There are 12 deserts and sandy lands in China, including three major deserts in Xinjiang: Taklimakan Desert, Gurbantunggut Desert and Kumtag Desert, with an area of 40.59 km2; There is a desert in Qinghai: the Qaidam Basin desert, with an area of 3.49km2; Inner Mongolia has four major deserts and four major deserts: Badain Jilin Desert, Tengger Desert, Ulanbuhe Desert, Kubuqi Desert, Hunshandak Desert, Horqin Desert, Maowusu Desert and Hulunbuir Desert, covering an area of 23.36km2.

By means of mechanization, we can eliminate all 12 deserts and deserts in China within 6 years, with a total area of 6744km2 (1011.6 million mu). The eliminated desert and sandy land will produce four types of areas: ① 30% of standardized ecological farmland of 300 million mu; ② 35% of windbreak forest land is 350 million mu; ③ 25% of the grassland and medicinal land is 250 million mu; ④ 10% of other land (aquaculture land, water source land, construction land, etc.) is 116 million mu.

Guided by the concept of "benefit ecology" and based on our experience and achievements in desert control, we have new ideas for making full use of the four types of areas generated after the elimination of desert sand: ① 300 million mu standard farmland utilization. Generally, only one crop is planted in the sand area. We need to plant two crops. The first crop is spring wheat (ice wheat). This spring wheat germinates at 5 ℃. Every spring, it is planted as soon as the land thaws in March, in March, and from June to the first half of July; There are still two or three months to grow buckwheat and raw materials for leaf protein and chlorophyll: soybean seedlings, corn seedlings, wheat and rye seedlings and seedlings; In addition, during the whole planting process, no chemical fertilizer is used, only the livestock product fertilizer and biological fertilizer we produce are used to make the farmland meet the standard of ecological farmland. ② 350 million mu of windbreak forest land is used. There are four types of windbreaks. Among them, the main windbreak, the secondary windbreak and the kilometer belt windbreak are grazing breeding areas for ecological pigs and chickens under the three kinds of windbreaks; The fourth type of windbreak is farmland, grassland and herb garden. This windbreak forest is mainly composed of economic forests, and the main tree species are Elaeagnus angustifolia, Pear, Peach, Apple, Xanthoceras sorbifolia and Elaeagnus mollis; On the north periphery of these four types of windbreaks, there are 6 meters to 12 meters high wind and sand barriers to prevent the wind from coming. At the same time, the main projects and products of the controlled sand areas are specially determined as follows:

1、 The total output value of agricultural products is 799.65 billion yuan.

（1） 300 million mu of standardized ecological farmland products, with a total output value of 547.15 billion yuan.

1. Spring wheat: the first crop of cultivation is 300 million mu, with a yield of 400 kg per mu and a total yield of 120 million tons.

2. Buckwheat: the second crop cultivates 150 million mu, with a yield of 160 kg per mu and a total yield of 24 million tons.

5、 Sand wind power system

1. Desert-elimination technology will create a huge new power system in China.

Deserts and sand are places where the sun shines well, but the huge wind in the sand area caused a huge sandstorm, which turned this place into a desert. In order to eliminate the desert, we must first eliminate the gale here. The method we adopted is to first apply the wind-sand barrier we studied to block the strong wind. There are four wind and sand barriers with a height of 6-12 meters, which are respectively located outside and inside the sand area to form a wind and sand barrier system. Even if the level 12 strong wind passes through the wind barrier, it can reduce the wind force by 60%; Next is the windbreak forest system, which consists of four levels and forms the second windbreak network from the outside to the inside. The windbreak forest covers a large area, accounting for about 35% of the total area of the desert control area; The third is to eliminate the tall sand dunes in the control area. Through these three ways, the whole sand area has become a stable area. Then we solved the problem of water supply in the desert area, and formed 300 million mu of standardized farmland in the desert and sand areas of the country. 2. * Large photovoltaic and wind power systems in China

B. China's * largest wind power system: installed in windbreaks and grassland systems (35% of the total area of China's sand areas is windbreaks and 25% is grassland), covering a total area of 600 million mu (about 400000 km2) and can install more than 2.4 million wind power.
