However, compared with other regions in China, due to their location in the high-altitude and oxygen deficient areas of China, as well as the impact of natural factors such as harsh climate and inconvenient transportation, the development of agriculture and animal husbandry, and the deterioration of the ecological environment, are still important factors restricting the development of Tibetan areas in China. The poverty problem in Tibetan areas of China is classified as Class A factors according to international standards, namely environmental factors. It belongs to the typical world.
Can you find a shortcut to make China's Tibetan areas soar and develop? With this question in mind, Mr. Yan Guangcai has visited Tibetan areas multiple times for investigation and research. After more than 30 years, he hopes to find a path that can help Tibetan areas overcome poverty. Yaks live in a unique environment, mostly in high-altitude areas above 3000 meters. However, these areas are also pollution-free, which is why yak meat is better than ordinary beef. Especially the green high-end meat yak we produce has more advantages. Firstly, the fiber content of yak meat is finer than that of ordinary beef, and the myoglobin in the muscles is higher than that of ordinary cattle, so the meat of yak meat is fresh and has a good taste. Secondly, yak meat is rich in nutrients, with protein content reaching up to 24%, while regular beef only has 20%. Other nutrients such as carotenoids and minerals are higher than regular beef. Thirdly, the fat content of yak meat is lower than that of ordinary beef, and the lean meat is more suitable for people's needs.
