In the breeding industry, it is inevitable that livestock will die of disease. For these animal carcasses, farmers generally do not have professional treatment technology and equipment. If not properly handled, it will seriously threaten the health of farmers and human beings. According to relevant regulations, animal remains after harmless treatment are not allowed to be used as feed raw materials, nor are they allowed to enter food and other purposes, but can only be used as fertilizer raw materials. Therefore, it is very necessary to build a project of harmless treatment of dead animal carcasses and resource utilization while building a large fertilizer plant.
The company adopts a combination of biological methods and physical methods, namely, microbial methods for sterilization, deodorization, high-temperature fermentation, etc; Refrigeration, crushing, high temperature drying and crushing by physical methods.
Main process flow:
1. Transportation: transportation is a very important link. If this link is not done well, it is easy to cause the spread of bacteria and disease. Transport personnel must wear special uniforms and be equipped with special equipment before operation. At the same time, the transport vehicles must be sterilized before and after transport; The method is: spray special microbial agents on each part of the vehicle including the tire. These agents are beneficial and harmless to human beings and living animals.
2. Sterilization: before shipment, all parts of the surface of dead animals shall be sprayed with special microbial treatment agent, and then transported to the treatment plant in sealed carriages after about ten minutes.
3. Refrigeration: The processing plant shall establish a refrigeration warehouse, and the freezing temperature shall be lower than - 5 ℃. The freezing warehouse shall be managed and protected by special personnel, and the sick and dead animals delivered shall be received in time. Transport vehicles and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the cold storage.
4. Crushing: animal carcasses are frozen for 24 hours and then crushed by a special crusher until the particle size is less than 1 cm.
5. Drying: the crushed materials shall be dried at high temperature immediately, and the working temperature of the drying furnace shall be higher than 450 ℃. The environment-friendly drying furnace designed by our company has low energy consumption (100kw/set), high output (20t/h), no dust and no harmful gas emission.
6. Crushing: The dried animal remains can be crushed to about 60 meshes by a special grinder designed by the company.
7. The crushed materials are fermented at 65~75 ℃, and packed for standby after 10~15 days of fermentation. Or the dried powder can be directly put into the fertilizer formula and fermented into fertilizer products.
