military management; The second is a complete production system. There are planting and breeding parts, electricity parts, complete living and commercial parts, various cultural and entertainment parts, and strong security parts. In our desert elimination and management system, 3.06 million people will be employed, which is an emerging industry and everyone will have a very happy life here.
