Composition and application direction of recycling solution:

1. 50-80mm rubber block production

It is mainly used to make fuel: waste tires are cut by a biaxial shredder, and materials with a size of 50-80mm can be screened by a wheel screening machine. In addition to being easier to use as fuel for cement kiln burning in cement plants, materials with this size are also the choice of fuel for the industry. Rubber blocks can also be used for oil refining.

2. Production of 20-30mm rubber particles

It is mainly used to make fuel for power plants: waste tires are torn by a double axle shredder, wheel pieces are screened, and then broken in a wire separator, and then iron is removed by a magnetic separator to produce two products: steel wire+rubber block (20-30mm). Steel wire can be used to make steel again. The rubber block can be mixed with coal as the raw material of power plant (after mixing with coal, the combustion heat value can be increased, and the emission of SO2, NO, dust, lead, etc. will be reduced. The combustion heat value of old tires is 28000-37200KJ/Kg.).

3. Production of 2-6mm rubber particles

It is mainly used to produce rubber particles for laying stadiums and roads. Rubber particles are typical in the application of stadiums and other buildings, such as runways and tennis courts, which can play a role in cushioning and shock absorption. When it is used in the construction of rubber asphalt roads, it can reduce road rutting and driving noise. For injection molded parts used in industrial production and home decoration, such as floor mats used in automobiles and workstations, they have the functions of heat resistance, noise prevention, shock absorption and moisture resistance.

Production process: The waste tires are torn by a double axle shredder, screened by a wheel screen, and then broken by a wire separator and iron removed by a magnetic separator. They enter the granulator for further fine crushing. After that, the fibers are removed by a fiber separator to produce the required rubber particles. Three products are produced in this scheme: steel wire, fiber and rubber particles. Steel wire can be used for re smelting iron, fiber can be used for building cement works, and rubber particles can be used for laying stadiums and roads.

4. Production of 20-120 mesh rubber powder

It is mainly used to produce 20-120 mesh vulcanized rubber powder with wide applications:

8~20 mesh: mainly used for paving runway, road cushion, base plate, lawn, paving elastic layer and sports ground;

30~40 mesh: mainly used in the production of recycled rubber, modified rubber powder, paving, production of rubber plate, etc;

40-60 mesh: it is called fine rubber powder, which is used for filling rubber products and modifying plastics;

60-80 mesh: it is called fine rubber powder, mainly used in automobile tires, rubber products, building materials, etc;

80~200 mesh: it is called fine rubber powder, mainly used in rubber products and military products.
