In the afternoon of January 24, 2022, the evaluation meeting of the pilot project of the national invention patent technology "Biological Treatment Technology of Urban Domestic Sludge" of Sichuan Sound Environment Group Co., Ltd. was held in the conference center of Chengdu Tianchenlou Hotel.

The on-site expert group of the pilot project review meeting was composed of Liu Dan, a professor of Southwest Jiaotong University, Cui Lianxi, a professor level senior engineer of Sichuan Academy of Ecological and Environmental Sciences, Zheng Shixuan, a senior engineer of the Biogas Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Yan Zhiying, a researcher of Chengdu Institute of Biology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, a doctor, Ying Wensheng, president of Sichuan Agricultural Mechanization Cadre School, and a senior agronomist. In addition, WeChat experts involved in the review include: Li Bo, a professor level senior engineer of the Academic Committee of the Chinese Academy of Management Sciences, Pu Ling, a professor level senior engineer of the Sichuan Institute of Industrial Environmental Monitoring, Peng Congxian, the management office of the National Green Agriculture Industry Demonstration Base, and the director of the Sichuan Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (the project report was submitted to the off-site experts at the review meeting in advance).

Liu Dan, a professor of Southwest Jiaotong University, served as the leader of the expert group and presided over the pilot project review meeting. During the review, the expert members reviewed the relevant data provided by the project team, listened to the report of the project team, and formed the review opinions after full discussion in combination with the opinions of off-site experts in the principle of scientific, rigorous, objective and true.

It is pointed out in the review comments that the project team has completed the expected pilot scale test contents, provided complete results and data, and met the review requirements. The pilot scale test results can be popularized and applied in the project. The main results of the pilot scale test are as follows:

(1) The test startup and process sampling monitoring in the pilot process were carried out under the witness of experts and the supervision of a third-party testing company. The test startup process was real, the monitoring process was standardized, and the data was reliable.

(2) The principle of the national invention patent "Biological drying method of urban domestic sludge" adopted in the pilot test process is feasible. The added biological bacteria can effectively reduce the odor concentration in the aerobic fermentation process, and significantly reduce the concentration of heavy metals in the solid phase.

(3) The pilot test results show that the biological treatment technology is feasible, the odor control effect in the process of sludge fermentation is outstanding, and the economic benefits are obvious.
