Dr. Yan Guangcai is the founder of the International Green Globe Research and Development Organization. He has led a group of experts to engage in "green cause research" since 1966, with 536 internationally renowned experts from 26 countries participating. A total of 126 research achievements have been made in eight fields, including green cause theory and ecological governance research.

Professor Yan Guangcai was born in Hancheng, Shaanxi Province in 1940. He is a junior college student in culture. He is currently the leader of the * Green Business Research  Group, and also serves as the president and in organizations in Singapore, Switzerland, North Korea, the United States, Japan, Russia, South Korea, Malaysia and other countries. In *, he presided over ecological environment governance projects, and served as senior consultant and chief engineer in more than 30 counties and enterprises in the project area. Originally, I studied mine design in Xi'an Railway University, but faced with the shortage of various materials, I needed tickets for everything; Seeing his fellow countrymen's pale and hungry faces, he resolutely came to Northwest Agricultural College to study agriculture. His spirit of devoting his life to the agricultural development of the motherland, reducing hunger, and his "doing nothing" behavior attracted the attention of a professor in the Agricultural College who was also a professor with a strange personality. After a period of observation and understanding, Professor Yang believed that it was the right choice to entrust the young man with the career he had learned and unfinished in his life.

In order to save the human survival crisis (i.e. food crisis, ecological crisis, health crisis) in the 21st century, Professor Yan Guangcai began to investigate and study green resources in 1967. To put it simply, the stems and leaves of natural green plants are processed into food for human consumption and animal feed. His footprints cover many rivers, mountains, forests and deserts in Japan, North Korea, Malaysia, Australia, Egypt, Outer Mongolia, Russia, etc. He has been engaged in biological teaching experiment, mechanical processing animal husbandry, garden cultivation, agricultural planting, animal and plant experiment, desert control, desert planting, botany processing and other practical work. He has accumulated profound knowledge and rich practical experience on the basis of his work style of "making the past serve the present, making foreign countries serve China, learning from others, and embracing all". He has summarized experience, found gaps in exploration, and innovated practical technologies and methods in progress. He welcomed the trust of the 16 * * and 80 scientific and technological personnel who started their businesses with him with his passion for business, aggressive spirit, sincere attitude and strict self-discipline, and everyone has always recommended him as the host of * green research discipline. After more than 30 years of unremitting efforts, Professor Yan Guangcai has obtained 126 scientific research achievements, 680 kinds of green plant food, 532 kinds of green plant series feed, and 68 kinds of green plant processing machinery. It has been recognized by the "Green Plant Association". The main results are as follows:

1. The nutrition of plant stems and leaves, such as leaf protein and chlorophyll of plant stems and leaves, is used for human food and animal feed, so that agriculture is no longer purely for the purpose of harvesting seeds. From then on, the second agriculture, which pursues the nutrition of agricultural stems and leaves, has been developed. Taking  as an example, the development of the second agriculture can double the agricultural output value of 70% of the agricultural areas in *. At the same time, green resources such as leaves, grasses and crop straws have become the source of nutrition for people. It has greatly expanded the scope of human use of nature and will enable human beings to cross the living limit caused by food shortage in 2030.

2. 680 kinds of green plant foods have been developed, which are divided into health care and food ingredients. These foods use 128 kinds of green plant materials. Its preparation principle: according to the golden rule of 500 grams of vegetables for human food stipulated by *; Formulated according to the theory of chlorophyll induced heme exchange; It is made by strict technology based on the theory of five elements. These foods can enhance people's metabolism, eliminate human endotoxin at any time, purify human internal circulation, and improve human immune function. At the same time, it has auxiliary effect on cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hepatitis, nephritis and other diseases. Therefore, the appearance of this product will play an important role in saving the coming health crisis of mankind.

3. The 532 kinds of green plant feedstuffs (green feedstuffs for short) researched and developed are all natural nutrition. It is composed of 58 kinds of plant stems and leaves, and is formulated according to the theory of the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine, without adding any chemical additives, thus ending the history of adding chemical additives to feed. Thus, the harm of chemical polluted livestock products to human body is avoided. Moreover, the feed has the advantages of low cost, good feeding effect, grain saving and good product quality. Therefore, the advent of green feed will also cause a revolution in animal husbandry.

4. We have created standardized feed for mutton sheep, beef cattle and wild boar, and new breeding methods for domestic animals such as pigs and sheep raised in high-rise buildings. It is a completely innovative new method from enclosure design to breeding method. It is clean, hygienic and mosquito free, which makes the development of animal husbandry industrialized and large-scale. It can produce pollution-free green animal husbandry products, and will make a significant contribution to the development of animal husbandry.

5. The research of green cause has been successful, and the plant stems also have a future. So that all kinds of green resources in nature have benefits. (1) Forestry is no longer a logging based business. Collecting and processing branches and leaves of trees can achieve several times of benefits. Moreover, the plants were effective that year, thus creating a second forestry system for mankind; (2) All kinds of pasture can be processed into chlorophyll and leaf protein as raw materials for food and medicine, which will increase the benefit of the grassland by 10-20 times. This will change the current situation of grassland dominated by grazing, thus opening up pasture agriculture; (3) The stems and leaves of plants have new uses. Agriculture has produced cultivation for the purpose of crop stems and leaves (also known as green agriculture). Due to the short time required for harvesting plant stems and leaves and high benefits, the ability of agriculture to resist disasters has been improved, and agriculture will get new development.

6. The second is the development of forestry system and forage agriculture, so that ecological construction can produce immediate benefits, which is called "benefit ecology". Thus, the current situation of no benefit or low benefit and slow effect of ecological control will be ended, and the cause of returning farmland to forest and grassland will be accelerated, speeding up the progress of desert control. It can also stop the large-scale desertification of land, which will improve the living environment of human beings and produce huge ecological benefits. It plays an important role in stopping the environmental hazards coming in the 21st century.

7. His "green therapy" will provide an ideal medical method for mankind. It will make great contributions to promoting human health and getting rid of the "health crisis" that mankind will face in the 21st century.

8. The research on "desert elimination" led by him has achieved success in many aspects, such as high sand dune control, mechanized operation of desert control, beneficial ecology, desert water supply, desert area construction, etc., which provides an important basis for mankind to defeat the desert and carry out desert construction. In particular, the 82 meter high sand dune in China has been selected as a demonstration for governance, which has laid a solid foundation for us to eliminate deserts.

In order to study the subject of "desert elimination", Professor Yan Guangcai has also made many investigations in the 12 deserts of * and the Sahara desert area, Victoria desert area, Indian desert area and Outer Mongolia desert area abroad. Breakthroughs and successes have been made in such research fields as "desert elimination" mechanized operation, desert city construction, tall dune control, desert highway construction, desert water supply, desert pond construction, desert tree planting and grass planting, beneficial ecology, desert farming and personnel resettlement, plant meteorology, etc.
