1. Original pretreatment and oxygen free feeding system


The oxygen free nitrogen charging feed bin is set above the tube lined furnace to isolate the air, so that the plastic is always under nitrogen protection during the pyrolysis process, which eliminates the generation of dioxins and improves the pyrolysis safety. At the same time, the micro pressure, oxygen free (oxygen poor) thermal cracking process and the "dynamic and static" sealing technology of the * inlet and outlet sealing system and the mechanical drive part are used to ensure the good sealing performance of the continuous tube lined pyrolysis furnace, It fundamentally solves the unsafe hidden danger and environmental pollution caused by gas overflow, so that the whole pyrolysis process can be pyrolysed under the protection of high temperature and no oxygen nitrogen, without producing dioxin, and effectively and thoroughly kill the bacteria and other harmful substances carried.


2. The tubular pyrolysis furnace is designed. The main body of the pyrolysis furnace is composed of three wear-resistant, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant special alloy steel pipes at the top, middle and bottom (or left, middle and right). The plastic is rotated and driven by the axial spiral sheet in the tube furnace. The tube furnace is heated, sterilized and pyrolyzed. The total length of the tube furnace is about 40 meters, the temperature in the tube furnace is about 350 ℃± 25 ℃, and the time is about 120 minutes. The functions of sterilization, disinfection and thermal cracking are integrated, and there is no coke in the tube furnace.


3. The heating method is indirect heating with hot air outside the tube furnace, which is evenly heated and has high thermal efficiency. The heat source is the non condensable fuel gas generated by pyrolysis, which is purified and used without external energy. The effective heating length is about 50 meters.


4. In the process of pyrolysis, a new process of "catalytic pyrolysis" has been developed. With five metal oxides such as Ni, Cu, Al, Fe, and rare earth "La" and "V" as catalysts, the organic compounds in plastics can be rapidly and thoroughly pyrolyzed in a mild environment (about 350 ℃), and large molecules can be pyrolyzed into small molecules. The polymer structure is thoroughly pyrolyzed to produce high-temperature "oil and gas" (gaseous hydrocarbons above C5); Plant fibers carbonize to form CO, leaving solid residue (carbon). The high-temperature oil and gas enter the catalytic furnace through the main pipe, and the proprietary composite catalyst is used to conduct catalytic upgrading reaction at 350 ℃. Improve the distillate quality of oil products, so that the main component of the generated oil is diesel.


5. Waste plastics are pyrolyzed for a long time (120 minutes) in a catalytic tubular pyrolysis furnace at a closed high temperature (350 ℃± 25 ℃), producing a small amount of non condensable gas (which cannot be liquefied into oil and contains a small amount of toxic and harmful gas, and its main gas is methane). As the heat source of the pyrolysis furnace, it returns to the furnace chamber to produce high-temperature (1100 ℃± 1300 ℃) gas. The combustion process lasts for 3-5 seconds, and then it is discharged after treatment, The emission standard is far lower than the national standard.


6. After thermal cracking of waste plastics, there will be a small amount (about 15%) of solid residues (mainly carbon, pharmaceutical additives and a small amount of micro heavy metals, which have been solidified in carbon) automatically discharged from the slag discharge port set under the tube furnace, which will be sealed by water-cooled conveyor and transported to the temporary slag silo. After packaging, they will be sold as fuel for power plants and brick and tile plants. The calorific value of carbon slag is very high, reaching about 6800 kcal, superior to high-quality coal.
