1、 The emergence of an ideal solution:
Chinese Tibetans are distributed in China's Xizang, Qinghai, Sichuan, Xinjiang and other provinces. There are more than 5 million people, covering an area of about 2 million square kilometers, accounting for 26% of China's territory. This is the most widely distributed ethnic minority among China's 56 ethnic groups. For many years, under the care of the Chinese government, the Tibetan people in Tibetan areas have greatly improved their lives. However, compared with other regions in China, due to their location in the high-altitude and oxygen deficient areas of China, as well as the impact of natural factors such as harsh climate and inconvenient transportation, the development of agriculture and animal husbandry, and the deterioration of the ecological environment, are still important factors restricting the development of Tibetan areas in China. The poverty problem in Tibetan areas of China is classified as Class A factors according to international standards, namely environmental factors. It belongs to the typical world.
Can you find a shortcut to make China's Tibetan areas soar and develop? With this question in mind, Mr. Yan Guangcai has visited Tibetan areas multiple times for investigation and research. After more than 30 years, he hopes to find a path that can help Tibetan areas overcome poverty. After years of investigation, he discovered the biggest specialty of Tibet - yak, which can only grow in the high-altitude areas of the Tibetan people. If yak is industrialized, it will have a comprehensive effect, which can solve many problems in Tibet and promote the rapid development of the Tibetan economy.
There are over 14 million yaks in Tibetan areas of China, and 90% of the world's yaks are produced in Tibetan areas of China, with a total of five breeds. Yak meat has better meat quality than ordinary beef, with high nutrition, fresh meat, good taste, and no pollution. It is a specialty of beef and a global specialty in Tibetan areas of China. If these yaks are introduced to the world as meat yaks, they will be the world's unique first meat cattle, which will promote the rapid development of the Tibetan economy. At the same time, it is also a distinctive product of China, which will be the glory of China.

2、 Green high-end yak meat is a premium among beef:
China has the largest population of yaks in the world, with over 14 million yaks living mainly in China. It is mainly distributed in 210 counties (cities) in Qinghai, Xizang, Sichuan, Gansu, Xinjiang and Yunnan provinces in China. Yaks live in a unique environment, mostly in high-altitude areas above 3000 meters. However, these areas are also pollution-free, which is why yak meat is better than ordinary beef. Especially the green high-end meat yak we produce has more advantages. Firstly, the fiber content of yak meat is finer than that of ordinary beef, and the myoglobin in the muscles is higher than that of ordinary cattle, so the meat of yak meat is fresh and has a good taste. Secondly, yak meat is rich in nutrients, with protein content reaching up to 24%, while regular beef only has 20%. Other nutrients such as carotenoids and minerals are higher than regular beef. Thirdly, the fat content of yak meat is lower than that of ordinary beef, and the lean meat is more suitable for people's needs. Fourthly, yak bone is the most advanced calcium supplement product, which has a very good effect on people with calcium deficiency; In addition, some parts of yak bone have stronger anti rheumatic effects than tiger bone, which has a strong therapeutic effect on rheumatism. Fifthly, yak blood is a good raw material for biochemical products. When made into yak blood capsules, it has a therapeutic effect on accelerating the healing of cancer patients.

3、 The development of yaks will be the golden key to solving many problems in Tibetan areas of China:
1. It can increase the per capita income of over 5000 yuan for more than 5 million people in Tibetan areas of China
We specialize in researching green high-end meat, and we apply the "green feeding method"
It can make yak breeding a "green high-end meat yak" and a product in high demand worldwide. Based on the current inventory of over 14 million yaks in Tibetan areas of China, there will be at least 2 yaks per capita available in the market, which can increase the per capita income of Tibetan people by more than 5000 yuan (Chinese currency).
2. With the promotion of green and high-end meat yak breeding methods, it will greatly promote the development of Tibet
Ecological construction in the district:
The green high-end meat yak breeding method involves grazing in summer and captive breeding in winter,
Yaks only take 2.5 years from birth to slaughter (now it takes 3.5 to 4 years to slaughter).
The breeding method of green high-end meat yaks requires a large amount of secondary forestry resources (tender branches and leaves of trees) and forage resources as feed materials, which come from the products of returning farmland to forests and grasslands. We will comprehensively plan the demonstration project of returning farmland to forests and grasslands in the yak production area to meet the demand for feed and objectively accelerate the progress of ecological governance.
3. The deep processing of green high-end meat yak by-products has expanded the range of yak products
Economic chain:
Based on our years of research, we have finally developed a complete production route for yak by-products, and yak blood can be used to make anti-cancer drugs; Some parts of yak bones can be deeply processed into rheumatism products; Due to the moderate content of collagen protein in green high-end meat yak bone, ordinary yak bone can be processed into bone paste, becoming the highest grade calcium supplement product; Yak horns can be processed into yak horn granules, which have the functions of calming the liver, dispelling wind, clearing heat, and detoxifying, similar to those of antelope horns; The deep processing of yak by-products will take the economic benefits of yaks to a new level. So, the development of yaks is the golden key to unlocking the treasure trove of economic development in Tibetan areas of China.
