Dr. Yan Guangcai, an expert from the group, gave a special lecture on the series of desert governance technologies and the situation of Saudi Arabia's desert governance projects. At the meeting, Dr. Yan Guangcai gave a systematic introduction to the series of desert governance technologies of the Sound Environment Group, and made a special explanation on the differences and effects compared to other desert governance technologies. The main difference between the Sound Environment Group's desert governance technology and other desert governance technologies lies in the different concepts, goals, methods, and effects of desert governance. Firstly, the concept and goal of desert governance is to completely eliminate deserts on the land of China, not only turning deserts into oases, but also turning eligible deserts into fertile fields. It is not only about governance at the edge of deserts, but also about comprehensive governance deep into deserts. The second is to establish a professional desert management team and adopt a fully mechanized operation method to manage the desert. This method is not only dozens of times faster than manual or semi manual management, but also has much better quality of management. It can complete the management of 12 deserts in China within six years. After desert management, it can increase 300 million mu of fertile land and a net increase of 165 million tons of grain. The third is to cultivate the desert farmland according to high-quality ecological agriculture standards after governance, prohibit the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and use independently developed ecological fertilizers and electric, magnetic, acoustic, and wave technologies to ensure crop growth. At the special lecture on desert governance, Dr. Yan Guangcai also explained the relevant work of Saudi Arabia's desert governance project: Currently, there are two major deserts in Saudi Arabia, the "Nefude Desert" and the "Rubhali Desert", with a total area of about 1.1 million square kilometers. This project is an external desert governance aid project invited by Arab countries and approved by relevant departments in China. It mainly adopts a series of technologies such as the desert windproof barrier system, desert windproof forest system, desert water supply system, desert water storage system, tall sand dune governance system, and desert farmland transformation system developed by the Sound Environment Group for desert governance. The core team of the project is established by the Sound Environment Group, with Dr. Yan Guangcai as the chief engineer. Together with personnel dispatched by Saudi Arabia, a desert management team of about 20000 people is planned to eliminate all deserts in Saudi Arabia within 6-8 years.

Dr. Yan Guangcai, an expert from the Healthy Environment Group, has been continuing his research on topics such as "food crisis" and "green cause" for twelve years since 1966. He is the founder and expert group leader of the "International Green Global Research and Development Organization", which has attracted 536 internationally renowned experts from 26 countries. He has achieved a total of 126 research results in eight fields including green cause theory and ecological governance research, and has been conducting research on related topics for 71 years.

He personally led a desert investigation team to conduct 13 years of difficult investigations on China's eight major deserts and four major sandy areas, comprehensively and deeply investigating the relevant conditions of 12 desert sandy areas, mastering first-hand information, summarizing 48 difficult problems in desert governance, and researching solutions one by one. His design is not simply to control the desert, but to quickly eliminate the desert, turn the desert into fertile land, and turn the desert into fertile land. This is one of the main ways for Dr. Yan Guangcai to study and solve the food crisis problem.

Twenty years ago, he led the transformation of 140000 acres of desert into oasis in Hangjinhou Banner, Inner Mongolia.
