On March 30, 2025, Yang Quanming, Honorary Chairman of the Sichuan Federation of Social Sciences and former Party Secretary of Sichuan University, Xie Longfu, former Director of the General Office of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress, and a delegation visited the citrus export base in Gaoqiao Community, Xilai Town, Pujiang County, Sichuan Jianquan Environment Group to investigate food safety production. Liu Xianqing, Chairman of Jianquan Group, and the person in charge of Gaoqiao Community accompanied them.

The old leaders and their delegation are very concerned about the implementation of the "Two Substitutes" project in Pujiang County, and have fully affirmed the application of the "Wan Tian Chun" biological fertilizer technology by the Sound Environment Group to assist in the implementation of the "Two Substitutes" project in Pujiang County. They hope that the Sound Environment Group can fully utilize its technological advantages to make positive contributions to the high-quality development of agriculture and produce high-quality citrus for consumers.

   

The old leader and his delegation also visited the citrus export base in Gaoqiao Community and went into the fruit forest for picking experience. They highly praised the effectiveness of using the "Wan Tian Chun" multifunctional biological fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizers in the citrus base, and encouraged farmers, technology and other parties to form multi-party cooperation in developing high-quality agricultural production, leverage their respective advantages to make joint efforts for food safety, and produce more, better, safer/healthier high-quality agricultural products.

Background introduction:
The Gaoqiao Community Citrus Export Base is a high-quality citrus production base established by Pujiang County to promote citrus export trade, promote rural revitalization and international agricultural development through the establishment of export bases, and better promote the implementation of the "two promotion" projects of organic fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizers and green prevention and control replacing chemical control. It is planned to complete the production of over 200000 acres of high-quality citrus in Pujiang within 3-5 years. The citrus export base has been using the "Wan Tian Chun" multifunctional bio organic fertilizer for less than a year, and a large number of earthworms have begun to appear in the fields. The taste of citrus is significantly better than products grown with chemical fertilizers, and the appearance and color of the fruit are bright. The yield, quality, and sales price have been effectively improved.
