Using microbial technology to treat domestic waste can overcome many defects of landfill and incineration for power generation, and can better realize the reduction, harmless and resource utilization. There is no secondary pollution in the treatment process. It is currently an internationally advanced treatment method. We designed a production scale of 200 tons of domestic waste per day to demonstrate the technology of biological treatment of domestic waste and explore new ways of domestic waste treatment.


The process of biological treatment of domestic waste is described as follows:


1. The domestic garbage transported to the plant shall be immediately sprayed with microbial agents for sterilization and deodorization; The flora used is composed of beneficial strains that are beneficial and harmless to human body and have zero variation rate. At the same time, micro negative pressure devices are set up in each production workshop and warehouse to discharge the collected gas after biological treatment. This can not only prevent the emission of harmful gases from polluting the surrounding environment, but also prevent mosquitoes and flies from breeding and spreading diseases, and improve the subsequent processes and operating conditions. In addition, transport vehicles shall be washed, disinfected and deodorized with bacterial water before leaving the factory. The water can be recycled.


2. The garbage is transported to the feeding bin by the forklift.


3. The feed bin is transported to the bag breaker via plate chain for bag breaking. When the bag is broken, spray microbial agents for sterilization and deodorization.


4. After the bag is broken, the materials with large size or easy to wind will be sorted out, and these materials will be broken separately before being screened.


5. All materials enter the sealed roller screen. Materials of different sizes are selected through multi-level screening.


6. The sieved materials are respectively: magnetic separation of iron, eddy current separation of aluminum, wind separation of plastics, paper, clothing, glass and stone.


7. Packaging recyclable materials for recycling.


8. The separated non recyclable materials are carbonized in a special carbonization furnace at high temperature (about 650 ℃). Carbon residue is added as carbon source of fertilizer after microbial treatment. The carbonization furnace is a special equipment with low energy consumption and no external heat source, which is self-developed and designed by our company. No harmful gas and other harmful substances are discharged during carbonization.


9. The screened fine residue is used as fertilizer raw material after microbial fermentation.


It can be seen from the process that the biological treatment technology of this domestic waste is harmless. There is no waste water, waste residue, harmful gas and substance discharge in the treatment process, and the degree of resource utilization after treatment is high.
